Dollar Tree is Dollar Tree. You can't swing a dead cat without hitting one in almost every town. Almost every store has stuff not on the shelf. It is a tough place to work and almost always need more people. But the staff at the ones I have been to are always helpful if they can.

The woman squaked at me from behind as I was walking in from the parking lot "we open at 9:00!".. Came back at 9:15 am and she shook her hands at me and flashed "ten" several times from the window lolOK lady. The website, the door, and everything else says 9:00. If you got to work late, maybe you should admit that you are in the wrong here.

No line should ever be 10+ people long. I didn't set foot in the store because I opened the door and saw the giant line and only 1 cashier. If the other workers aren't going to assist, I'm not going to shop. Trash management. Props to the lady who cashiers without help. She gets 5 stars. Everyone else gets 0.

Edited to add that they're so understaffed, there was a line 40 people deep waiting to check out and only one cashier. Many people had to leave without their purchase because the wait was so long.This store is filthy. The floors are in desperate need of repair. Looks like the employees do their best to keep up but the place is in very poor repair.

Prices and store appearance were good. Then when I went to check out there was nobody around and a lady in front of me with lots of things and not a curtious bone in her body to let the guy behind her, someone with 2 items to check out and obviously I speak of myself. And of course they are probably understaffed just like most companies around here. However it has been a couple three times that i've been there now and it's been the same way.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I have had number balloons filled with helium there for the past two years for my daughters birthday. Went in this year, and the cashier tells me they can't do it. I ask why, and she states they can't and never have been able to fill these particular balloons. Which is comical to me because as I said, I've had them done there before. She stated I needed to talk to the manager, which I tried. Manager would not stop what he was doing to speak to me, would not look me in the eye, called me a liar, rolled his eyes, and said they wouldn't do it because the number balloons were not made for helium (mind you it says that they are right on the package) I finally left mad as heck because it was my daughter's 18th birthday this year and this has been a tradition every year.To sum it up; horrible staff, horrible management, horrible customer service.

Very busy and only one person on the register. Cashier was friendly, and polite and didn't Bag cleaning items with food. Also he handled having 7 people complaining. He was calm and cool kept apologizing to us, his demeanor Never changed. A+++

The staff is hit-and-miss, some are great others should not be dealing with people. For as small of a store as it is, some staff seem to not know it well and seem bothered when asked where something is. - Wait times are attrocious at the register, especially when there are clearly many people in line and no one opens up the second register, even when there are enough people working to do so. The store does have a nice selection of products for as small as it is. Beware of the batteries, they are junk.

The employees need to actually come to the front check outs when called! When it gets busy, they're often running only ONE register.... and almost every time I shop here, I get an attitude from the employees.

Our Dollar tree is amazing!! They have so much that people daily need & the staff is extremely helpful & nice. A better store location, in Mt. Iron, would be my only negative comment. The presemt store is really in a poor maintained building that they lease. Parking lot is horrible!

The manager is awful! So rude. Apparently he is rude to not only customers but also staff. Staff reported this is his normal behavior. Will not be returning to this location no matter how bad I need ballon’s. I will make the trip to Hibbing. The staff there are so polite and friendly!

I can allways count on Dollar tree having what I need at the moment for a decent price. Only bad thing I have to say is it's not a dollar there anymore for everything it is now a dollar 25 plus tax so they should quit calling it Dollar tree and call it the "BUCK-25-PLACE".

On friday May 14th, my my family stopped by to get some balloons and kids stuff. 2 older ladies were working. They were two of the rudest people on the planet. With customer service such as that. I will never waist my time there ever again.

The Best in-stock and up-kept appearance of many Dollar Trees I've seen. A big plus was that they were in-stock on sanitizing cleaners that other Brand stores had been consistently out of. Bravo!

I get that it's a dollar store, but you have three people working, only one cashiering, and two people that are supposedly stocking, yet somehow know where nothing in the store is. It's a great experience to wait in line for fifteen minutes with ten other people because the hog with the cart-full of stuff at the front of the line with the six unruly kids also happens to need ten balloons blown-up. Of course, either your cashier isn't smart enough to call for help, doesn't care, or the other two employees don't care or can't. Cut your overpaid CEO's salary and hire either better people and pay them more or hire some more cashiers.

Best time to go is in the morning. Close to close. Otherwise you'll be in line forever. Cashiers are very nice. Management could use some sunshine in their life.

Cashier was VERY unfriendly. The line was terribly long, two woman ahead of me had full carts. I asked the cashier if she would call for help. She wasn't interested until I again said, get some help, the line went back into the candy aisle. 99 percent of the time cashiers here are unfriendly and not helpful.

Is great they have everything you need in a home. The only thing is that they only have one person at the cash register in rush hour. The workers are very nice and try to help the best they can.
