On multiple occasions I ordered a sandwich in the deli section and asked for extra ingredients on my sandwich and never get what I want, or the sandwich is just missing ingredients period. And by the time I realized the mistake, I'm already at work. This place isn't like Subway where the customer can watch what the employers are putting into the sandwich. The sandwich staging area is placed where the employees have to turn their backs so the customers can't see how they are making their food. Then the employees wrap the sandwich without having the customer check the food that they are paying for and slaps a sticker on the sandwich making it a hassle to unwrap and check the quality. Now I like this place and the food is wonderful but there's just a pattern of young girls that just don't listen to the details and screw up a simple order.

Called to give some feedback about service and was told the person that helped me was the manager and there was nothing that could be done. This explains why multiple requests to have the manager contact me went unanswered.This place used to be wonderful, now it seems like they do not care

The quality of produce and meats has deteriorated substantially since this new food group bought out the Brine’s. I have bought vegetables there a number of times only to find mold growing on them when I get home. Meats are not as fresh as they used to be and pricing have increased a lot on everything. Miss the Brine’s running this place. Was much better quality then.

Called to place an order and was laughed at for asking if that was possible followed by being told that they wouldn't do any special orders because they had already shut down the grinder mind you this was almost 3 hours before there closing time I got nothing but rude responses every time from the man on the phone won’t be going back!

I love this little place--it feels like a secret gem! They have such fresh foods and their deli selection is sizable as well as delicious from what I've tried! I love stopping in as it's nice and small and you're able to get your shopping done in a breeze, with quality/reasonably priced items....while shopping local! It's all a win-win honestly! I'd highly recommend!! Staff have always been very friendly and accommodating when I've been in too! :)

Very very disappointed of the low quality food I bought this morning.This happened few times before, and I don’t think they will ever get better without saying something.I usually go to buy a sandwich before work, and this is what they gave me!Shame on you!!

If I could give this store a 10out10 I would. My boyfriend and I were greeted when we walked in, the butcher was so patient with our decisions on meat, then we headed over to the deli to get lunch meat and again the lady in the back recommended her fave and also let us try a few different deli meats. The kicker was the 3 gentleman in the sandwich art that were so nice, patient, informative and kind. They sold my boyfriend on 2 new salads they just had got in and the conversation was just so refreshing. This is by far my best experience that I've gotten in a while from a grocery store. I'd definitely recommend coming in. The $5 deli sandwiches are a hit. I wish I would have gotten the names of these helpful people but I was sure to let the store manager what an amazing group he had working. Keep up the amazing customer service guys ❤️

Such a darling little market. Their deli is amazing, their breads are fresh and the best kind that I am used to from growing up. Cheeses and meats are to die for. I would highly recommend this grocery store. They also are great for catering large events. Highly recommended in all areas.

I always find perfectly portioned meats that are either fully cooked and just need heating or frozen, but fast to prepare. I'm sometimes cooking for 1, 2 or 5 people, so having many options is great. They will portion out a pound of meat into 2-3 containers for me so I can grab and go from my freezer with ease. I love the BBQ pork, tortilla crusted tilapia, seared-sliced-frozen single portion of ahi tuna for when I'm alone for dinner and I always find interesting and new things to try. They have great sauces and cheeses and so much more. The store is small so you can get in and out quickly. The staff is so friendly. I'm really grateful to have this shop in my neighborhood.

Honestly one of the worst gyros I've had in my life. The meat is cold. The counter lady didn't ask what toppings I wanted (though i watched her ask the man right in front of us), loaded it up with more onions than meat.Won't be going back.

I went up to Brine's deli today(5/19/22), (9:45am). As I was checking out, the woman running the cash register did not even look at me. She was to busy talking to the College City Beverage salesman. She did not say hello, did you find every thing you were looking for. She rang up my items and did not tell me the total of my bill, she just kept on talking to this salesman. Totally ignoring me. How rude. She bagged up my items. I paid for them. She never said, thanks have a great day, nothing. She just kept on talking. Customer service is number one if you want repeat customers. I won't be shopping there again. If I want bad service I will go to Walmart. That was my experience at Brine's today. It;'s very sad.

Turkey lunch meat was slimey and smelled awful. This isn't the first time and when you go to return the item they tell you oh, you'll have to come back when there is someone who can help you. I guess they do not train cashiers to do returns. Another instance, my Uncle had food poisoning from the potato salad and they gave us the same old speel you have to come back. I mean thinkg for yourself. They wouldn't even give a $4 refund? What happened to customer service? How hard is it to acknowledge a person? Or try and make things right with loyal customers? My family has been shopping with Brines since the 70s. The simple fact is management or owners do not seem to be around to notice these issues and why so many businesses fail.

Great place to go for meat! Great deli too, and great cold cuts. The double smoked bacon is absolutely fantastic, and the applewood smoked bacon is so good. You can get anything you need in the market. Friendly employees as well.

I was in search of a meat and cheese tray for a last minute event. I called a bunch of places and they all wanted at least a couple days. Finally found Brines and the nice lady on the phone told me they could have it ready in a couple of hours!When I arrived to pick up my order, the staff was super friendly and the meat and cheese tray was fabulous. I was in awe by the massive selection of different hot and cold foods, and those pecan rolls at the checkout looked amazing.Thanks Brines, I'll definitely be coming back.

A very nice meat market/grocery. But the real surprise is the deli in the back on the store. Excellent sandwiches made with great meat and ingredients for a reasonable price. I try to stop for a sandwich at Brine's when I run through Stillwater. Stop in and try it for yourself.

Love stopping here any time I am in the area! Great meat and delicious selection! The staff and butchers are always friendly and willing to help educate, whether it's selecting the right cut, how to prepare the meat, and with what. They also have a lot of other unique food options you can't find elsewhere (i.e., pickled eggs - yeah, my wife thinks I am weird). Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great local food market or great meat selections.

I came here for the first time the other day, and I didn’t know the lunch special ended at 4. I got off work at 4:15 and called, but was sad to find out it had ended. However, the worker made an exception because he could tell how bummed out I was and made me up two anyways to bring home. It was fantastic! I can say my first experience was so great and makes me excited to keep coming back. Now that I’m working in the area, this will definitely be favorite stop. Thanks, Brine’s employees!

As a regular for many, many years, this place is unbeatable. Quality...says it all. Service, staff, products, meats, you name it. Have never been anywhere else with unbeatable customer service. Thanks , Brine's, can always count on you. From downtown with my mom in the 70s to now...your no. 1 quality is unmatched.

Brine's is a wonderful locally owned and family operated deli and meat market. Their meat selection is top notch, If you like steak, try Mark's Medallions, my favorite! They have excellent seafood as well. Their deli has an excellent selection of homemade salads, dips, and other amazing foods. They have freshly baked breads and buns that compliment meals perfectly. Don't forget the Brine's sandwiches.. made to order sandwiches are to die for! There is a daily lunch special, and if you happen to go on Turkey, bacon, Swiss on a baguette day... I would be so jealous! Enjoy!

Went there for their lunch bag special. Hard to beat sandwich, salad, chips, pickle and a cookie for $8,99. Service was quick, friendly, and overall great. Their meat selection is also top notch.

I honestly love Brine’s. They have the best meat, lunch meat, and sandwich cheese. I will agree with some of the others leaving reviews. The staff does seem bothered at times. At first I thought it may have been because I am bi-racial. But I do genuinely think there are some people who are just not normally friendly. Overall, I’ll continue to be back.

Small grocery store with everything you need. Butcher counter and Deli are fabulous. Their whole and half hams are the best. Staff is super helpful picking out steaks, chops, etc. Plenty of great salads in the deli. Great grilling advice if your a novice.

Get a fresh sandwich from the deli! I was so hungry, so I stopped here by chance and I am SOOO HAPPY that I did! I got an oven roasted turkey sandwich on a baguette and it was soooo delicious! This place's sandwiches are way better and more reasonably priced than Jimmy John's or Subway! I believe my sandwich was only $4.75 and it was at least six inches long. The ingredients are fresh and plentiful. They've got pickles, bean sprouts, banana peppers, sprouts, tomatoes, olives, and other stuff to throw in.The shop itself is smaller than I expected. They carry some typical name brand food items, which cost a little more than you'd find in Target. The staff are friendly, though, and the sandwiches are excellent, so I'd definitely go again!

I can't say ebough about this deli! Favorite place to grab steaks, and awesome deli lunch sandwiches. Staff is very kind and friendly. I highly recommend brines for all your meat/butcher needs.
