Michelle did a great job offering her expertise with our 2 puppies in puppy kindergarten. Major improvements in behavior from the direction she gave during our sessions. The only downside to this location is the area is very small for the training center. We have noticed at other locations they have very large dedicated spaces for training. This location needs more space, there is no getting around it. If you build it they will come.

I like the smaller bags for royal canin cat food because they keep the food fresh until the end. The large bags last longer but the food gets stale. Those zip-lock things don't work long enough.

Honestly the worst dog training experience I've ever had. The trainer doesn't give hardly any effort, and they have a small space for training.We pre-paid for 12 sessions. We went through two sets of 6 sessions with two dogs.. It was a complete waste of time. The trainer didn't put forth hardly any effort. She was more concerned about her phone than she was concerned about our dogs. The most valuable part of the training was the sheets they give you each week. Otherwise completely worthless.Don't bring your dogs here for training. Go somewhere else.

Great store. Michelle was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all the questions I had regarding my snail and Beta. I was impressed with her taking the time to assist me and give me very honest helpful advice on my snail and purchases. It’s great to experience great customer service and I will definitely be going back to this location for my pets needs.

The best most accommodating staff you could ask for! They actually take the time to listen to your questions and answer thoroughly. I’ve been to many Petco’s, but this one’s by far the best.

Tried a new flavor of wholehearted canned cat food. They didn't like it. I brought 8 cans back and just asked to exchange it for same brand but different flavor... manager Said "no".I left the 8 cans there and told him to donate them but I am quite sure they just want back on the shelf. For that 8 dollars petco stillwater lost a customer. I.

I've brought my dogs to Petco for years. They always do a great job grooming. We had Kayla this time and I'm super happy with how our yorkie turned out. She was so sweet and friendly too.

I love having my dog groomed at Petco they do a very good job at a reasonable price for me with my vital care discounts.I bought my cat a bag of dry cat food and some gravy probiotics to put on top plus a stuffed toy for my dog after all my discounts and pals money I paid about Two dollars for everything well worth it.Thanks

The staff are always very friendly and helpful, we always enjoy talking to them. Occasionally it can get a little busier and more hectic than can be managed in a reasonable amount of time but overall they are pretty attentive and we really appreciate them. They always have the cat food that my indoor long hair cats need - Royal Canin Hair & Skin Care - (most other foods cause vomiting with at least one of them) and it doesn't cost anymore than ordering off Amazon (if Amazon even has it). We'd been looking for a while to get some shrimp for my daughter's fish tank, they let us know when they expected to have some in stock again we were excited to finally get some. But the real star of her tank has become this tiny little guy, from a live birth in one of their tanks. They let us just take him home, knowing he wouldn't do well in their tanks. He's so tiny and cute and we love hunting for him every day. It really is the little things!

Update 8/15/18: I was contacted by Petco corporate to "remedy" the situation, but after the first contact from them they never actually did anything at all. Empty promises only. As a follow up I have since had my dog groomed elsewhere and not only were they smart enough not to cut up my dog's mouth folds, but it took half the time and the cost was $30 less than Petco! So not only was their service terrible, but they overcharge like crazy. If you were curious, my dog is 17lbs and it took them 3hrs to groom him.Terrible. My dog ended up with multiple open sores and a staph infection on his face after being groomed at this location. When I picked up my dog the groomer had admitted that my dog had bled during the process, but I didn't realize the extent of the issue until after I had left. A few days later his face was in terrible shape. Have not received a response from Petco after contacting them.

Terrible grooming services.. they did a great job making my medium Golden doodle look great.. but, they massacred the inside of her ears.. and, when I called to let them know, and showed pictures they just brushed it off, and stated a "manager" will be contacting me.. She did, two days later.. and offered nothing except to have the actual groomer contact me.. For what?? Manager stated to give explanation of why my dog's ears were in such bad shape.. what a crock!!! Will Never go back.. Terrible customer service! And, my dog's ears have never looked like that before at her "regular" grooming spot, and haven't looked that way since... I'm mad, they hurt my dog and didn't care!

Always a great shopping experience. Very nice staff with great knowledge. Clean and very inviting once you are in the store! The parking lot is in horrible shape! Deep pot holes that you CAN NOT avoid no attempt to even fix!

My recent experience with petco stillwater is is terrible. I cannot believe that after having my pet groomed there several times and have a recurring grooming schedule every 2 months and a nail trim every month. They would just dumped you just because my dogs were anxious and mis behaved . They are not honest enough to let you know how my dogs behave. I know for a fact that my dogs gets too excited at time when they are together that is the reason why I booked them separately. They have suggested to do them both at the same time and that they don't see any problem with my dogs being groomed at the same time. So I said, go ahead if that's what you think . I assumed they know better . I will be happy. I thought they were experienced enough and would know how to handle things right. I was so disappointed how they handled the situation. They/ she was disrespectful and did not even give me an option or a chance to hear what I have to say. They did not give any suggestions/ options She just said" We cannot do any service at all to them (my dogs) . You have to find another place to service your dogs! How rude is that? I have to beg them to give my dogs a chance .... Is that the way they deal with their customers ? I just hope that they don't treat all your customers this way.I would not recommend this place at all . I don't think they have experienced groomers

I gave this store three stars because like most stores in Minnesota they are very racist to colored ppl. The lady was talking to us like we were crazy & stupid even after I told them I've had the same animal before several times, then was trying to con my daughter to buy stuff she really didn't need. For some of the stuff they had to purchase is super high in price etc..I will never go to this store again. I will go where I've always went to a different PETCO
