I was astounded by the size of this store and the amount of products they offer. The shelves where completely stocked. I was able to redo bathroom, get rugs for entry/kitchen/bath & still have 1 extra for emergency. Found decor to stick in my flower pots of a bicycle, red truck, green tractor, gnome. Please do not even get me started on fairy garden utems you could choose from. Make sure you have at least an hour to meander though this store.

Rudest manager I have ever met. Will no longer go to Stillwater dollar tree. Just because I have kids there with me, she didn’t have to give so much attitude to me and my kids. If I can give no star l would! And for your information, since the store have camera, you’re free to check if the mess in your store was done by my kids or not! Also, the reason my daughter was running was because she needs to used the bathroom! It was an emergency for her! Manager could have talk nicer to us, there’s other customers who heard the way she talks to us and it was so rude. If any customer out there that have kids and needs to go to Dollar tree please go somewhere it’s kids friendly.

Ten o'clock on Sunday morning, the lights are on and ther doors are locked! They opened at 9, supposedly. All 3 people waiting have called, there's no answer and no message with hours, etc. This only happens when you are in a hurry!Otherwise, it's a thrifty alternative to big stores for so much and the grandkids always find something they want!

Lots have changed due to inflation but some things there are worth it. Website store hours do not match sigh sign store hours so that is annoying and should be fixed.

Where is a zero when you need one. Tried to return a shower speaker that does not work and never did work. I walked in and told the boy I wanted to return it because it did not work. Manager came along and told me I could not return it because I put it back in the box and tried to make it look like it was never used. I told them right off the bat that it doesn’t work above a whisper. They would not return it or exchange it. He said he was going per the return policy that they have on the receipt which says they will gladly exchange any unopened item with original receipt. How am I supposed to know it doesn’t work if I don’t open it? this is a ridiculous policy. I guess they don’t stand behind their product.

I was a manager for dollar general and I wish I had had cashier like the young kid who checked us out. He was over the top friendly, personable, directional and humorous. I want this boy on my sales team. Pay him more, he's well worth more than what he probably gets paid.

Best store ever. They have everything you need. Hit target or party city or cub or five below after you come here. It’s awesome and I always find new great things here. My favorite Dollar Tree location in Minnesota. Big store with many items you can't find at other locations. The cashier is always happy and friendly as well. When dvd's are in stock they offer a great selection! Must see 😊

Love this store, not Stillwater never have anything ,dirty, a mess. Forest Lake never open, dirty, a mess. North Branch is well managed, friendly,stocked,clean bathrooms r spotless.

I love the Dollar tree. Always so busy. I wish the parents would keep there children with them and not let them touch and make a big mess for the workers. I would like to see there house and how it's kept. Amen.

It's fun finding things I didn't remember I needed amongst the things I came for.I don't come often, but when I do, I stock up on Media Crema (shelf stable cream kind of like a cross between sour cream and whipping cream), small cans of sweetened condensed milk just right for recipes small enough for my husband and me, and graham crackers. When camping we take the shelf stable milk.Today I also found a pretty beaded glasses cord for my mom today.

Please quit encouraging your employees and customers from smoking by the exit/ entry door! (There is an ashtray there). Most times we get a huge whiff even with a mask which means I'm inhaling it! WTH? It's disgusting! PLEASE DO THE RIGHT THING and SEND YOUR SMOKERS TO THE OTHERSIDE OF THE PARKING LOT!

While temporarily shut down (I assume due to an employee getting COVID), the store left a sign on their front door to knock for balloon order pickup, deliveries, or online orders. I tried to pick up my online order on 4 different days, and there was never anybody there. From the post-its stuck to the window, it looks like Fed Ex and UPS weren't able to make their deliveries either. If you're not going to stick to your contingency plan for customer service, at least be honest about it!

Store is always fun to shop at , but today the shelves were a bit bare, prices are going up to 1.25 , so no longer a dollar, still a good deal, cashiers are very nice.

The conditions of the store are absolutely deplorable. I've never seen anything like it. The floors are more than filthy and the lack of employee support is unacceptable. This store should be closed until it is cleaned and fully staffed.

What can I say besides you get what you pay for! Sure most of the stuff is everyday stuff you need, but it's great for housewarming gifts and some of the stuff are steals! The only downside is that it does seem a little neglected, but it is a store where everything is a dollar so it's easy to overlook.

Sign in the door say normal hours are 9-6 then sign above that one says 10-6 and myself and 12 other cars sat until 10:30 while workers went past the door several times then never unlocked the door. At least put a sign up not to waste people’s time that you are never going to unlock the door. Some of the customers were elderly and standing out side on their canes waiting! Terrible customer service and lazy employees who couldn’t put a sign up that day they aren’t going to open at all

This is a nice largw dollar tree. I have found many new products here that aren't avaliable at other locations. I'd definitely recommend stopping here.

They raised prices by 25% and none of it is going to their staff just the CEO who made 10 Million last year I will be boycott The Dollar 25 Tree until they fix this
