Would’ve been a decent experience if they would’ve gotten my order right. I ordered one dozen vanilla, one dozen chocolate and two dozen marble. I also ordered a one layer smash cake for my son’s one year birthday party. Here’s what I got- two dozen chocolate and two dozen white and no smash cake. Skip the disappointment and go through an independent baker.

I love to wait in line to have a cashier check me out...it's an opportunity to talk to customers waiting as I am...but tonight was extra special!! A bagger named Declan, was singing!! He hadthe most beautiful voice...he made my day!! Thank you for making the ordinary, extraordinary!!

Nice little grocery store. Nice selections of vegetarian and ethnic foods. They'll even order more items for you if you ask. I stock up on the PF changs Kung pao cauliflower YUM! Their old fashioned fruit salad in the deli is awesome , can't get enough!

Nice store, the “curtesies” or “bangers” are just sitting by the check stands doing nothing when they could be facing or condition, or stocking the store. Night management needs to be better. A lot of ad items are empty when they have it in stock in the back room. Need new supervision to get employees to do their job and make the store better. Other than that it’s a nice clean store and have anything your looking for as for groceries

Sorry, no pictures.Had to visit this Hugo’s for Aquafina water cause Walmart didn’t have any.This Hugo’s was nice … Very well stocked and the employees were very friendly as well.Way better than the one in Crookston.Highly recommend.

Stood in line for 45 minutes at the customer service counter while the team member was waiting on someone else. When I asked if there was any one that could help I was told she was the only one trained to work in there. Staff was not very helpful. Why would you only have one person trained to do that job seems counter productive. Probably will not return in the future. Think about cross training multiple people for coverage.

Very unprofessional store management. Federal law allows for people with disabilities to enter any public place without a mask. But Hugo doesn't service people with disabilities in their store. We are not allowed as normal people to shop in their stores.They prefer to further traumatized people without any regard of the damage thwy are inflicting. Ronnie was very threatening rude and condescending. He enjoyed being a horrible person to me. I also spoke with a female manager who also recognized the store policy exceeded the Federal mandates.. she refused to provide her name as I intend to call the corporate office as well. If you are behaving appropriately then own your behavior What a horrible traumatizing experience.i will shop at Walmart from now on as they understand that some people have.the right not to wear a mask. Compassion is something we need more of in this world. Hugos does not demonstrate that at all.

Decent selection of products. No alcohol and some insanely high prices. Like, a $5 difference compared to say WalMart in some areas. I get angry at how much they want for certain things, laugh and leave.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I lost my sunglasses they kept an eye open for them and found them!! Very helpful when you're looking for a specific product.

What do you when your items are out that are in the ad??? Substitute or rain check??? Well I wasn't given this option today while shopping at Hugo's in TRF. Also attitude from the employees through out the store. I guess Hugo's doesnt want the business from local customers. I'm so done shopping there.

I don't appreciate the high prices and lack of checkers. Took forever to get in and out of here. The parking lot is dangerous and not well lit at night.
