I appreciate the cleanliness and organization of Hobby Lobby, along with their helpful and friendly staff. Living in an area with limited craft store options, I'm thankful for this location catering to craft enthusiasts. However, my rating is 4 stars instead of 5 due to the limited availability of name brand supplies in the painting/sketching section. While they offer basic products in some supplies from recognized brands, they have started phasing out some of the top options (Copic markers to name one brand). I've noticed a shift towards their own brand, removing some beloved products. Although some of their own items are usable, they don't meet my specific preferences. Still, a reliable choice for craft supplies in the area! ★★★★

As it's just opened,it's spotless with lots of friendly employees. The isles are wide,and the selection is good. The place is located in the Thunderbird mall with easy access coming from either it's own outside entrances or through the mall. Handicap friendly both inside and out,along with great parking available. It's on the west end. Aldi's is on the other end.

This store has so much stuff!! It's also a big store! My first time in Hobby Lobby and I was very impressed with the items they had. The only thing I can say negatively about it, is their prices are high. I'm hoping it's because they carry good products.

Very clean store, friendly staff, helpful employees. It wasn't too crowded during my lunch break. They always have the perfect gift options for anyone you're looking for!! Picture frames are amazing, little price, though. I was bummed they didn't have any sales or coupons at the time I visited. You can walk that place for hours and still not see everything; they are always updating their inventory!

It can be difficult to find prices on some items but on the whole it okay. Wide assortment of hobby items. They don't scan items in, clerks keys them in. Several items were on sale and I needed to remind clerk. She immediately remembered and the sale price was reflected on receipt.

People either LOVE Hobby Lobby or they don't....it's always fun to see the selection 🤗 somethings are overpriced but there is a ton of finds to be had! My 4 star rating was for the cashier attitude....flippin SMILE and acknowledge the line of customers waiting. I am grateful the cashiers are there working but a little excitement and positive attitude goes a long way.

The store is clean neat and organized. I have no problem with the merchandise they sell it's beautiful they have a lot of sales. The thing that bothers me is that I am physically challenged, and a lot of my friends are as well. But we're all Crafters we all love to do things due to the fact that we have a lot of sitting down time. It is very sad to announce that they do not have any electric carts for the handicapped or someone with an injury to be able to use while shopping in their store. I'm not sure how it could possibly not be cost-effective. I was there twice last week and could only go a short distance with my own Walker . I will say that there are two very nice wheelchairs available at the front if you have someone with you capable of pushing you. I will also say that I did not ask if there was someone in the store that could take me around the store pushing me in the wheelchair. If that was a service they offered that would be greatly appreciated. What I really wanted to say was if the store invested in just a couple of electric shopping carts oh, I believe that the investment would pay off over and over and over. I had a couple hundred dollars to spend but I couldn't get to the products that I wanted to purchase under my own power. I also realize that they do have online shopping. And I have used that online shopping before but there's really nothing like going past the items being able to touch them being able to look at them read the Box for a great shopping experience. Just saying that I will say the staff was polite and very helpful as well as I saw the manager working in the later part of the evening. So don't miss out on a great shopping experience. The variety in the store is really a very nice collection.

They have a wide variety of crafting supplies to engage someone of nearly any interest. Prices are comparable to other crafting stores, but a little more expensive to one shop stop stores we all know about. Those other stores don't carry near the variety of supplies that places like Hobby Lobby do.

Went to buy a cot of things. They have a lot of cute things! When I went the stuff was 50% off. They also had a lot of stuff in the Clearance aisle. Check out time was maybe 10 minutes if that. The checker was friendly.

I was looking for colored burlaps and just by happen, they were on sale for $1.99 yd. Employees are always nice and chatty when they ring you. They make sure you found what you were looking for.

Absolutely love this store. It's definitely a store for the whole family to love from kids toys and art sets to man cave items for the gentleman in your life as well as pretty stuff for the missed. It's definitely worth checking out!!!

I absolutely love this place due to the wide variety of arts and crafts items offered for any project a person may have. The only reason I'm not giving it a 5 star is because the last time I visited this store to buy beads I was followed around by a male worker who sent another female worker into the restroom with me then after I check out he stood outside the doors staring at me and when I ask him what's wrong he accuses me of shoplifting yet I show him the contents of my purse and still he doesn't apologize.

Great place if you're a crafter. Lots of cute home products if you're into themed rooms. My favorite section is the candles. Don't like the owners of this company and what they stand for though, so don't shop here for candles more than one or twice a year.

Everything is always on sale!! You see a price and then end up only paying half of it! I love this place for all my weird design ideas and diy decorations. Good job hobby lobby, they are closed on Sunday, I always think of them on Sundays... lol

It's a nice, clean building. Has lots of crafts and decor more than a lot of stores would have. My little brother's wallet fell into the toilet there and the employee was very helpful to deal with the situation. Their customer sevice is super great.
