We are always greeted when walking in and asked if we need help. We had Dolly’s nails trimmed and they did great. They also helped me try her new collar on so I could make sure it fit. 🐾🐾4 paws up 🐾🐾

How great to have a locally owned pet supply store. Friendly staff, excellent selection, and good prices. Each person we spoke to seemed genuinely interested in our shopping experience. Definitely coming back again. Tried a new brand of training treat, and both dogs loved them.

We bring our two small dogs here to be groomed and have never had a bad experiance. We see Destiny and she has always been so great to our dogs! The store itself is so clean and organized, and the staff are always so kind and helpful. As long as Destiny is here, we will continue to bring our dogs here!

Our pups Stella and Bruno love Pet Supplies Plus and their welcoming staff. We followed our groomer Lanty from her last facility, and I'm so happy we did! The facility is always clean, organized, and well laid out. The rewards program is much appreciated by my wallet. It's a convenient one-stop shop for all our dogs' grooming, food, treats, and supplies. Pet tax attached.

first visit was amazing !! staff assisted with my dogs grooming and she was a beautiful happy pup when she came out!!2nd visit was even better as we adopted hamsters, purchased pet food and treats. every time we go in the staff are always happy to help and always willing to listen to concerns or questions and if they aren't sure if something they seek out the info!! awesome products!!

Great place! All the employees are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Spent nearly 45 minutes discussing different food types with one of the employees in order to find brands that will work with my sensitive tummy dog.The Grooming Salon is just as fantastic! They are so friendly and truly care for animals. Always ready to discuss your animals needs. Destiny is our favorite, but the entire team is truly amazing!We love the self serve bathing room. There are multiple soaps to choose from and they all smell great. Towels and blow dryers available to walk out with a clean and dry dog.We absolutely love this place and go back often. Wide variety of products as well as such great staff!

I've been to Pet Supplies about 5×'s I've been able to find what I want. Plus, they've had great deals on toys. I've managed to find 4 toys for our dogs. And they are still together! Prices advantage the staff are very happy to help. They are also knowledgeable and if they are out of stock on and item. They will take your number and let you know when they get it in the store.

Incredibly helpful people who really love pets. I was just there for the first time. I was talking with the sales associate named Courtney, who shared her story about her love of pets. She was able to help me find some great cat litter and fish food. They also helped me bring the litter out to my car, since it was very heavy. I highly recommend this place.

I have been to Pet Supplies Plus several times. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the products they sell. The dog grooming is the BEST!My dog is very anxious and not trusting of strangers but has no problem at all being left with Destiny. It actually seems as if he is excited to see her.I would recommend this business to any pet lover.

When I visited, they were actively cleaning the betta cups and giving the fresh water. The staff explained that they even reduce the price for the bettas based on how long they've been in the store. They didn't like the idea of them being in the store/cup so long. I also witnessed someone cleaning the cricket cage. I feel that if you pay that much attention to little things, you are definitely concerned about the 4 legged critters. A+ in my book. Other stores could learn a lot from them. These guys will get my money.

What a wonderful shop! It’s very clean, the layout is intelligent and intuitively designed. The staff is simply amazing and knowledgeable. We stopped in to look at fish and I was soundly impressed by the pristine condition of the tank environments! I don’t live close by but I’ve just broken up with the big box stores that rhyme with SchmetSchmo and SchmetSchmart and will continue to visit this beautiful store.

Disappointed by the lack of live bearers on top of finding out their fish tanks are infected with ich!! Didn't notice til I was home (about an hour away!) But the fish they sold me were infected with it!!! Been doing ich treatment and fungus treatment so I HOPE they make it...but VERY irresponsible of this store and their aquatics department! I'll go give petsmart my business next time instead!!!!! This is a pretty new store selling sick/infected fish/animals is terrible business practice!!! If they don't remedy this they should be reported for animal neglect

What an awesome store, with so many options for every pet. I was greeted withenthusiasm by staff and finding what I needed was easy. I especially appreciate the cleanliness of the place, most pet supply shops I’ve been to are questionable in with hygiene and sanitation, I didn’t see anything like that here.They have everything for my big animal family, crickets for the geckos, hay and bedding for the Guinea pigs, and everything my cats love. Definitely can promise my return for the future.

I can’t say enough good things about pet supplies plus. Destiny is our groomer and she treats Finley like her own dog it is refreshing that she accommodates his needs since he has skins problems. They have some of the best toys and treats please try a groomer or treats or food you literally won’t regret it
