Stocks rotten meat, often.This Super One has become notorious in this household for having meat go bad within less than a day. Shelves have packages with rotten meat on Kabobs and gray hamburger meat. The bundle packages of hamburger meat are a scam. You will take it home, it will rotten quickly and you won't even get to eat it.

I felt like this was a nice, fully stocked grocery store. I hadn't seen this chain, that I can recall (not from the area), and the outside did not give me a good feeling. I was very pleasantly surprised when I was inside. Full variety, well stocked, sufficient staff, very clean, nice aesthetic.

Store is encouraging SMOCKING by the front door, even having smocking urn there. And it's a public place you go with young children. Guys, do you even know, it's illigal to allow SMOCKING in the public place? Business can get a fee for doing it. Gross!

It's always a great place to stop by to get groceries, ice, and Misc items on our way to the Ash River area. The employees are very kind. It would be nice to be able to buy refrigerator bags. We appreciate being able to get approved firewood!

This was a nice store. It was down the street from motel I stayed at, and was handy at only about a block away. Prices were fair for the most part, but not sure if average for the area, since I'm from out of state. Store was clean & seemed well stocked.

Employees are so friendly and helpful. The store is really quite clean and they have good covid protocols. They will also order things if there's something specific you can't find! Great produce, excellent meat dept. The prices aren't bad but they have definitely increased like everything else has lately.Recently remodeled, looks refreshingly modern compared to most of the 70s decor in Iron Range businesses. Highly recommend.

Super One foods is a great place to go for you and the whole family. We get what we need easily and then some. The cashiers and associates working the floors are very helpful when we need assistance looking for a particular product. We will be back for sure!

Prices are kind of high. Awesome salad bar, though! They have remodeled and it looks very nice and up to date. Clean aisles, workers are always available, lines can be long, but they usually call for back up right away. The new self check out is annoying and not very user friendly.

The bakery section alone is enough of a reason to go. Great low prices with a huge selection. I am glad found this place. My friend back home wanted a specific local beer and the Super One liquor store behind the food store had it in stock. The employee was kind and even walked me right to it.

The meat dept guys are great! Helpful and will take me to the product. I did tell one young man one day that he must be related to the boss, because he was a sore excuse for an employee. I asked him for help and he told me he just stocked shelves. REALLY???

I have always loved Super One!!! They always have a pretty good coupon deals and I love the ease of how they do their coupons. I usually always go to super one unless I know for sure I can get something cheaper at the dollar store.Plus I love that it's not too congested when we go shopping. I've gone at different times throughout the day with a toddler, and I usually never find myself frustrated due to the other customers there.

Store is very clean. It is so clean and bright, it makes you want to buy more food than you need! I know, it sounds strange, but remember what mom always says: Never go grocery shopping on an empty stomach (I do this every time and it gets me). I'm from Phoenix, so prices at this store are rather high for me, especially for produce and meat. High produce prices are understandable for the size (under 9,000) and location (far northern MN) of the town. Meat, not so much. Quality of food is excellent. Really nice store. Purchased some red grapes and cherries (among many other items) and both were excellent. Store baked bread is also excellent. Selection is decent.

The only real downside is that it's smaller than the one on the other end of town; ergo, their selection(s) tend to be much smaller. Apart from that, however, and the fact that you literally will not find much, if anything, genuinely imported, at either location, they are excellent in both their customer service and civility (which, mind you, is a word I do use a little loosely).Now, whether or not they can or will order something that they may not have, I'm unsure, as I haven't made such an attempt. But I have never known them to not be helpful in some way.

This location was convenient to not have to deal with the road construction at the other store with the liquor store and bigger selection of rolling tobacco products. However they were higher priced on the same bag of tobacco and limited on the brand of tubes which also cost more. I suppose the extra was worth not having to deal with the road closures and round about way of getting to the bigger store.

Curently remodeling but still open. My cashier was Jessica. Very nice. My bagger very nice. My regular butcher helped me find what i wanted but The people in the deli were not trained in customer service skills.

They do good at keeping most prices down. Usually their meat selection is great and their deli killer!! Never had a rude worker here and usually go weekly shopping here when I get the choice.

Super One North is great, I've never had a bad experience there, & usually end up going about once a day. It's the complete opposite of the Super One on the other side of town.I absolutely will not go to Super One South, they're so rude & I've experience it every single time I've ever been there, they treat their employees like total garbage.

We prefer this store over the South side one just because it's usually less busy and the employees are much friendlier than the other store. I have to downgrade my stars to one though because neither Super One enforces the mask rule! We were here around 7:30pm on 10/13 and observed a young female and 2 males with a newborn baby walking around the store, NONE of them with masks! There are also CLEARLY marked arrows to show shoppers which way to go down aisles to help with social distancing and these people were always going the wrong way. We have seen this happen at both stores multiple times. Pay attention! The employees need to tell people if they can't wear a mask then they need to leave. Some of us believe in science and don't want Covid because others are selfish and/or stupid.
