This store has many things I need & many things that I didn't know I need. The staff has ALWAYS been friendly, contrary to a customer that has voiced her whinging in these opinion pages several times and managed to wreak havoc on the staff.The store is clean, even if the aisles get blocked by inventory that needs to be stocked (Attn: DG admin; hire more people!).

I love this dollar store. Really friendly work staff and very helpful! They have an excellent selection and pricing on their dog treats food for animals and cat litter. They also have great seasonal clearance clothing items.

Great deals and good prices on things. Only down side is everytime me or anyone I know go in they usually will start following us around and give us bad service. Usually because of our appearance sometimes. And we or me episcallly have any negative intentions literally ever. Not once. So spotty service but great prices and deals on the products themselves.

well you can forget of bringing ur dogs here anymore! beyond offended by their customer service, a women followed me and demanded to know the disabilities my dog was servicing me for, my dog is a service animal and she demanded to know not only my disabilities my dog was servicing me for but also proof she was a service animal. both her and the other store worker was beyond rude! there was a time before people were able to bring there dogs inside without rudeness and they always had treats available, she was saying her family's dog never would behave as mine, mine was simply excited and wagging her tail excited for some attention. rudeness majorly and I will remember not to go there again, I miss the times of the old manager and friendlier days where dogs were accepted and not complained about being near.

Cramming your store with additional products will not make up for the recent drop in profits...Ever since Tina left I can't walk down ANY aisle if someone else is in that aisle! There is no room to walk past another customer because of adding more aisle!!! Besides all the additional desplays at the end of the aisles, if you are in a wheelchair forget it!! Great idea,let's make it harder for the handicapped 👍Employees must be under paid or overworked, check that, 1 is overworked..... The store is dirty, I wait forever standing at checkout. If you need a price check,(or as always the hanging "special" price never comes up at the til, so YOU have to walk back and find the right price) the rude/lazy employees wont do it. You have 1 good employee that's left over from when Tina was manager! Store was 5 stars, now -5 stars. Sucks.

The Virginia store is ok. But Everytime I go 1-2 aisles r blocked by ladders usually w cardboard . Usually I a hurry cuz I get rides.... Those blocked ends of aisles doesn't help to be speedy !

If I could put 0 stars I would. Absolutely by far the worst customer service. Also they OWE ME 7 DOLLARS FROM 2 WEEKS AGO. AND SAID THEY WOULDN'T HONOR IT BECAUSE IT WAS FROM 2 WEEKS AGO! AND IT WAS THE CASHIERS MISTAKE! AND THE "ACTING MANAGER" SAID THERE WAS NOTHING SHE COULD DO AND NO MANAGER WAS AVAILABLE. I WANT MY 7 DOLLARS BACK. I STILL HAVE MY RECEIPT B

Prices are ok, the shelves are messy, but they don't have enough staff, thats why they can't keep up the cleaning. Store won't pay people what they are worth.

Why the 'heavy metal' music station needs to be on full volume is beyond me. Maybe when the one clerk working gets off the phone and serves the customers ahead of me she will know.

Store is always untidy, prices are reasonable, Some items I've seen are also available at the Dollar Tree for half the price sometimes more, so be mindful of what you're buying.

Can usually find what you need at a decent price. Only complaint is understaffed, Isles are always blocked with boxes.
