Fantastic Customer Service!I have bought a CPAP with all equipment, my dog ate my mask and tube (yes......) so I ordered a mask from the same website since the shipping was super fast.Turns out my partner requested to switch for a full face mask last minute, ONE DAY BEFORE the shipping, and Brandon Engelkes turned out to swipe the masks inside the package that was already sealed and not interefere with the shipping speed.Great customer service, very cordial and quick!Thank you for all the team.

I was hesitant at first about buying a used CPAP machine online, but my experience with this company is a resounding A+. Their customer service is fantastic, shipping is very fast and although I experienced an error with my order, it was resolved within 24 hours. The owner himself took care of the issue for me. I would give it zero if possible. Usually I go through another vendor for my supplies, but they didnt have this mask in stock. So I purchased a hybrid cpap mask from this company. First, the plastic on the mask is yellow like it is very old. Second, I tried to switch out the large for the small mouth piece. The small mouth piece is too small to fit onto the mask. It does not fit all the way around. I contacted the company to explain this, I received a call back from Linda.Linda advised that they tried one in the office and it fit fine. Her solution was to send me the one that they all put together in their office. I declined this because I obviously would like a sterile mask since I am putting it on my face and breathing through it. This was not a acceptable request apparently. I was just told I cannot return the defective product. I guess the only resolution would be to take their mask that who knows has touched and where their hands have been. No thanks! I'll stick with my usual Cpap supply store.

IDK THIS PLACE COMES RECOMMENDED FOR SELLING GENTLY USED CPAPS YET I HAD A PRETTY MUCH BRAND NEW ONE WITH ALL BRAND NEW PACKAGED COMPONENTS AND EVERYTHING IT CAME WITH AND LESS THAN 80 HOURS OF USE IN PERFECT CONDITION AND THIS PLACE WAS NOT INTERESTED THOUGH ANOTHER SITE GRABBED IT UP AND PAID A NICE CHUNK OF CHANGE FOR IT BECAUSE IM SURE THEY WILL TURN AROUND AND SELL IT FOR TWICE WHAT THEY PAID ME BECAUSE IT WAS LITERALLY IN PERFECT CONDITION. SEEMS WEIRD THIS PLACE WOULD NOT TAKE IT BECAUSE ITS A CARD TO CLOUD WHICH ALL AIRSENSE 10 MACHINES ARE EVEN ONES THAT ARE BRAND NEW AND NEVER BEEN OPENED WHEN THEY WERE ALL MANUFACTURED RESMED PUT A 5 YEAR MODEM LIFE ON ALL 10S AND ITS BEEN OVER 5 YEARS SINCE THEY STARTED MAKING THESE SO BELIEVE ME IT IS HOW THEY ALL ARE AND PEOPLE STILL PAY CLOSE TO A THOUSAND BUCKS FOR THEM

I purchased a bipap from Second Wind in July or 2015, after a very expensive sleep study and being diagnosed as needing one. My insurance at the time would not cover the device. Second Wind was able to provide me an up-to-date device at a fraction of the price, so I was able to afford this thing I really needed. They were extremely helpful over the phone answering my questions. Highly recommend them.
