Since moving to the location, I have been shopping here for about two years. The location is appealing to me. But I'm dissatisfied with a recent encounter I had with a rude employee at customer service. Normally, at the start of each month, I get a money order. I didn't have my actual debit card with me this time, so I paid for it using Apple Pay. I went outside to the car because I realized I left my phone there and returned in less than two minutes. While I was waiting at customer service, the cashier with the red false hair went to self checkout and just stared at me. I simply didn't see why they couldn't assist me because they weren't occupied with anything. I didn’t appreciate that at all. I gave 3 stars because the other cashier helped me and was very friendly. We had a nice chat.

Big fan of my Cub! Always clean and has everything you could need- even some of those more elusive ingredients. I'm very grateful they are open 24 hours! Thank you to the wonderful night crew for keeping the store stocked and staffed.

This is not my “close to home” Cub foods, but I wish it was. I stopped in quickly tonight on the way home from work and was not only impressed by the cleanliness, fully stocked store and organization but the staff was so friendly and helpful. In my short visit, the gentleman stocking the lettuce stopped to wish me a good day and asked if I needed anything. When I made my way over to the self-checkout, one of the registers was frozen. The gentleman working in that section rushed over, apologized, quickly fixed the register and then went out of his way to thank me for stopping, apologized again and sent me off with a huge smile. It may seem small, but I was impressed for being treated so well in such a short visit.

So disappointing!I've been going to Cub in Stillwater for 25 years and I've always loved it. The staff was great! I actually looked forward to grocery shopping! The last two years I've seen significant and negative changes. I don't see the same faces anymore. The music is geared towards 12 year olds to 16 year olds. So unnerving, anything but relaxing. The produce has gone downhill significantly, the meat department as well. I'm so disappointed in these changes at Cub. The store is not neat and clean feeling like it used to be, the staff is not friendly like they used to be, very little interaction. As a matter of fact, I just called the store manager and she could not do anything about any of the issues I mentioned. She said she was just sorry. End of story. I even talked about the obnoxious, screaming music and commercials out at the gas pumps that are not adjustable volume as it is stated on the gas pump. Out of her control she said. Six months ago I called the service desk to complain about the rudeness of the staff member there. She could barely grant out a hello, never said thank you nothing. I didn't exist. When I called to complain. She argued with me. Not sure what I'm going to do but I don't think I'll be able to stay at company longer. I have friends and relatives who are experiencing the same issues.

Don't bother with the hot lunch deli. Last three trips in around 12:30pm and they are not making anymore food, even when they are "open" until 1pm. Get there early or don't bother.

Would give this place a zero star but one says plenty. Condescending arrogant rude csr at self checkout, of a sign says a price when you buy a certain amount and doesn't state when using cub rewards, don't confidently claim it does. Can't stand cub as is people like this location ain't helping that. Won't come back to Stillwater Cub Foods again thanks and good day

Store director is rude and insulting. Never met someone as disrespectful as him. Doesn’t value and respect workers. Threaten to fire a worker that is doing their job right. Would give zero stars if I could. Will not go to a store with disrespectful management.

Always has what i am looking for, canned soups are usually running low when i arrive late night. Fresh veggies and meats all the time. Check out fast with very kind service. Very helpful employees have even gone to store room to get items that havent been restocked yet. Thank you Cub foods

Me being last minute as usual, needed a birthday cake wrote on in 2 hours!! I called the bakery at Cub Foods in Stillwater to see if they could help me out. I talked to Tony in the Bakery and he was able to come through for me no problem! He even took the time to let me know which cakes they had available for me to choose from. THANK YOU-awesome customer service!

I ended up in urgent Care on a Sunday and had to get a prescription filled at Cub. Iam so thankful for the pharmacist she was absolutely delightful answering my questions and filling my order quickly. Shout out to the Stillwater Cub for making me feel like a criminal for trying to buy some nyquil for elderly folks who were under the weather...like I thought I was gonna have to fill out a background check with my ID for a single small bottle. I get it you guys got procedures to follow but if you could post signage and be more friendly about it and less gestapo about it that would be great. thanks.

Has most everything, and better produce than other stores, but the pickup system is something to avoid. Walmart has it set so that you call and talk to somebody and they bring it out in no more than 15 minutes. Cub has you send a text, which you don't know if anybody has seen, and sometimes you have to send multiple or call unless you want to be waiting for half an hour or more.

We used to enjoy shopping at Cub. In the last several years they have spend hundreds of thousands of dollars remodeling, when they should have spent the money on quality and quantity of the all the products. The remodels are obviously nothing but a marketing ploy to get you to purchase more profitable items for them. Where they have placed things otherwise make no sense. They have all these sales but never have the inventory on hand. Very disappointing and frustrating.

We use this Cub pharmacy as a family for our medication needs. The staff has always been friendly, courteous and helpful. Pretty sure we'll continue as they have given us no reason to go elsewhere.Thank you to the staff at Cub pharmacy!!!

This Cub was just remodeled last year. It has a juice bar where you can make custom fruit smoothies. It also has a popcorn stand and it is awesome. I recommend the white drizzle Carmel. The lines went fast even on this busy day when I was there. Great place to do your grocery shopping or just to stop in for a quick snack.

This is a really nice location they've got an interesting selection compared to other places especially in the twin cities where it's more bland with less selection. it's definitely catered towards white suburban people but there are some interesting finds. If you're in the area and need groceries definitely check it out

Always good service at the meat and fish counter. Only concern is that there is a lack of training with regards to glove changes......the latest tuna i bought on 2 occasions were weighed up and packaged to me after the counter service tech did not change gloves after handling beef or pushing on the access doors......I make sashimi with the tuna......and I know that risk for infection by food borne illness is brought about by meat surface microbes.... cub...teach your counter techs to change gloves.....

This Cub Foods was just recently remodeled. It was really busy when I was here and there was plenty of helpful staff around to help out and stocking shelves. They do have self checkout at this location which helped out since it was just a quick trip for me.

I go to the deli often for chicken wings and one of the workers there name Christopher makes my day everytime he takes my order. He is polite, patient and very accommodating. Just wanted to reach out and let him know he is appreciated. Thank you Christopher.

I did self checkout. It kept telling me that I was bringing my own bag and was not ringing up my items. Also ice cream bars were a dollar off a box but it rang up the full price. I told the girl working there they were a dollar off and she said well maybe I got it wrong. I know I didn't. Not worth going back to show proof. I just wanted to get out of there. The whole ordeal was very time consuming & frustrating.

Really disappointed with the staff that takes care of houseplants. I am housebound after surgery and a friend went to get a plant for me as a recovery gift. She was told by the woman working the area she was holding the plants for someone who had claimed it in a FACEBOOK group! Who lets their employees do things like that? This Cub apparently. I could see if they had called the store directly, but this was through her phone while she was on the clock. I wouldn’t be happy if my employee was on her cell phone on the clock, and being rude to customers saying she was holding items for people who “claimed” them online. I believe the employees name is Melissa.

I like the variety and how clean the store is but today I was trying to use a formula check and the cashier looked confused and when I tried to explain to her she put her finger up and shushed me. Very rude! She also didnt seem happy to be there. Her name was Marie F. I work in a grocery store myself and dont ever treat our customers like that. My experience was spoiled by poor customer service.Updated to include cashiers name.
