Hello I’d like to give a review to the automotive department, I had My Jeep patriot, alignment done,I was very pleased with the work done. I had recently taken my jeep to Firestone , They gave me an outrageous quote, they wanted to change parts that didn’t need to be replaced. I would recommend Mills Fleet Farm automotive, any day over Firestone.

Nov 2023: UPDATE - The gun department seems huge. Huge variety of stuff, a lot of stuff guys like, some stuff for the women. But it's been harder for me to find things since they reorganize the store. I looked at a battery operated small snowblower, just in the box, no display model, and nobody to talk to about them.Often cheaper than Menards, but can REALLY be hard to find help from a clerk.

Fleet Farm always has what I need for my farm projects. Great selection of clothing, farm related accessories, clothing, diy and outdoor. Oh did I mention a food section as well? This is just a small portion of the stock on hand. Stop in and check it out.

Not enough help,no one ask my husband or me for help(it's been a few year since I have been in the store).I can't say to much about the cash register employees super slow,and only two open,and at less five people in each line. Need to work on customer service badly. I remember why I don't go here

If I could do 0 stars I would. Fleet farm has always price matched. I have been sitting here for 45 minutes trying to get them to price match a Coleman atv. And all I get is a screw around. Just another excuse every time they come back to me. And on top of it all they are trying to sell me on a credit card. I do not recommend anyone to shop here ever. Not to mention the atv is scratched up and rusty it’s been sitting for so long.

Update: Fleet Farm reached out and fixed the problem. I have even been back to the store since and they are top notch. Disappointed that they offer a purchase online, then e-mail you 24 hours later with a sorry this is now unavailable. I could have taken advantage of other promotions at a different stores but now have missed out on those as well. Will be a while till I shop here again.

Fleet farm has really gone down hill since it was sold. Empty shelves, shelves with only one product taking up the whole isle. Went in for dark chocolate covered raisins. Non on shelves. Just disappointed with the selection down most isles.

Edit: I contacted the number left by the owner on the same day as original review, left my contact information with the representative as requested, and still have not heard from them in a week.Visited today trying to purchase three items, two from the outdoor gardening area and one in-store. The in-store item wasn't located in the isle where the Fleet Farm website stated it was. Since I'm not a regular in this store and only have a rough idea of where things are located this took more time than it should have. I was unable to purchase the gardening items, I was told I needed to order using one of the kiosks and then my items would be pulled for me. Couldn't do it because one item had become sold out since I looked yesterday (not fault of store) and the other one isn't in the kiosk system at all. When I asked a customer service rep they told me I would need to order online (which has a wait time of up to four hours) and then come back to pick up since it isn't in the kiosk system. Absolutely not worth visiting for me, I know that other people live and die by this place but every visit frustrates me.

Fleet Farm has a great selection of different products ‐ from grocery, clothing, toys, gardening, pet supplies, tools (#Milwaukee!!!), lawn lowers to snow blowers, hunting, farm items and much Much MUCH more!!!Fleet Fames' own brand of candy is out of this world!!!!I like shopping there just to see what is new and for what is one sale!!!During planting time...now that is a game changer and a must see!

Worst experience of my life. Bf has a virtual credit card and they treated us horrifically. Kept saying it's against policy to manually enter cards. We literally just needed dewormer for our SICK cats. We had already dumped ALLL our change into a coinstar machine to get some of the money. We were short about 9 dollars. And needed to use his card to cover the last bit. I explained how broke we were and needed a little compassion and they refused. Treated us like thieves. Not to mention their cat dewormer is almost twice the price of Walmart (we needed one more bottle and Walmart only had two).

Drove two hours away because they showed multiple products in stock online that I needed. I then called and verified they were in stock. I went to the store and bought the items. I went around the back to pick the items up and waited in my truck for twenty minutes before I went back to the lady at the gate to ask what’s going on. She didn’t seem to know much so I went back and waited another ten minutes. After over 1/2 hour the young guy came back and told me he couldn’t find it and I should go in for a refund. Now I have wasted 1/2 of my day and 4hrs worth of gas so I go inside and ask for a a manager. greets me was supposedly the closing manager. I tell her my story and all I get is a quick sorry and a refund with no eye contact. I wasn’t offered to ship the item or anything.. no problem solving all she wanted was to get out of the situation because it was uncomfortable for her. That’s called management (what I do for a living). If customers are leaving mad and your inventory system sucks it sounds like time for a new manager. Horrible experience all around with no customer service. I can’t stand Amazon (which is why I drove so far) but I left and found the same product for the same price delivered. Seems like a no brainer to me. Sad because my local one is ran way better (just didn’t have the product)

My girlfriend and I stopped by to see of they had any wasp spray to help my mom out with her situation, but sadly, they didn't.Overall we did pick up other things, and I have to say the bathrooms were clean. It was a really good store overall.

Used to be my go-to store for everything. Since the ownership change and “remodel”, you can’t find anything, and the store is not nearly as well put together as it used to be. Highly disappointing. You have a long way to go. Really miss the “Mills” in fleet farm...

Great gardening department. I've been to fleet farm three days in a row to buy more mulch.... I kept running out and they, by far, offer a very competitive prices. I'm also very happy with the hose I purchased there.
