So many of the employees that I have encountered are so amazing helpful courteous and just generally happy to help you. Unfortunately this morning I encountered Anita. While staring me down the entire time I checked out and being very intimidating I finally looked at her and said can I help you. She made some very disparaging comments about my appearance and thought that it was funny and fine. Watch out for this lady. She's been at this grocery store for many years and she's a vile evil person who shouldn't be working with people. Anyone who feels the need to demean and tear someone else down should not be working with people. Mike the manager was absolutely wonderful when I spoke to him. That's how you provide excellent service!

As some others have described, the employees are "polite" and helpful. The products sold have enough variety to meet most of the needs someone would want. The quality of food is what you would expect in a Midwest store. I was only surprised by how few smiles the employees had. Growing up, I remember hearing how friendly people are in Minnesota. The only person who smiled was an older gentleman as he was coming in from the parking lot. So, if you need to buy some basic products then this is the place. If you were looking for that Midwest charm you have heard about, then Wabasha may not be somewhere to shop. I've heard many people from Wabasha shop in Winona or Lake City. It's just something to think about.

This was always a decent store when it was owned by a local family, now it's even better. A very wide range of products. Some really good offers and coupons. Saves the gas money to drive 30+ miles each way to a large store and so it compensates somewhat to the price difference. Plus you get a rewards scheme too and get cash off your shopping after spending so much. Wonderful local staff, always friendly. Always polite. I'll gladly support local jobs and economy.

Can't really complain because there's nothing to complain about. We (I work there) may miss a few items, but it not every grocery store haseverything. The place is clean, we're friendly, and we have great weekly deals. So, an overall great review.

Good variety of food. Fresh Produce and great cuts of meat. If you happen to find something that they don't carry the staff will make every attempt to find and stock items of interest.

Today was the second time I saw two employees with masks only on their mouths and one with a mask on his chin.. Also a liquor vendor came into the store with no mask in sight! When I asked the manager about it she said it was personal choice. Interesting as the sign posted on the entrance read, "Masks Required".

The selection of good are ok but the prices are way to high! Everything is so expensive! But being the only grocery store in the area some people have no choice but to shop there. The nearest grocery store in this area is about 30-40 miles in each direction and some don't have the transportation to go.

Great grocery for a small town. Here each summer on vacation and this out GoTo for all the basic supplies. We have to make a few substitutions on occasion, as they can't stock the variety of the giant box stores sometimes.

Amazing to see Hormel Natural Choice fresh pork IRL! I have to be honest that we went here on a lark because of Dick’s TERRIBLE commercial that plays on IMDBtv with some impossibly-melodramatic electric guitar power chords and cheesy synth percussion. But I am tickled to death admitting that Dick’s was a spiffy little grocery. If shoppers can somehow find it in their heart to see past Dick’s borderline-embarrassment-of-a-produce-department I think near everyone will find plenty of unexpected/hidden retail gems in this place!

Disappointed that they couldn't issue a rain check for the creamer that they didn't have, dairy person said it would be in on Monday and I should ask for a rain check, but the checkout person said the person that issues them wasn't there. Strange not to have anyone available in the store on a weekend that could do this.
