It's obviously the only vet in town and it's really been hit or miss for us. Sometimes we feel listened to and like our sweet girl is in good hands. And other times we feel they think they know our girl better and simply do what they do for all the pets that come through the door. The actual older veterinarian did not listen to us at all when we told her things that trigger our dog. She also didn't give any helpful insight to an issue our dog was having. That being said I really do appreciate the vet techs and their kindness and willingness to listen.

I was told at another place that I would have to put, my 2 year old German Shepherd down. Due to an injury that couldn't be fixed. Valley Animal Hospital staff was excellent in assisting me with help to fix our Duke. He is not 100%, but at least we didn't have to put him down. Our big boy before and after.

They have good service most of all but they are not open on weekends. There's not an emergency office anywhere and the mobile Vet never answers the phone calls. So if something happens you'll loose your animal. That's too unbelievable for me

Everyone there is so helpful and caring. They were there when we needed them and went far beyond what we expected to help our sick cat during his illness and also compassion towards our broken hearts when he died from kidney disease. Every single person there is truly caring. We still have another cat and will continue to go there with her.

My male cats bladder leaked into his stomach from a UTI. Requiring emergency surgery with a total of two weeks recovering at the office. The staff that works there is absolutely amazing. I got to visit him whenever I wanted, even on the weekend. I was nervous about the medical bill but they are extremely reasonable on their prices.

Everytime I take my little Yorkie there we are both treated so well. Love Dr. Burnett. She is such a caring vet. I had an emergency one weekend with my dog and I could not have asked for more care and concern. Staff is wonderful also! I think each and everyone that works there loves their work. It shows!🐕

Going to the vet is like like going to the doctor, that is: stressful, and for not fun reasons. I needed to have my baby (elder cat, by still my baby) euthanized. I appreciated the patience of staff during the decision making process, their sensitivity during the procedure, including giving me needed time to say goodbye.I also recently brought my other cat in to have a bad tooth removed. Dr. walked me through the best way to give post-surgery medication to a cat that has not tolerated taking medicines in the past. The suggestions helped and make the process less stressful for my cat and for me.Thank you Dr. Barnett and staff.

Dr. Susan and her staff genuinely care for each and every animal that comes in, and they're patient and caring for the owners as well. I only wish we could have been lucky enough to have them here years ago! Emergency access response is amazing when you need it too. Best animal hospital, hands down!

While I appreciate having a good vet in town I was disappointed in the unprofessional behavior of staff when I FINALLY was able to get through on the phone -it took a day and a half of calling to reach them. They were full so they kindly gave me two other places to call but they were full as well but was given another number by the Greenbush staff. I think if you're referring people to other clinics you should make sure they aren't as busy as you are. Otherwise my previous experiences have been very good so I was that much more disappointed this time around.

My cat came in with what was thought to be a UTI. but was actually a Uteruary infection. She was super lethargic, dehydrated, not eating,low kidney function and bleeding from her rear after being at valley animal hospital in TRF for one day and night she gained her energy back with the IV and antibiotics the next day. 6/16/22. She has been eating like crazy and is very enthused. I'm very happy ans proud as to how she was treated. With a fair price. It's almost magical how much her behavior changed!! 😊

These guys are really nice and took great care of my cat when I took her in to get spayed. They have clean rooms as well, which is a huge plus. I'd suggest taking your pet here if you live in the area. Theres no need to go to Red Lake Falls or Grand Forks. These guys are awesome!

The veterinarian and staff are very compassionate towards an ill pet. The vet takes her time to go over options of care, and costs. Pricing it reasonable and seems to be secondary to the vet. She authentically cares for her patients and goes beyond the standard of care to ensure the best possible outcome.

We just had our first scare with our puppy eating a toy and Dr. Burnett was amazing even though I called her at home and disturbed her weekend. I have had nothing but great experiences but this was above and beyond. Thank you very much!

My Pointer Pit Bull Mix has never been able to have her nails clipped without anesthesia in her 4 years. She was adopted and had a lot of anxiety. They were able to manicure her nails without sedation. I am amazed!
