A pine products semi truck was traveling down the highway and was losing part of its load, additionally there was a large object that came off the semi trailer and hit my vehicle causing a substantial amount of damage. At this time, pine products has been rude and terrible to deal with. They are denying this occurrence and not taking responsibility. Also, their insurance company adjuster refuses to speak to me about the claim, of which my insurance company is involved in as well. They have yelled at me, and most recently, talked down to me as though I am fabricating this. Zero integrity across the board on this, the owner whom I spoke with seems less than interested in taking responsibility for an accident that occurred with one of his fleet members.

I've ordered mulch from them for 5 years. Price is reasonable, prompt delivery, drivers always do a good job placing it where I want it dumped even though the street is crowded and a tight squeeze sometimes.
