I had to come leave a review for this shop. I had an issue with a stolen package and the shop owner went out of her way to make sure I got an item that had gone out of stock in the process of trying to track down the package. She offered a level of customer service that you don’t come by everyday. I am truly appreciative and my son will be so excited to open his gifts on Christmas morning! Thank you so much Jenny and Van.

Love this store. Everything is just so cute and you can find good quality items. I usually come here to get baby plates, swaddles and other items. As well as an interesting toy that I hadn’t seen anywhere else before. They have a massive selection of animals/dinosaurs in the back wall. My sons favorite area :)

My wife has supported the company for years through their digital storefront. We travel a lot and were excited to be near a physical shop and made a trip out of our way to stop by.The result left much to be desired.Staff were young and didn't seem to want to be there, not checking in on anyone. We were there for about 2 hours and helped more people find things that we had seen while browsing than the staff did.One item we wanted was listed as being on sale online. The staff did help me find it and showed me it was even cheaper in store. Nice, right? Nope, because at ring up it rung up higher than was listed and they insisted they had no allowance to make changes.False advertisement defined.I waited until Tuesday to reach out because that's when I was told the manager would be able to help.A call resulted in a young girl, maybe the one from Saturday, telling me to email because no manager was ever in store and that was my only option.I found another number listed online and was hopeful that'd be the solution.Nope, because it was another line for the store and I was told again to just email.Other items we purchased rung up incorrectly, too.A great selection, for sure. The issue is the staff is very unhelpful, at times rude, and no one in charge is even available for easy contact.If you're going to leave kids in charge that don't want to be there, at least ensure everything is priced correctly or that they know they can make changes. Bare minimum stuff.Customers, if you want something, check to make sure they charge you correctly.Update: An email sent, which was the option I was left with to reach someone to assist me, resulted in a quick response and a solution to some of the problems my family had.

I ordered two Jellycat stuffed animals from Lil' Tulips instead of the Jellycat site hoping to have them in time for my newborn's photo session. They came so fast and had a gift in the package! Very happy.

If I could book a trip to go to this store I would. I shop exclusively online at the moment but as a first time expectant mom I've spent a lot of time looking through different stores for what I want and Lil' Tulips always carries the cutest stuff. They ship their packages in record time, and each one arrives with a little gifted chap stick that is my favorite formula ever. My husband and I have one in each of our office's and in the car now. When they conducted their Black Friday sale I was sent the wrong print for a cloth diaper and within a couple minutes on the phone the lovely assistant had completely remedied the situation and within a few days the correct product arrived. I cannot stress enough how amazing their customer service has proven to be time and time again. I cannot wait to place my next order!

Lil' Tulips is like the perfect one-stop shop for all the best children/baby stuff! On top of having our favorite brands of toys, eating (dishes, cups, utensils), and sleepwear, they had a great selection of books (including bilingual books )!

I absolutely adore this local store. They carry the best brands for baby/child sleepware, blankets, toys, and accessories. But the best part is their customer service. They love their customers and it shows. I will always go here for items for my little one or for perfect and unique baby gifts.

I haven't had the pleasure of visiting the store, however I placed an order online. I have been in a nursing home nearby for six months so I wasn't able to pick up my order (I can't walk because of a broken leg) and requested it be shipped to me. Within a couple of hours, someone from the store dropped it off at my location. I was so excited to get my purchase so quickly. When I called the store to thank them, the staff was so nice and friendly. I can't wait to visit the store when I get better. Don't miss out on visiting this store or ordering online!

I ordered a Tonie character that I was having troubles finding elsewhere. Shipping was less than $5 and yet it was delivered with three days. The Tonie was packaged adorably and even included a peppermint chapstick. I will definitely be purchasing from Lil Tulips in the future.

I ordered a few things from Lil Tulips (I like to support small business and they carry GREAT brands) to be shipped to an island in Alaska. Shipping is normally very expensive and very slow up here. I received my items in 3 days for only $4 in shipping. I got tracking notifications via Facebook messenger and was even notified when it arrived at my house. I'm very impressed!

This place is so so so adorable! I wish I knew about it earlier! They have everything!!! And the owner was so sweet! My husband and I forgot our 9 months blanket and wanted to be out and about so instead of running to target we stopped at this shop and we were blown away! I discovered their online store a few weeks ago and have already placed several orders. They have fast shipping (usually free with a low amount spent), they carry brands that are hard to find in the US (Grimm's, Grapat). Everything has arrived very quickly, and they are quick to respond to emails and messages. I'm happy to continue to support this small shop over other large retailers.

I’m pretty disappointed with my experience here. Tried to purchase some limited edition exclusive diapers here. They were sold out in less than 4 minutes. I waited for the final release of those that were held back only for them to arrive with flaws: dents in the snaps and areas of white that were yellowed. There were no replacements and because thirsties considered this “normal” I didn’t have much option for making it right. I asked for a partial refund was give $5. Not even 10%. I think i’ll think twice before ordering from here again.

I highly recommend Lil Tulips. Whenever you have the opportunity to buy from them, please do. The staff are friendly (for all three of my visits over the past three years, including today). They helped answer a question by email and also when I visited the store and was brand new to cloth swim diapers.
