I know corporate is greedy and doesn’t like to pay fair wages, but I had stopped in this petco on the 20th of march and one of the large lizards wasn’t doing the best AT ALL. The habitat wasn’t moist like how their natural habitat is like. It was so sad to see, I bet he didn’t make it into today.I recommend to the higher ups of this company to better take care of their animals they are selling to the public or just stop carrying the animal that you clearly cannot take proper care of. Let’s hope I can post the video I took, but I got a few pictures. He looks AWFUL!!

Good selection of things all around. We got our cat a tower and a bunch of toys at a really good price. They were very short staffed, otherwise they would be a higher rating, but we spent way too long looking for staff. The staff that was there, was really friendly and knowledgeable.

I had a return from an item I bought online. There were some hiccups (not anyone's fault) and the staff could NOT have been more helpful and patient. I was also very impressed with their knowledge in helping me start a fish aquarium

Great store! The online "repeat delivery" is exceptional in caring for your pets nutrition, treats, & seasonal pet friendly sidewalk salt! The convenience of it all is if you don't need the product, you may just pause it! Love the rewards too!

I was very impressed with the cleanliness and options for chew toys for our dog who is a tough chewer. They also had many options for our cat. Their prices were reasonable/less than average. Will definitely be back.

Took my dog in this morning for a groom, the staff was very polite and courteous. Jessica did an awesome job, we just love the job she did. Now Pepper is ready for summer!

Maybe once in the past 4-5 visits Petco had the cat food my cats eat in stock, well I should I say on the shelf which had a labeled price tag attached to it indicating this was the location in which the bag of food should have been. In addition to that, it became even more frustrating when I asked an employee at the check out about it and when they looked up the particular brand of cat food I was told in fact it was in stock. That was all they information they provided tho. No information regarding where I could find it since it wasn't on the shelf with the labeled price tag for it nor was a different employee radioed (which I know they do for pick up orders) and asked to bring a bag to the register. So I ended up going a couple blocks down to PetSmart where they had it waiting for me at the register.Also, depending on who is closing the store I have experienced amazingly awesome employees who keep the store open until the posted closing time and other employees have stood at the door and watched me pull into the parking lot with 7 minutes 'til closing and lock the door before I can enter the store (fyi: depending on how fast they can work their register I would have been out with time to spare)

Absolutely and completely belligerent untrained staff!!! Unable even to do basic customer service.And having a severe attitude about it makes it worse.I know this is a store to go to when you need to find stuff that you can't find at Walmart and Target even though it's slightly more expensive.But this will be the last time I go to the store until they train the check out people what is and what is not the proper thing to do in customer service!

We always come here for our pet supplies. It usually takes quite a while to get crickets. I wish there was someone in the reptile section at all times to make this easier.

So many dead fish and God awful tanks.... barely could see live fish between the algae and cloudy water. Every tank had multiple dead fish. Store was dirty. Reptiles looked skinny. Just gross all around.

Difficult location to get in to but the staff seemed to enjoy what they were doing and we got everything we need for a new gecko buddy.

The aquatic staff at this Petco is exceptional. I love talking to them about the hobby. They get a variety of unique fish I don't normally see at big box stores.

No restroom that my 7 year old daughter could use according to staff so we had to leave and couldn't shop. I wonder where staff goes to the bathroom during their shifts; maybe they all pee and poop in the same bucket in the back that they use for cleaning. Had to wait forever for service even though 10 employees were wandering around doing nothing.

Clean store. Employees are helpful.Bearded dragon husbandry’s are all wrong.Dog food is stocked on the wrong areas. Got a bag for what I thought was $52 turned out to be $67. Because it was in the wrong spot.

Can't find this barely anywhere... but getting my dog a food that doesn't make him sick or his hair fall out matters to me. Always in stock. Love that I can realiably find this here.

The groomers are the biggest reason I didn’t give one star. They’re fantastic. However, the store is usually dirty and smelly, sometimes the animals look neglected, and none of the staff offer help if you’re looking around. The cashiers push some program so much I want to scream. They don’t seem to know how to take no for an answer. What tipped me over the edge for writing this review was seeing one that sounds exactly like a commercial written by the assistant store manager. It seems pretty bad when you have to give your own store a 5 star review…

i like them for the vetco clinics they hold.plus they have better quality food for pets. Repeat delivery is awesome easy to use and convenient. This option allows you to get your purchase to be shipped to your home on a schedule that you want and you get a discount price over a certain amount it ships for free.

The young man in the fish department, very knowledgeable and helpful, and curious. Vet services, nice staff but cannot get records for vaccines done for my dogs, which becomes an issue, even to pay for nail clippings?! Hmmm, not much sense there I'd say

I got a chinchilla yesterday from here and he has diarrhea and from what I’m being told from experienced people/breeders they aren’t supposed to have any veggies and they had veggies with them. Other than that I love him and he is very sweet
