Horrible service. They need to have somebody completely redo their texting for refills and payments (you would assume if you had already spoken to somebody on the phone about getting a refill, AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD RUN YOUR CARD ON FILE, they wouldn't continue sending you texts saying that you still need to contact them for a refill and then put the payment link all the way at the bottom of the same text, implying that you are suddenly going to be paying double for your prescription, it would be so easy for them to just create a different text stating that your order is being processed, and if they didn't run the card like they said they would over the phone, they should obviously say something about that too, duh). They need to keep better records of their phone calls (when they actually answer the phone). Especially when people give a card for a payment over the phone, then you don't hear anything about it for days and they continue to spam you. They also need to figure out how to own up to their own mistakes. I will never go through them again. Fairview here I come.

Had to switch to LEP when Medipets pharmacy closed without warning. Prices are better, meds are shipped cheaply, and I receive them in 3 days. Very happy with them!

I cannot say enough about the staff here. My dog needs a special seizure meds and I had to refill before the holiday weekend. Not only did they make sure it was filled over night but they stayed a few minutes after closing so my son could pick it up. I was so worried about running out of her meds. Thank you so much!

Come home to me apples today and come sing with me in the churches or on the street and pulls for me on Broadway. When you hear pros on Broadway or anything off my phone. You come to my location cause home is where we are as one under the sun.

I've been coming here now for at least a couple of years. Everyone is so very kind, they are very supportive, and once I went a couple of times, they knew my name and treated me like family. I've just started using this pharmacy, but the person I talked to about how my prescription would be filled with them took a lot of time explaining in detail how everything worked, how to refill, how they would ship it to my house, etc. (She even listened to me complain about my terrible doctor). So, we're off to a great start. So far the prescription they compounded for me is working great. I am thankful and relieved to have their service.

I was running low on an important medication and the pharmacy that I use to use would always take 5 to 6 days to send it to me. I called this pharmacy at eight in the morning on a Monday and it was delivered to me by 4 o’clock Monday afternoon. From Lake Elmo to Saint cloud absolutely amazing I was so shocked! Such great people and a absolutely wonderful pharmacy!!!

Great- EXCEPT I had to ask our vet to send our cats prescription elsewhere because of the horrible Nimble RX company they use. I had been receiving text message refill reminders, but always weeks before they were needed. For over six months I just ignored the texts and would call directly for a refill and pay the extra six bucks or so for Speedee to deliver it- usually between 24 and 48 hrs. It was awesome! I don't quite remember why, but I decided to use the link from a Nimble text to request April's refill and it took six days (counting the weekend) for the refill to process and another three to receive it. My poor guy was without his pain meds for at least two days- he's over 19 years old and has arthritis and cancer. I was livid because Nimble's CS will ONLY communicate via email and I feel the whole issue is becuase they were trying to up sell me into making our account refill status "automatic" rather than the "ask everytime" its set to. I've only gotten one prescription from the new pharmacy so far so I'm just deciding if this will be a permanent change. I will say that the new place uses FedEx and I like that Lake Elmo uses a local company like Speedee.

When I called about a RX I thought the receptionist was very rude & short with me. I got a text to call when we arrived to call so we did, which is a great way to handle things during this virus. They took our credit card info on the phone.Then the receptionist brought our prescription out WITHOUT WEARING ANY GLOVES!! Not very thoughtful of her. When we got home I wiped it down the prescription with Clorox wipes. Very disappointed..

Lake Elmo has compounded prescriptions for me and are friendly and prompt when doing so. They answer questions whenever they are posed which is helpful. Sometimes their answers conflict with my provider's but that just makes me do more research. It is a healthy discourse.
