Wonderful experience. They were pretty busy and the owner still found time to come and greet us and was very helpful in assisting us. She shined the leaves on the plant we got and we had a ton of compliments on how great it looked. On top of that, Santa was there taking pictures and even singing Christmas songs with the kiddos. They had a bunch of cookies and other treats set out for customers as well. Next time we visit Minnesota, we'll go out of the way again just to stop here. In the mean time, our local family will be shopping here for sure after we shared our experience with them. Thank you.

I stopped in to see the store that everyone was bragging about and all I can say is “WOW” the staff and the owner are absolutely amazing they went above and beyond and made me a beautiful holiday arrangement on the spot, when they say flowers and more they weren’t kidding there is so much to look at from the beautiful memorial section,, something for my children, something for my grandma & wife! It’s nice when you actually walk into a business and they greet you! Also I love to support local! I love brick and mortar shops that actually care about their customers! Truly appreciate the hospitality I was given today ...I will definitely be back thank you again Michelle and Nancy for outstanding service and my beautiful arrangement!

Stopped in to check out this cute little store today on my way home from work I was greeted with a smile 😃 they had fun holiday music playing.. it was great just to walk around and see all the fun things they had to look at there’s so many options for birthdays, baptisms, memorial & anniversary’s I picked up a few last minute Christmas items I also got to meet the owner Michelle she was very personable and friendly & Nancy who checked me out those ladies sure know how to make you feel welcomed ❤️ I will definitely be back! I stopped into Flowers & More because I had called first and spoke to Nancy, a very helpful and extremely kind woman on the phone. That incredible customer service over the telephone makes you want to experience in person. Once I walked into the store I was greeted by another very nice lady who is the owner. This store has all kinds of neat things for special occasions, memorials, gifts or just unique things for yourself. I will definitely be back. Well done Flowers & More. I am always greeted with a friendly smile when I enter the store. Michelle has a way of making you feel at ease. Their customer service is exceptional and the floral arrangements are vibrant and beautiful! The gift shop has tons of unique high quality items. I rarely leave empty handed. It is worth the short drive from Rochester. Conveniently located with parking right out front.

Went to our local Flower shop Flowers & More. Fantastic Hometown shop! Scored 10 bags of Wine Gummies.Delicious!! And the coolest GNOME EVER! Owners and staff are absolutely a blast. Bought fliwers there before but never looked around until today. Holy Cow tons of Fabulous and gift ideas.

I really wanted to shop locally so I gave them a try. I realize the arrangement won't be identical to the picture, but it ought to at least have most of the same flowers in it. Also it was delivered 2 days early. Kind ruins the whole get it on your anniversary thing. Update: Please do not attempt to do anything to "make it right". It will only make matters worse. Please cease and desist any further attempts at contact. I published an honest review based on my experience.

Flowers and More is the best. I bought my wife a bouquet for our one year anniversary and she loved them. Michelle dropped them off at her work to surprise her. When she saw them she was amazed at how beautiful they were. The best part, they lasted for several weeks! I highly recommend them!

Fenonemal experience with this business. Not familiar with area as live out of state so happpened to pick this florist for sister & family that lost their beloved best friend (dog). Extremely friendly & helpful - text'd me pics of flowers & receipt, AND a week later I received a hand written Thank You card in the mail thanking me for trusting them & for my business!! What business goes to this extreme anymore?? Most don't even do what they say they will! Thank YOU Flowers and More...I have already recommended you to others & will continue to do so!
