Best buying experience from any dealer I have ever dealt with. Iron Trail is very customer focused from sales, to service, parking attendant, to finance. I have to say it starts at the top and trickles down. Traded truck and purchased clean used newer SUV. Isaac in sales is great. Garrett in management was fair straight forward and thorough. Cindy in finance is fast, amazing, helpful, and so organized in explanation of customer tasks to be done. All staff are friendly. I had a 4 hours appointment scheduled and it ended up taking 8. The shop was pretty full and I expected slight delays but not 4 additional hours. I did have to have a new caliper put on after an issue was discovered but it was not the reason for the delay.

I purchased a 2016 Ford Escape from Isaac about two weeks ago and he was very professional and friendly! He knew all about the car and made sure it was clean and gassed up when we took it home. We didn't manage to talk them down on the price at all, but an oil change and new rear brakes were included in the sale. Eric and the rest of the staff at the service desk were also professional and friendly and they gave me a lot of confidence in their work.
