Shelves are bare. One checker. Ahead of me are two individuals with fill carts. Clerk didn't call for help because why. The person that was in #2 aburtly said I am closed and left the other person to deal with full carts and 5 people in line. The line only got longer. Once the individual came back from her break she again was aburt. Between the two clerks they were talking about their breaks and running down customers.

Unlike most dollar trees I've been to this one has friendly staff who know where the product is and keep the shelves stocked. I've been to many others who have stuff scattered all over. This one is an anomaly and well managed. There are low income apartments a few blocks away so I'm sure it's not an easy store to keep up. They are unfortunately short staffed like everyone but they are always busy and yet find a way to keep shelves stocked and put items back where they belong. Also they aren't afraid to open another register if lines get long. Other stores just let the one person slowly check people out while the other employees talk about customers. So this is one dollar tree I highly recommend. Don't let the dirty exterior fool you. They did have a vacant store for years next to them so trash would float to their lot. The only spot room for improvement is needed is that exterior. It's always littered with trash. This is their own doing tho. Well maybe. The outside trash can was gone one day when I stopped in. This was about 2yrs ago. Since then the trash in the lot started. It might have been stolen or destroyed or they were sick of emptying it. It always had peoples big house bag garbage in it. So I could see the owner or management at the time take it away. Well then people just throw their garbage outside which is sad. I don't think it is the same manager now as it was when the outside garbage disappeared. I'll maybe ask the next time I'm there and see the manager. She's a nice lady. And if you need a job I believe they pay competitively and probably don't expect much from seeing other stores! I'd consider it part time if I was closer and if my self employment wasn't taking all my time.Have a great day and check out Raab's Garage & Transport LLC next time you're in Albany! Only 20mins west on i94 from this dollar general. Bring me a quote from a shop or call and I guarantee I'll beat it and do a better job! I might take a little longer but the quality and price you pay is worth it. I will say if you're not patient please don't bring me a bigger job! The shop number is there as I can't post it here. You can text, email, or call. If no one answers please send a text with your name and purpose of the call. I don't always get to my voice-mail and sometime they just plain don't show up! So it's best practice to text after or before calling or we can just text back and forth only. Im a very thorough texter and like how the information back and forth is recorded for both of this. This info later gets imputed into the shop software that includes vehicle information and your information. Best to text at least why you're calling if you have an out of the area number! I try to answer all calls or call back but it doesn't always work out that way. Text, email, or call 24/7. I will reply asap. If you're broke down and need imitate assistance call, text that you need mobile mechanic, and I'll call back or text if you prefer. It's good practice to drop a pin for your location so I will be directed right to you and can give you a better eta. 24/7 mobile mechanic on duty. After hrs rates do apply if call is after 8pm or before 6am. If I can fix it on the side of the road I will. If I need to move it I can. If you want to leave the vehicle with me and get a ride home or to a hotel I can arrange an employee to come with and get you where you'd like to go! No matter the distance. We've shuttled people back home to Iowa. It isn't cheap but we can get you where you need to be anywhere in the USA. Your vehicle can also be brought to wherever you'd like in the USA! I will give you an estimate before the trip to make sure you're comfortable with the arrangement. If drop off is over 2hrs away from breakdown location via Google maps, 50% of the estimate must be paid upfront. This can be cash or card. We can work out payment arrangements! Call for prices, quote, or service!

Heads up if you go into the Dollar Tree in Waite Park steer clear of the fat nasty sloppy white tramp on register 1. She has a nasty attitude fat lazy rude and a liar. She needs to be on a freaking treadmill she can't even work without having to sit down.

The staff was great however the store was was not well stocked it was out of a lot of things or the items were not on the Shelf. The store was somewhat busy but was not extremely. they were understaffed as many businesses are today. But the staff amazing and helpful. I hope next time I shop there that the store is stocked well and front face.

I love trips to the dollar tree, but was shocked during my last visit. While in the store I saw 3 employees. None of them greeted me or anybody else in the store. While shopping I felt like I was in their way while they stocked the shelves. Every other light was out in the store as well which made shopping challenging. I like to see what I'm buying. I asked the cashier why it was so dark in the store and he responded with "good question. I think every other light is off". Well yeah I figured that out, but go fix it.

I love dollar tree. But holy cow... the store was a disaster. Then when I went to check out, the employee kept her music blasting on her phone and pretty much ignored me. Then another employee at the other check out came up to the woman helping me asking for her keys so she could leave and pick up someone from the dentist. That employee had answered her phone, talked to someone, left the register to talk to the woman helping me, THEN returned to the customer she was checking out! I'm just blown away. Customer service and store pride are becoming a thing of the past I guess.

I love this location. They have literally EVERYTHING! There's certain things I won't buy from there like food(just a personal choice), but their kitchen ware, personal items, bday cards, stationery stuff its awesome, everything is $1? Can't beat that! And all of the employees are very kind and helpful! :)

Great deals, but the men's bathroom is disgusting. I shop here often and every time I go, it's dirty. They are also out of stock a lot. Staff is friendly, but they should use more registers when they are busy. Can take 20 minutes just to check out.

St. Cloud Dollar Tree is always well stocked with extremely friendly and helpful employees. The products are of high quality. I aiways go out with more than what I intended to buy. Never disappointed with my purchases.

For a buck an item it adds up quicker than you would think so be careful 🤣The reason for only 4 stars is it could use some cleanup, like alot if cleaning, some light bulbs replaced so it's not so dark.

there r 4 handicap spots here and 2 of them were being used by vehicles with no handicap plates or permits posted..i told one of the clerks this as i have done on another occasion,she just sighs ,says they cant due anything.i said report them..she just rolls her eyes..other than that, i do like this store, the rest of staff r always friendly,helpful,but the mgr should look into the abuse of the handicap spots...i need to use spots myself and display my plates or placard when i do...

When I go into Dollar Tree to buy a couple of items, it never ends with a couple of items. I usually walk out $100 later. If I need an item fast, Dollar Tree is the place to go. Quality items for $1, a person cannot go wrong.

The store was dirty and product was out everywhere. I'm not sure if the employee could be a manager but this woman stood in the aisle on the phone texting, mask down, and sniffling constantly. I will never return to this store again.

this place is usually dirty and there are usually boxes of merchandise everywhere, but the worst part is that their bathroom is DISGUSTING!! there are so many cleaning products in the store, yet they can't grab one off the shelf and clean their bathroom? It would literally cost them $1 to do so.
