Just went in & stood there for almost 5 minutes, I could hear people talking & laughing in the back but didn’t see any employees.I decided to leave & the only reason an employee came to the front was when I opened up the door & walked out an ambulance went by so she came to the front. I walked back in & ordered 3 malts for my nephews, even tho we wanted food, and left. I won’t be back.

Sold out of alot of the menu.... No ketchup... The worker behind the counter barely knew how to work the till.... Tables were dirty.... Kinda surprised it's stayed open

Amazing customer service. One of the few Dairy Queens that has chicken strips available. The bread was actually toasted and not just heated up with butter like other places. Got our food in a timely manner considering they were short staffed.

My experience when I entered this place was a little weird. I ordered a 6 buck lunch for 3 piece chicken strips and fries and a small oreo blizzard. I waited. It took longer than I thought it would've taken. Then it got done and I looked into the bag. I noticed three things of fries! I was a little confused but I left the store with the bag and the blizzard. I looked further into the bag and noticed I got three things of chicken strips too! The food was good even the extra food! Overall, I would probably go there again.

Gone through drive thru 2 x now and only received 1 napkin for my whole order kind of defeated the purpose. The french fries were skimpy hardly adequate for the price value meal special, 1 of the 2 separate visits, the chicken was so grisly, ended up throwing it out. Definitely have been to better DQs than here. Thinking twice about giving it a 3rd try.

Was driving threw so we decided to stop for dinner. Customer service wasn’t to bad but the food was awful chicken strips tasted like old grease, cheese curds where like mush, bacon cheeseburger had no bacon we should of went to McDonald’s across the street then we could of had a good meal and actually ate instead of having one bite and be done. Definitely don’t recommend.

Every time I come here it ends in disappointment. Food and ice cream takes forever and all employees are barely smarter than a 5 year old. They don't care about the upside policy when serving blizzards. Probably because they never make them thick enough. And don't go in there hoping for a 5 buck lunch that comes with ice cream. I ordered a 4 piece chicken and was charged 5.99 even after I asked if they still offered $5 lunches (they did) so now they have a very pissed pregnant lady.

They serve delicious icecream and good food. The bacon- chicken sandwich is totally recommended. Their client service is also good. Their operating hours are convenient. Such a good place to spend some time with family and/or friends.

If I could give a lower score I would. It is August and they still have a nativity scene from Christmas set up. They were out of chocolate ice cream and no Oreos. Out of many other items as well. The gift card machine was broken which was the reason I went there. And they ID’d me for buying ice cream with my debit card? I heard screams from the bathroom...not sure what that was about. Good chance I may get food poisoning or another disease. I would recommend going to Mac dons right next door.

I don't give to many lower reviews, but tonight but it was a bummer they didn't have bananas available. Three other things we did get didn't taste like that item tastes like from other DQs. By watching, we kind of felt the two youngsters didn't know what they were doing. Keep in mind this is Oct 30, it was 28 degrees outside, and they were close to closing. I'm sure the odds of someone coming in for a banana split was low. Other people may have gotten really upset.... But considering the situation, it wasn't a big deal for us.

Worst Dairy Queen I have ever been to. A couple friends and I went there 5 minutes before closing and were told that we could not be served because the grill was already shut off. When asked if we could just have ice cream we were very rudely told that the ice cream machine was "shut off already" . On top of that, it was the owner of the store that suggested that we go to McDonald's or somewhere else if we wanted food. The customer service is horrible as is the quality of the food. I will certainly never be going to this Dairy Queen again.

We arrived at 5:23pm and the doors were locked when we tried to go in. The hours posted on the same door are 11 to 7 daily. As we go to leave an employee is in the window laughing. I doubt business is good with employees like that.

Poor customer service, getting mad at me because even though I ordered first I took someone else's blizzard even though I thought was part of my order. I ordered 4 orders of fries only got 3. The kid working accidentally threw away a roll of paper towels but took them out of garbage and started using them to sanitize a food prep table with them. That is unsanitary.

So we were driving through this town heading home and stopped, door are locked and signs says to call and order food so we did and no one answered the phone expect answer machine. There sign said open daily at 11 am it was 12:30 so clearly that is not true. Too bad was in the mood for D Q

Not good at all. If you want to stop at a Dairy Queen go east to Staples or Motley, or north to Park Rapids. You will find much better service at any of those 3 DQ's than you will at this one that is for sure.

Excellent FOOD QUALITY, Truck parking, and fast friendly service. These people care about you, and will even check your ID to make sure nobody stole your card. Best DQ in America.

Poor customer service. I wasn't informed that each dip costed .75, I asked the lady after I purchased my meal if I could have another honey mustard sauce as my son wAnted one and she said, that will be .75-even after buying 3 meals from them. I told her okay, I added that it would likely cost them the same amount to run my card again though. While I was annoyed that I could just grab a sauce and go, that had to re-ring me up for a sauce, a sign for it too. The other lady chimed in, " she is just doing her job".Well, if charging me an additional .75 and not thinking about what you are actually profiting from it while giving me a sass remark and Creatinf an unhappy customer is worth it, I just won't return to this DQ. I live by a DQ, and I've never ever been charged for a simple honey mustard sauce and I would be inconvenienced by re-ringing me up and signing for a sauce. Clearly that didn't make sense and getting a rude remark will cost more than a sauce now. This DQ won't be a pit stop for us anymore-too much attitude and no common sense.

Awesome Chili dog. They go the extra mile, toasted bun, charred dog! Chili perfect! Food hot, fresh, and fast service. Friendly staff-they are where the saying 'Minnesota nice' comes from! Definitely a step above lots of other DQ's. Worth the stop.
