Excellent customer service!! The staff was very friendly, I was in there on Friday night and discussed many kayak options and then decided to wait until Saturday to officially buy one that I've been researching! The employee helping me told me about the sale they had going on which was a bonus and then two staff helped me load it into my truck! So happy with my purchase! Highly recommend for any outdoor activity, lots of accessories and items to choose from. Great prices and almost always coupons to use if you Google it!

Good selection but the items I bought had multiple price tags covering each other. The original was $12.99, that was covered with a $19.99, which was then covered with a $24.99 tag.

You have to give them your driver's license while you look at a firearm. The only place I know of that does this.

This is a great store. Great clothing, sporting gear and shoes. Fishing and hunting gear at good prices. Definitely has almost anything you need from support braces and golf to archery equipment and weight training... I like Dunhams

I bought a rifle from here at a very busy time, and the staff was dedicated and spent like 3hrs on the phone waiting for my approval to go through. They have a great selection of other items in the store and very kind staff members. Thank you!

I went to get ice skates from there (like I have done in the past 6 years ago) I was going to give a box of skates after trying them on back to a employee, but she ignored me. There was a nice employee lady who helped me out before that situation.The other thing was that she gave me a box of ice skates that were apparently 2 sizes different (one size 8, and one size 9). She (the nicer enployee) did try to find the match to the size 8 ice skate but they didn't have it, they had a different ice skate that was my size but I didn't like the fit of them as much as I did with the other ice skate. Before that the employee was nice and offered a 15% discount for mismatched skates, which I declined. Good customer service on that part, though.

Looking for winter boots - wide sized. Assistant said they do no carry extra wide & referred me to another outlet where he found wide shoes for himself..I found many sales in Dunham's & purchased a hooded jacket @ great sale price.

This store is awesome. Tucked away in Thunderbird Mall. This store has managed to survive the pandemic. With a large variety of sporting goods & apperal their is something for everyone.The staff is especially knowledgeable. Bree in the hunting department knows her merchandise. She can just about answer any questions you may have. She is in tune with her products and she can tell you anything you may need to know.I found a few t-shirts to wear, and my girlfriend found something she likes as well. We spent about a 100 and we got.4 shirts, and a pair of leather gloves. With the pandemic and everyone shopping online its nice to know you can still go in to buy something your looking for. I recommend trying this store if your looking for that one gift for someone you don't quite know what to get you will find it there.

Every year I visit my family in Virginia, every year I stop at Dunham's for local gear (St. Cloud State, UMD, etc). Prices are decent and in the past, service and selection were always good. Not this year. No in store help to be found and the selection of flip-flops over size 8 was laughable. Also, why have Notre Dame, Wisconsin, and Michigan tees, but not Minnesota?

With in min walking to the store the staff greet me and help me and answered all the questions I had about a gun. They were very helpful, I ended up buying the 308 savage I was so happy and I’m also glad they remind me to buy a new gun case and ammo lol I can’twait to buy another gun form there 😊

I like the brands that they carry I was surprised to see some hoodies in colors I had never seen before so that was a BONUS but all of the other big-name brands were picked over HARD! So that made the selection less than impressive.

Was asked by one employee while I first started looking at shoes if I needed anything. I had just started looking, so I said no. By the time I had found something, another customer was there, and another employee came over and helped them find what they wanted and didn't even bother to ask if I needed anything. I left the store at that point. They obviously don't care too much about making a sale.
