Stayed there in 2021 2022 to 2023 rooms are very nice customer service is very awesome lost $600 each time on slots , slots are very very tight otherwise than that me and the wife had a good time , the food at the restaurant is very good especially the stuff salmon with crab and grits 🤤🤤🤤 ,. I wish I could have $600 last longer than 4 hours on a normal bet of a $.88 - $1.75 ... Wife lost $175 dollars on tables , Plus they shut down the table's early on Monday night for no reason, and turn it to the employees to train them really 🤷 we'll see if anything have changed since 2023 I'll let you know on 2-29-24 spending the night there 👍

The rooms were clean and the service was good. The room we had was nothing special. Although the ceilings are high and we had a huge window with a view of the golf course. Some rooms have balconies as we saw and I would definitely recommend that if possible. The pool is a bit small, but wasn't busy when we were there, so maybe it doesn't need to be big? Not sure if that was a fluke or not. The pool and gym area are easy to get to and the adult only hours are nice making the enclosed room more tolerable without screaming children. We didn't use the actual casino and the breakfast buffet was good. Although I will add it seemed a little on the sparse side given that it is a casino. Food selection was OK, but could've been much better. The chicken fried steak though was amazing. Overall, not bad, just nothing to write home about. The decor is great and the atmosphere of the common areas are very nice, comfortable, and welcoming.

This is a review for the hotel and the main hotel restaurant. This is a great resort Hotel up in northern Minnesota right on Lake Vermilion. They have a great marina and one of the top 100 golf courses in the country.The rooms or spacious and clean, and many of them have a balcony. There is a swimming, pool, hot tub, and sauna.The restaurant was good and their walleye Dinner was really well prepared. You probably need a reservation for the restaurant even on a weekday. We didn’t realize this and couldn’t get a reservation till 7 PM. Unfortunately, the bar was closed probably because they couldn’t find a bartender.They used to rent boats by the half day, but unfortunately, it looks like they only do daily rentals.We were here in August but it was good We brought a lot of layers of clothes. It was in the 60s and sometimes rainy with the wind. 30° difference between here and Minneapolis.

Had dinner at steakhouse with wife and a friend. Wife had a New York and myself and friend had steak Diane.Wife enjoyed her New York but the ribeyes were half fat and way too much onion and sauce and the price for the disappointment, $50.00 each!Wait staff was attentive and friendly.Will not return.

Nice room. Excellent dinner at Sunset Steakhouse. Good breakfast at Tamarack buffet. Many new gambling machines. Wife got called to play the wind tunnel phone booth machine. Pool deck needs resurfacing and painting.😀Rooms: Comfortable and clean.Food & drinks: Many choices in hotel and casino.

This RV campground is small and quiet. It sits on the casino property, which is convenient if that's your thing. This park does not offer sewer hook-ups at the individual sites. It does have showers and laundry as the available amenities. The laundry cost is $1 per machine. Both the showers and laundry were very clean and in good working order. The price is $40 per night, and if you stay for 6 nights, you get the 7th night free.

The staff is amazing for the hotel side of things. Shout out to Timi for taking such good care of us multiple days in a row!!! The space is dated at best but still ok. The door handle in our bathroom was straight up broken in a dangerous and sharp way which I don't understand how that wasn't replaced. The steak house in the resort is wonderful. The meals we had at the wedding we were at were also fantastic, especially considering it was catering for a huge group. Really impressed. With a little updating this would be a really lovely spot I would go back to. As is? Nah. Had a good time though!

I've only stayed overnight once. The room was awesome! The food, staff, service and overall environment is always excellent! I live 5 hours away, but I have a lake home near there. I love to go there everytime I visit my place, which is several times per month! Very safe, relaxing and fun environment! Booking a room for this coming weekend!

It's a good place to play slots etc and lake vermilion is right down the path but they really need is to have more concerts outside and inside have to go to black bear or Duluth or the cities.other casinos are constantly having concerts. One thing is that you don't have a choice to have a smoking room or not and they need buffet restaurant in there.

We had a very complicated reservation this time. The supervisor at the front desk had to step in to help with our check in. She was amazing. She never promised anything, but she was able to make things work for us. We ended up playing cards and as always the dealers were fun and made us feel welcome. I went to the grill to get a bite to eat before bed and I stood in line for 10 minutes. That was expected at the end of the night. What I didn't expect was for the grill to close before midnight the time that is posted. I ordered a grilled cheese at 11:50pm and I was told the grill was closed. It should be posted that you can only get appetizers after 11:45pm. I would not have stood in line. I asked why it wasn't posted so people don't waste their time and the bearded guy didn't have an answer. I get it that they want to start clean up and go home but let us know the actual schedule for the menu items. So we don't waste our time.

Had fun, nice place. The rooms are nice we stayed in 2 different rooms. Both were comfortable and tidy. We had a problem with a not so clean hot tub in the 2nd room which was a bummer. The steakhouse has great food, and the brunch buffet okay. I was glad the buffet was comp'd to us. So free food is good. The pool area was large, and quiet while we were there. The gift shop was handy and well stocked. I'd stay again, but skip the hot tub suite.
