I love the selection and the staff. The staff are always helpful and customer focused. I can't ever remember a time I walked in and wasn't greeted, asked if I needed help, or had them offer to carry my items to the car. They also have a great do it yourself dog wash. I love Atlas and wouldn't buy my pet supplies anywhere else.

Had bought 10 ghost shrimp yesterday and live in upper michigan. all the shrimp survived the trip home and are loving their new tank! Great staff who care double bagged them and were very patient!

I was thoroughly impressed with the level of customer service that I received. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted by a friendly staff member who was more than happy to answer any questions that I had.What really stood out to me, however, was the courteous and attentive nature of the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that I found exactly what I was looking for and were patient in answering all of my questions. It was clear that they were genuinely interested in helping me and ensuring that I left the store with the best possible product for my pet.In addition to their exceptional customer service, Atlas Pet Supply also has a wide selection of high-quality products at reasonable prices. I appreciated the fact that they carry a variety of brands and products, making it easy to find exactly what I needed.Overall, my experience at Atlas Pet Supply was excellent, largely due to the exceptional customer service provided by their courteous and attentive staff. Stopped in today to get a pet wash for 2 large labs. I was told dogs had to be with to purchase but they would let it slide. I went home picked up the dogs and went back someone was in washing. Not at all a problem I told them I would walk out to the truck with the dogs because as I said 2 large labs. Not good in a small isle of a store. When I walked in after about 25 to 30 min someone else went in to wash. I was told I need to be inside with the dogs. So I got a refund and took the dogs home and made due. Luckily it is a nice day for March. Next rime I will stand in an isle and hope they don't nock stuff over just to follow policies. But I was not about to wait another 30 min with 2 dogs getting anxious. I was trying my best to respect the store do as much as possible with out trying to control 2 dogs on a leash but was told not how things work.

My husband and I were looking for some cat wet food and didn't see our favorite brand, Soulistic. A friendly gentleman approached us and he said they didn't have our brand but could order it for us. Also, he recommended some human grade pet food which I have been looking for. He even gave us a sample of hard food. Used to shop at Petco but will definitely shop here from now on.

Our family enjoys this place for washing our dogs to buying fish. The employees are attentive and friendly. However the last time my daughter went in to get a replacement on 2 guppies that died 4 days after purchasing them and calling the store she was informed she had 5 days from purchase and to bring a sample of water in, they did not need the dead guppies. Upon arriving no staff greeted her and she was told that was not the policy. No one took charge to serve my daughter instead made her feel she was lying. This is wrong!!! Example: I Will have to check with my staff the person that was on that night since you brought the receipt in. I will know who worked and find out if they know our policies. As of this point I’d like to just offer you two free guppies and now you know our policies.Hope you will continue to bring us your loyalty. I hope you are ok with this. Thank you for your business.

After driving around to every big box pet store, I found Atlas Pet Supply and was immediately greeted and helped find what I needed. They had items I hadn't even seen on the previously mentioned stores' websites. The prices on my items even beat online prices! Great service, items, prices, and local!

We bought a bunny from the Atlas pet in Blaine and not even 18 hours later she passed away. After getting nowhere with the Blaine location and them refusing to give us a refund on items purchased for the bunny and arguing with us targeting us as the reason why the bunny passed away, I decided to call the Stillwater location and explained the situation to Jefferey at Stillwater location. He was so professional and empathetic with our situation he was able to talk with the owner and work with us regarding our needs and concerns. When we arrived at the Stillwater location Jefferey was there and apologized as to what happened and made us feel very welcome and appreciated. It was a very traumatic morning for my step son, his mother and I but Jefferey made it right and kept professionalism with us. Thank you Jefferey for accommodating our needs and making this unfortunate event less stressful. Please make sure that Jefferey knows of this review and give him a round of applause as he was able to put a smile on my step sons face given the circumstances and that is all that mattered to me in the end.

This morning I was bringing three kittens to get spayed. I had ordered a carrier from Amazon that was a size large and I had thought that it would be big enough. When I opened the package I discovered it was far too small for the three kitties. Almost no pet stores are open before 9:00 a.m., but fortunately Atlas was. Having never been there before, I called them to confirm that the hours were correct and that they had pet carriers. They did so I rushed over there - I was already late for the vet appointment so I was feeling a little stressed and crunched on time. When I walked in I asked the gentleman at the front desk where I would find the pet carriers. Instead of telling me he offered to show me exactly where they are and brought me to them. He showed me all of the different carriers and genuinely cared about helping me find the right one. They had carriers fully set up on display and I asked if it would be possible to buy one of the ones that's already put together so that I could immediately move the kitties to it. Without hesitation he said of course, and carried it up to check me out. He then insisted that he help bring it to my car, and when he saw the kitties, immediately went back inside to grab them a treat. Customer service experiences like that are a rarity, and I will happily go back there again!

They also informed me that if they don't have it in store they might be able to order it for me so that's amazing.

I found Atlas in the winter of 2020 after being continually frustrated with rude employees and the general atmosphere of a big box pet store nearby.These folks are knowledgeable and always greet you with a smile when you come in. They’ve got all kinds of raw options too which is rare to find at pet stores…oh, and they’re local! We love supporting local!

I love this pet store! Whenever I am in the area, it is my one stop shop for almost every single one of my pets! They offer a wide variety of fish, reptile, small pet, dog, cat, and even bulk seeds so the wildlife is happy too! The staff is also very friendly and resourceful! If something isn't in stock they will get it shipped in in a timely manner and even did added research for products that we were debating on purchasing and if they would be the best items for our pets! Other key points that puts them above the competition is they are reasonably priced and even carry heavy, bulk items to your vehicle!

Clean store and they have a very knowledgeable and friendly staff. The fish are well kept and seem to be very happy. I have purchased many fish from this store and they all have adapted wonderfully to our aquarium. Atlas has a great selection of everything, really and I always look forward to seeing what new critters they have there. Thanks Atlas, see you guys soon.

I absolutely love this place. I've been there at least 4x, and each time has been a great experience. The staff members are incredibly kind, helpful, and they really know their stuff. I cant recommend this place enough. Much better than going to a big chain box store- and they have really reasonable prices too.
