They're going out of business. So, be prepared to stand in line to check out. It can take an hour. But, if you're a crafter or just want to thank them for 30+ years of business, then get on in there. Items are marked 10-50% off! As busy as they are, the staff is still smiling and helpful. Be patient with them and always be kind of no matter what. Enjoy!

Very disappointed in my last shopping experience at Craft Direct. Have very much enjoyed shopping there for the last 15 years. Many times using gift certificates I had gotten for Christmas presents and also signing up for the rewards program and collecting points and dollars for my next visit. I went on the first day of the liquidation sale and decided not to stand in line for a half hour or the two hours that would take to get checked out but I did make it back today on April 28th most of the prices were 25 to 30% off quite a bit of stuff selected was picked through or missing, which is to be expected but what I found very very upsetting was the fact that my rewards dollars could no longer be used. As far as I remember I had 30 to $40 that I could spend on my next trip in, the lady at the register told me that a message was sent out to everyone that they had to be used by the end of March. Whether that came in a text message or an email I don't know, I never received a message. Nothing I can do about it now but I think it's very very poor customer service even if you're closing to have a program in place where you purchase the program every year for $10 then add a points by what you're spending and then have that program taken away before your very last day of being open.

I understand having to get a job done, but customers should be the priority. The only nice person was the cashier. The rest were too busy chatting with their coworker or rearranging stock. This was the last time I will go to Crafts Direct.

Strange location, but great variety of items! Prices were all pretty decent too! I wish they had more selection in each category, but the variety of categories is insane. Worth a stop if you're nearby the area and like crafts.

It's sad to see this place go, over the years it was a great location to stop and shop locally. With them closing for good, It seems as if they raised all the prices seeing as all tags have been removed and they now are definitely over priced even with the sale prices.

Disappointed overall. Not the friendly, welcoming place it used to be. I did find a couple of things for my winter porch pots but that was it. Nothing for my card-making hobby. They are not doing much of anything with new releases and not much variety in companies anymore either.

This place is huge. You should be able to find everything you need for any of your crafting projects. They had craft supplies and finished items. It was difficult to find someone to ask where things were located so wondered around a lot. So be sure you have lots of time, because if you're a crafter you'll be enamored with all the goodies. I'm not local to the area so I dont frequent the store very often, but they do seemed to have some type of loyalty rewards program that you should definitely ask about. Parking lot is big and has very easy access. Also be sure to check out their outlet store just down the way in the same shopping center.

So many things to look at! They carry a wide variety of crafting items. Lots of holiday decorations, with displays set up for ideas, which is helpful for those who are less creative. They also have a lot of unique things like hats, slippers, handbags and more.

My favorite craft store. They have so much to choose from. The largest selection of paper crafting supplies and embroidery patterns I've ever see. They also have puzzles, decor, and kitchen items. If you are into jewelry making then I would not recommend.

I'm new to knitting, however I came here for supplies and each ''blanket'' yarn they had, they only had 1 or 2 skeins. How am I supposed to make a blanket with 1 or 2 skeins... ? it's still my favorite craft store in the area I was a little surprised to see that. Sad to say I have to order knitting supplies online.

I love this store. I know the prices can be a bit high, but there are many items here I can not find elsewhere. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. When they are unsure of something to use they'll try and come up with creative suggestions or direct you to another store that carries what you're looking for.
