I have on several occasions looked at store availability through the app for things I needed before driving all the way to this store only to find that when I get there they have none in stock. This is very frustrating and a waste of time and money. In this day and age with the tech we have and the money target makes, this should never be a problem. Get your act together target. I will be shopping at Walmart again unfortunately

This target is beautifully laid out and well stocked. It is clean and well organized. Love all their decor products! I also enjoy that they now have a produce section! Unfortunately, their pricing on their products are not all correct, after leaving we noticed we paid more for multiple items (6). Thankfully a customer service representative has contacted us after we informed them of this to get our refund! Also the way they dealt with us in checkout was not the best, they had to re scan every single item the person a head of us was trying to purchase, they told us it might be a while. They did not offer to take us in a different line right away just told us we might want to move to a different line even though we had been waiting almost ten minutes already while the lady was trying to figure out her coupons.

Always a great experience at this store! The staff is knowledgeable and willing to help. The store is clean and well stocked. They have a different layout at this one that I find is a bit easier to get through.

Had a drive up pickup order today done this several times after work because it's convenient and I've never had an issue until today. The guy who came out never seen him before little guy with glasses was very rude almost let the cart run into my car and then when I told him about the button to close my back hatch he never responded just completely ignored me left my back hatch open and walked off ... He at least could have stated he couldn't find it and acknowledged I spoke to him or responded to me or something but never said a word to me. I understand if it was busy but not an excuse to ignore customers and not hang on to the cart and pay attention to what you're doing and at least be courteous and polite.

If you want assistance at this target you better drop everything that you're doing and try to find someone because I was busy in a rush to get groceries and there was nobody around I called the store and said I was in the grocery aisle trying to find chocolate milk Mix he said hang on and I waited 3 minutes on hold while I'm trying to get the heck out of the store then he said it was on 28 and before I could say anything he Hangs up the telephone and on 28 it wasn't there so I was upset and I tried calling him again and this time the phone kept ringing and then I found someone while walking across the store trying to get assistance you said I'll help you and eventually he did it shouldn't have to take 20 minutes to get assistance where something is

I usually only have good things to say about Target. The store is always very clean, especially the bathrooms, and well stocked. I wish I could say the same for Walmart. My experience today was good, just subpar for Target. The front end employees were not knowledgeable. It took two of them to figure out my target circle discount at the register. The majority of the self-checkouts were not working and most of the other registers were closed, so I actually had to wait a while to check out. That is unusual for Target. Also unusual was the fact that none of the employees greeted me throughout the store. I worked at Target for 5 years, so I know what is expected of the employees and how the store is supposed to run. I was trained in on almost every area of the store. Maybe that's not the way it works anymore. I think Target is suffering from the same thing as everywhere else. They have to take whatever employees they can get and can't train them all the way they need to. I'd rather shop at Target than Walmart any day of the week. Unfortunately, my town does not have a Target. I was not intending to leave a negative review, but I was prompted by Target to answer a survey today, and part of that was being honest and then leaving a review here. This was the Target in Virginia, Minnesota. I feel bad now, so I just have to reiterate that I absolutely love Target. Just always try to do better. And remember that you're better than Walmart.

I havent shopped there yet for myself but when I have to ho there to pick up orders for customers its somewhat simple to find the items im looking for which gives me the ability yo get my customers order to them much quicker.

Half the items on Target Circle (cartwheel) are never in the Virginia store-they're not out of stock, they just don't carry them at all! So why are they even on Circle? The older lady cashier that works at night is nice enough but we just had to wait 15 minutes while she gabbed with the guy in front of us. It was the only lane open with a cashier and we had a full cart so didn't want to self checkout. Being friendly is one thing but sitting there having a conversation minutes long during and after you scan people's items slowly is crazy. We've been on our feet all day, we don't want to stand here listening to you chat while waiting to check out; we want to go home! We also saw at least 2 other workers who ignored us. They saw the situation and didn't open another line (there was also another lady behind us). Self checkouts were full. No reason these workers just hanging around can't actually do some work. Unacceptable customer service!!

Virginia, MN Target it one of the best in the chain.The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, especially in the cosmetic dept. I've shopped here for 22yrs and I don't believe I've ever had a bad experience.Very clean & well organized.Large parking lot with alot of front row parking. They have a lot of register open if you DON'T want to do self check out with your large purchase! 😉

I love this Target! It allows me to purchase items on clearance that I might not be able to buy at my home store. The store is clean and well staffed always. Love it!

The worst store in town, would make a better parking lot. Items are never in stock, computer inventory is a lie. They use bait and switch tactics for items ordered online by switching out for inferior products. It just makes me angry when I drive by seeing that waste of space that could be a decent retail outlet.

I normally shop Virginia Aldi for food but their ice cream sux & Target's selection is so much better to include their own brand. $4.50 for the quart in this day & age is excellent! It'd be 5 stars but I don't like going all the way into the store just for 🍨.

Clean store. Friendly team members. I asked a team member to help me find Sudafed because the app said it was in stock. She went in the back room and looked for a good 10 minutes and had no luck. She was very helpful even though they didn't have what I was looking for. I love the Target Circle app, which helps me get coupons from target as well as manufacturer coupons by scanning products I am already going to purchase.

It had been a while since I'd been here & the store is a bit different. The gluten free foods are miscellaneous placed throughout the store & everything is always a lil more expensive but usually a bit better quality so I don't mind. I had difficulty locating an employee to help with finding things that were gluten free. The trip stressed me more than it should have.

"What does a sprinter eat before a race?" "Nothing, they fast!" That's what a target employee told me when I was trying to buy three toasters for my aunt's bachelor party. It was weird because at the time my leg was broken and I was not walking independently. I don't think they were making fun of me but I ended up buying tennis shoes instead. Great quality and awesome prices! Wouldn't shop again!

Target has everything. I have literally had dates there. I bring my kids there for fun when it's cold. Cartwheel makes shopping fun. The clearance sections get me really excited about shopping. All our Target needs is a good small town bakery and I would move right in.

Target is fine if you're in a hurry. It's comfortable to shop there. But the clothing selection is abysmal. Like most stores, they forget we live in a cold climate...Bad selection of cold weather items. But if you like to drink a lot, they have every specialty drinking item you can imagine. Most people up here are beer drinkers. But they have a vast array of fancy bar items that leave us googling and aisles filled with bar related goods and ingredients. So weird. But try to find a cool toy there...good luck with that. Not much for "timeless" items. But it's conveniently located..

this target is the worst target I have ever been to. they are ALWAYS out of everything every single time I go. I have never walked out of this store with everything I need. stock is always low, shelves are bare, and it’s dirty. for having very few targets in Reno, you would think they would do a better job at stocking.

Most of my trips to Target (5 or less per year) are pretty good and I find what I'm on the hunt for. My problems are that stuff is still decently expensive and that there was a time when the store smelled like vomit right inside the front entryway. Other than that things have actually been pretty nice there. The store also carries the chocolates I've enjoyed passing out to my classmates for years.
