This store has decent inventory for power boaters, but it is often times out of supply. I have also found it to be quite limited on clothing supplies compared to a store like Minnetonka. I come here frequently for things I need, but I sure wish the store was larger and had more inventory. Overall the staff has been good to deal with.

It is a great place to get your stainless steel screws and nuts for your boat necessities so they do not rust! they sell in bulk which is nice. But it is spendy at this location for everything. Nice people, always can get a parking spot. Just go in and buy what you need don't spend on things you do not need, you can run a bill up real easy!

Most Walmart stores are super but I was in the Woodbury Walmart store and out of warms,and just a few employees. Its not Walmart fault I'm sure the kids don't want to work. So there you go.

Does not request fees at order. Reasured customer that they will not be charged additional fees and taxes. Charges fees and additional taxes after the order is complete. Refuses to pay for said charges and fees which promised that the customer would not have to pay.

Went to return a fleece that I received as a gift. Staff was friendly and helpful, however I was told that they are not taking returns on clothing because of COVID. West Marine may want to get that out to people before they sell them something that is not returnable.

Drove 30min to find out they don’t take cash and you can’t walk around the store. Employees were rude and short on answers. Would have been nice if the website or the employee I talked to on the phone would have told me there policy’s before I drove all the way there. I will never spend another dollar in this store or any other west marine.

Like your fav local hardware store with great knowledgeable staff, young and senior. Only this place is about being on the water so it's all fun too. OK maybe not mascerator pumps but mostly fun.

Small marine supply store. Staff is friendly and helpful. If they do not stock items that you need , you can order online for store pickup
