I'm so impressed with Groomingdales! We brought my daughters dog in for her first ever Grooming. My biggest concern was that it was a positive experience and I wasn't let down. Gucci looks fantastic and had a wonderful first time. My daughter was welcomed by the groomer who did everything she asked. We will DEFINITELY be regular customers

I have had a different groomer the past 2 times and was very pleased. This last time was one of the worst grooming jobs I've had in 11 years. Not sure I will go back until the other groomer returns.

This was the second time I took my dog there, my dog is totally chopped, they were told to leave her tail and half the hair is missing. I gave her a second chance and it was worse than the first. Also just wiping hair off her table and not sanitizing it before she put my dog on there was just gross.Time for her to retire. Now I have to find someone who can fix her!One star is too many,VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!!Sherry Koskiniemi

These ladies do a wonderful job grooming my babies. They even manage to trim nails on my 5 pound Yorkie who self identifies as a vicious Great Dane and hates to be handled.
