Worst Pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. Almost every medication seems to always be on back order. They don’t pickup the phone, my child’s pediatrician couldn’t even get through. When my wife went in person, the pharmacist told her it was their job to fill medication, not answer the phone.We filed a complaint with CVS corporate and they took our information and claimed someone would reach out, never heard from them again.I had to deal with them for a long time because my insurance only used CVS. Now I have different insurance and thankfully never need to go back.

This particular location will not answer their phone. Whomever was on duty on 1/5/2024 at 5:35pm, picked up the phone and hung up immediately. I was told today by a Pharmacist at a different pharmacy that CVS will not answer their phone from anyone. This person used to work at a different CVS location and jumped ship due to this company’s refusal to provide accurate and reliable customer service. This location needs to close and leave the area. I’m so disgusted with CVS.

They don't pick up the phone. 70 mile drive one way for me. Understaffed like all businesses. The employees seem to try their best to get your prescription fast and I requested my meds be from a specific manufacturer. They were very supportive and succeeded in getting it. I have to keep reminding myself top management, CEO's and investors make the rules, call the shots in these super chains.

If there was a way to post negative stars I would. They’re trash. They don’t answer the phone EVER. The staff are extremely disrespectful and slow. They’ll help everyone and at closing time they’ll close the gates even when people are still waiting. Even slammed the office door in peoples face. Any time they are confronted about poor service they say its cause they’re so busy. Well, answer the phone and you wouldn’t have 50 ppl in line! They should be shut down.

This has to be the worst pharmacy I’ve ever had to use. I’ve spent hours on hold trying to get presentations sent to me. I was never answered during this time, so I went into the pharmacy and had to wait in line for 25 minutes. They needed to transfer a couple prescriptions from another CVS out of state, they said it would take 30 minutes or so to do that. I asked them to just send all of my current filled prescriptions to me I didn’t want to wait they assured me they would do that. That never happened… I again called them and set on hold and was disconnected so I called again and the same thing happened, I wasted 22 minutes of my time doing this today. This isn’t the first time that I’ve encountered this with them. They are just a terrible place to deal with.

CVS is Horrible! As a combat military retiree I was told I couldn't walk in and receive a covid vaccination. Target is a 90 minute drive...we live up on the border.Hopefully, TRICARE will do better coordinating health-care for our veterans going forward.

Aug 30, 2023, update: I’ve been trying to get a $1,300.00 prescription filled since the 25th. Drove in yesterday because they have stopped answering their phones this week, spent over an hour on hold and gave up went in and stood in a long line. Today they still haven’t filled it, yesterday they promised they’d get to it, the clerk checked that they had the product and everything was good. I can’t stand for a half an hour or more in line while they occasionally staff one till, so I tried calling again today. Spent over two hours and twenty minutes on hold, their site now says my prescription has gone inactive, though there are still refills and it hasn’t expired. Site tells me to call in. Pretty sure it’s time to call Walmart. Their staff answers their phone.///Called, took over thirty minutes for someone to answer the phone. Not unusual to have to wait like that at the Virginia CVS, or get slammed with a rude greeting, but it is frustrating. The woman said she had two people call in sick on her and she had customers to take care of, that she couldn’t talk to me. Last I knew I was a very lucrative customer. She said she would have the manager call me back the next day. I’m thinking now in the lack of any returned calls or help, she must of been the manager, and wasn’t totally honest, just to get rid of another customer(pun intended).

This pharmacy has gotten very bad lately, staffing issues? They won't pick up the phone, and the automated system is a mess. I tried calling to refill a script, 2 times by punching in the script #, it kept repeating the wrong numbers- 1 by saying the number, and it told me they didn't have the number. Are they trying to shut this pharmacy down with poor customer service?

I have been trying to contact this pharmacy for over a weeks to get a much needed medication…they do not answer the phone, I’ve tried to go through the website, I’ve replied YES to their texts…here I sit, without my medication. I am changing pharmacies…and do not recommend Virginia, MN TARGET CVS! How hard is it to answer the phone????

i had to call multiple times to the NATIONAL SUPPORT NUMBER to “get a refill” WHICH THEY NEVER REFILLED and when i try to call the actual pharmacy to see wtaf is going on with my meds THEY DONT PICK UP AT ALL this is actually the worst pharmacy i’ve ever been too and idk how hard it is to fill a simple prescription THAT I HAVE AVAILABLE REFILLS FOR

Every time I call the pharmacy with a question a lady answers that is unbelievably rude and short. I understand you’re all very busy but I am speechless with my jaw on the floor every time I end a call with her due to my shock of how nasty her tone is. I’ve dealt with it a few times but today she hung up on me, unacceptable. I guess she doesn’t care if she ruins a persons day every time they call with a quick simple question. I will physically go stand in line the next time I have a question because I alway get treated with respect and a lovely smiling face. Have a great day stay healthy and be kind.

My past experiences here have been bad. Thought I'd give them another chance and quickly remembered why I don't go here. It's important to understand that CVS Caremark Mail order is not the same company as CVS Pharmacy in Target. They insisted I transfer my script from CVS mail order to CVS Target due to the holidays and slow to no mail delivery over the holidays. They said it could be filled and picked up on the fill date and avoid the time it takes to mail. Reluctantly I did and once it was transferred the story changed to pushing the fill date out another week past the original date. When I inquired why to the representative, she got rude and began threatening to all together cancel the script if that wasn't good enough. She began making accusations, yelling and screaming, and I could not get a word in. I ended up having the doctor write a new script and send it elsewhere. My past experience here was the same representative yelling at the customer in front of me and disclosing that persons medical info and prescription in doing so. The judgements placed on customers by the pharmacy representative and pharmacist are uncalled for and in violation of ethics laws. My experience tells me this type of behavior flows down from the top. I was on the line when CVS Mail order called the pharmacist Peter and he refused to comment on the issue. It's unfortunate that Target looses business because people like myself refuse to even shop in a store associated with such practices.

They have been out of common meds, then failed to fill the prescription as promised when they did came in and call, or "That will just take us 20 minutes... more.", when we're already through 2 previous "just 20 minutes...", and we're tired of wandering.I get this text saying they see I'm due for a refill on a prescription I had them fill, it said that I need to contact them to let them know if I want it refilled or not. I'm the customer, I don't "need" to contact anybody. I'll let you know if I want to do business with you. I get a text saying they decided to fill it, I need to drive in and buy it from them. This goes back to I'm the customer, don't tell me what I need to do for you. You should see the string of texts threatening they are going to put them back on the shelf if I don't get in there and buy them from them, telling me I need to call them.Soooo, today I'm with a client in Pennsylvania and some guy on my phone says I need to give him my birth date... My what????? Who are you??? Says he's with the pharmacy and needs to discuss my meds, and I need to give him my birth date. Turns out he's with CVS. Not sure why he was calling me, I don't give out my birth date to random people who call me up and demand it without at least introducing themselves, and then I'm still leery. I really try not to do business with anyone who demands my birth date when I say "Hello?".14 texts now telling me I need to drive in and buy a refill from them that THEY decided I had to buy from them.

Never have meds filled in time. Out of common meds as well. Wife had script there for two days. Went to pick up today and they still needed to fill that particular one. I wish she would just switch to Walgreens already.

It used to take a day or less to fill a prescription. I have been waiting 4 days and it still is not filled. A couple rude people. To top it off, since cvs took over meds far more expensive.

I have been dealing with pharmacy’s for 40 plus years, this pharmacy is the worst that I’ve had to deal with. Manager is rude & they never have enough staff to take of their customers.
