A few months ago the delivery driver said our gravel road was "undriveable" during road construction and wouldn't deliver. Even though dump trucks use it regularly. I had to drive and pick it up myself, the package was over 100 pounds. I'm sure the driver was too lazy. Now today on a separate delivery there was 2 items. He delivered one to my door took a picture, took a picture of the second package and LEFT IT ON THE TRUCK. UPS is way better.

First off I would give negative stars if I could the driver didn’t even come to my house and they scanned it and said no one was at home which is complete b.s. because I have cameras and my package didn’t require a signature and he would’ve left it on my door step so I called to figure out what happened and was promised that it would be reattempted same day and guess what no one came so I called again and asked to speak with a manager and she tried giving me the run around by saying that it says it’s supposed to be delivered tomorrow disregarding the fact it only says that because he just scanned it when it was on the truck and said no one was home and tried to disregard that someone told me that it would be reattempted same day and when I called her out she called the dispatch and found out he just skipped us to continue delivering other people’s packages horrible company and customer service I will be contacting corporate

Packages have been going to the wrong address of block away numerous times for FedEx got to talk to the operations manager gave me his direct line to his desk. Also his email as well. Will keep updated on the outcome of the wrong address delivery you have not had anything come FedEx for a little bit here hopefully we have this ironed out

Truck plate (YBP 7070 Mn )Driver came flying into my driveway stopping within 10 ft of my garage. Yes I went outside and tore the drive a new a$$ for speeding into my driveway I have kids and pets that live here also!Whose responsible if one gets hit or my kid gets hit by them? Slow Down the Jack wagon down buddy or the Sheriffs Dept will be called!

I’ve been waiting for a package for 3 days now. It was supposed to get here Friday 5/5/2023 and it’s now Monday 5/8/2023 and at first I had put the wrong address some how. Yes I do live there, but I don’t like sending things there because it’s a complicated trailer park. I send things to my moms house, but that’s not the problem. The problem is that they called one day and said they couldn’t find it and I told them the correct address for the address I didn’t want it sent to and they still didn’t get it there. So the next day I got another call and they asked if there was another address they could send it to and I said yes that would be great so they got one part of my order to the original address I wanted it to be but then the second part (sorry this is a little confusing but there’s 3 parts of the order) so again the second part got to address I accidentally put down??? But they couldn’t get the first one there. So now the last part the part I’ve been waiting for they haven’t tried contacting me or anything at all. Like you guys got the second part of the order to that address why can’t you get the last part? At first I thought they were ok, but now I’m incredibly upset. If you order stuff from Walmart be careful because there stuff could be being shipped through FedEx!! Wish I could give -2 stars

It is very sad when a delivery driver can not walk up to any door and knock or leave the package by the door to my home but leaves it on top of the garbage dumpster. This has happened several times and my packages disappear. Everytime I am scheduled to have. A delivery I have to call cause it's missing. It's unfortunate that I can not pick who delivers because I would not use this FedEx not with the delivery driver they have for my aream.

Stewarville based FedEx ground is the worst delivery company around. They have delivered to the ROAD DITCH anywhere from 2000' to 2 miles from my home. They offer nothing but excuses when deliveries are one, two, up to four+ days late. Avoid this company terminal at all costs. Should be zero stars.

There's a reason this location has achieved a 2.1 star rating. They do not do anything to help when a problem arrises like my situation waiting at home for 4 days, direct signature required, for a package that was out for delivery each of the day's. It is difficult to understand how they can remain in business. FedEx expedited shipping got my package delivered two days ahead of time so perhaps this is expressly a problem for FedEx Ground. Sometimes the truth just plain hurts!!!

I LIVE IN AN APARTMENT BLDG. WITH A SECURITY DOOR SO PEOPLE MUST USE THE DOORBELL RIGHT? NOT OUR WEEKEND DRIVER, IF HE CAN'T SNEAK IN WHEN SOMEBODY IS GOING IN THEN( NO PACKAGE FOR YOU). THERE ARE SIGNS TELLING DELIVERY PEOPLE MUST RING THE DOORBELL. THIS ONLY HAPPENS ON THE WEEKEND, WE HAVE MADE COUNTLESS COMPLAINTS. TEACH YOUR WEEKEND DRIVER TO TAKE SOME TRAINING ON HOW TO RING A DOORBELL!

It’s now 3:39 on Monday my delivery was supposed to be by 2:30 today. I did confirm the address is correct. A college is across the street from me and an apartment building is next door I live in an apartment building. And no one has had a delivery today.

Driver simulated the first delivery, camera proves he did not arrive as stated. The next day, driver leaves sticker on garage door without gong to the front door for signature. 2 days I stayed at home to receive package for signature - negligence and disrespectful service.

I cringe when I order an item & it will be delivered by Fed Ex. That service is based in Stewartvile, MN. I order all our pet supplies bacause we are elderly & it is difficult to lift & load. Fed Ex employee plops it on the sidewalk at the bottom of our covered porch steps. We can"t see it & sometimes it's wet weather. UPS gives 100 times better service. If you can't provide better delivery, you should find a different job.

I have had to go there to get a package twice because the driver didn't actually ring the doorbell. They knocked (I assume) quietly, and left a sticker on the front door saying "Unable to deliver". I was literally one room away waiting for my packages, and I had to drive to the shipping center to get them myself. It's like if you're not waiting at the door like a puppy they don't even wait. Which is sad. I'm sure it's management pushing them to deliver faster, but still.Workers have been nice when I went to pick up the package though. So, 3 stars for that.

Had two FedEx separate packages scheduled for delivery today one from Rochester one from this location in Stewartville. Rochester location dropped it off no problem, driver from stewartville claimed they tried to deliver the package but I have no slip on my door and I've been home all day and nobody knocked or nothing. So either they flat out lied about attempting delivery or they tried delivering to the wrong place neither one is acceptable. I see I'm not the only person with this problem from this location. Whoever's running the Stewartville location clearly doesn't care about even minimal quality or service.

Drivers keep mis-delivering my packages.... Hour wait on the phone. I've been told that I will get a phone call about my package never do. Thank goodness I have great honest neighbors who bring me my packages. If I could I would never choose my stuff to come FedEx.

This FedEx location is an absolute joke. They were scheduled to deliver my package, I literally saw the truck in front of my house but nobody came to the door and no package was left. They called me later in the day to say I needed to go pick up the package or it would be destroyed (perishable food). I have had several issues with this location so I strongly encourage you to use someone else.

Anything I have delivered from FedEx is a complete disaster. They've been told to leave the package whether someone is there or not (it's a business location with an unlocked front door). Then I get the update 'unable to deliver.' Lies! I'm convinced the driver didn't even get out of the truck to check the door. We'd be better off with Wells Fargo stagecoach or carrier pigeons than FedEx. Two thumbs down 👎👎.

Claim package was left at front door, ive been home no one even came here. They just keep insisting i need to call a shipper in Florida when my packages were on a truck for delivery in Minnesota for the last 2 days . It was at the FedEx 2 miles from my house and it can't get here. If driver scanned it as being delivered they have some very dishonest employees and don't even try to find where their driver left it. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Never has anyone gave me that much run around for something that is on them....... just called them again and asked to talk to supervisor got the run around again and they take no responsibility for the false claim of delivery or looking into it. NEVER GOING TO ORDER ANYTHING THAT COMES DELIVERED THROUGH FEDEX AGAIN. A BUNCH OF SHADY CROOKS

This is a review of this facility, not FedEx as a delivery service. The last few shipments I have received from FedEx have NOT gone smoothly, the delivery date kept changing, the people on the 800 number were not very helpful, and the tracking information said that the package was at this Stewartville facility when it actually was not at all. That being said, the employees at this station are FANTASTIC and go out of their way to help customers. This is just a terminal, not a retail FedEx location, but when I was told my package was there (and not at it's final destination), I drove there to see if I could pick it up. Everybody there was very helpful and kind, from the woman in the office to the guy in the parking lot that was leaving for the day who turned around and walked me back into building to show me where to go. Hard as they tried they couldn't find my package, but I knew they gave it their best effort. Without even asking, I got a call from Tami in the office the next morning telling me they were still working on it and would let me know. I called back later and talked to Mark, and he was very understanding and helped me as well. I finally got my package the next day, and although my overall FedEx experience was not great, the people at the Stewartville station made it MUCH more tolerable.

Continually said delivery attempt was made in Stewartville but my package was supposed to be delivered on the north side of Rochester 17.5 miles away. I highly doubt any attempt was made because not only is the building open and people home all day, no one ever stopped by. Now my package says a new delivery attempt will be made on Tuesday which is 3 days after it’s expected delivery.

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!!! They have delivered all of the packages that were to be delivered here today to the WRONG HOUSE!! Over $1500.00 delivered to wrong house. Instead of calling the driver to tell them they are doing an investigation, I have been here all day!! They are not very cooperative at all!! DO NOT USE THESE GUYS AT ALL!!

They knocked over my mailbox and didn’t fix it. They won’t leave my package even though I specified in my account that I wanted it left, with or without a signature. Saturday delivery woman didn’t even try to ring the doorbell and she could plainly see we were home, and she shattered the portraits in my package. Weekday delivery guy at least rings the doorbell and waits.

FedEx is the worst!!!!They just throw package anywhere ,sometimes just dropped in driveway , when I complain , they say to go online and fill out special forms on delivery , where to leave package, after doing that , nothing changedI now refuse to buy anything from anyone who uses FedEx to deliver. I would prefer a restraining order but can't get one.

My package was due here on Wednesday. It has been at Stewartville MN since Tuesday. It is now Friday and Fedex says it is delayed due to weather but the weather here has been dry and warmer than normal. I'm only 45 min away so what gives! No contact from Fedex as to why the real delay. They say it will be here by end of day today and it is now 7 pm. Poor management and poor communication and poor service!

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. I've called them in the past to not leave packages by garage door as I don't use my garage. But they continue to do it. I've told them to leave inside the building.

Driver doesn't even come to the door nor does the driver leave a slip. This has been going on for 2 years now. I go online and see "An exception had occurred". I called and got no where. These drivers unwilling to even get out of the truck are not doing their job!

Said a delivery attempt was made. No door buzzed and no door tag. Completely false information. The driver is lazy and reporting inaccurate information. I was at home waiting for this package.
