the hours is safe from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. but you better get there before 8:30 because sometimes they close at 10 to 9 or quarter to 9.. otherwise staffer helpful, the prices are almost unbeatable. the only thing is that they don't stay open until 9 p.m. as it's posted.

One of the best dollar generals!!! It isn't in the newest of new buildings but they have so many options and selection of products it puts many others to shame. Even though it is in a smaller town it is better than ones closer to the cities. The staff was super helpful and willing to go the extra miles with checking in back for products.

Absolutely terrible. I came in to get 3 items, but all I was greeted with was an employee on her phone making no attempt to come ring me up. I sat at the counter for a good 5 minutes before just walking out. So if you want awful customer service, employees paying no attention to you while on their phones, much less make any attempt to acknowledge your existence, then by all means come on down to Starbuck Dollar General.

I take my Grandma to Dollar General because they have pretty much anything you can think of in a small store that is closer to home. She doesn't get as worn out walking around like she would in a huge store. Sometimes I am surprised at the interesting things they sell there.

Overall no complaints everything seems to come out all right and has a good variety of General things that we need that we would have to drive all the way to Alexandria for. Sometimes have to find staff to get checked out but that's my only complaint.

This place has it all even a redbox but every time I go to rent a movie their employees are out front smoking and it gets blown into my face its disgusting. They should have a smoke break area AWAY from the main entrance to the store!!!! Everyone here is very helpful I can say that! You have to be careful because somethings like Banquet TV dinners are $1.50 when you can buy for$0.99 cent at the grocery store. If your in a bind and need something they probably most like carry it.

Didn't see any employees until I got down one of the isles. They were working on shelves and boxes and had the isles blocked so I had to go around to get part of the way in the isle and the employees never said anything or even moved out of the way. The cashier was friendly

Love having this store in starbuck but is unorganized and they change stuff around too much. They used to have a lot more items to choose from but I no longer see that. Always had pop on sale every week and no longer see that. I prefer the way it was when it first opened.

Only went there to buy a 12 pack of Mtn Dew, assuming that it had to be cheaper than buying at Petro. Wrong! It was $1 more than the local gas station. If you're a discount retailer, you should be able to beat the pricing of a gas station known for having high prices!!!

This location has great staff that are friendly, professional, and very helpful if you need something! I prefer this location over any other simply due to the staff!

They have the best prices on milk in this area! This little store is packed full of treasures! Not everything is a dollar but very reasonably price items! Friendly staff.

my experience was the worst customer service I have ever experienced .had a worker outside on the phone ,smoking a cigarette never even looked my way ,I go inside cant see any cashiers but sure could hear them talking about other customers or residents of starbuck,.things i shouldnt have heard then I go to check out and after 5mins of waiting for service i put my items back ,left the store and again was never even acknowledged.I will not be coming back I will drive the 7 miles to glennwood and shop at the family dollar.this is not the first time .I thought this was a business not a social gossiping place.It doesnt deserve one star.I WILL NOT BE BACK!!!

This place is all confusing like one day it's open at 8am and the next it don't open untill 12pm it makes no sense. Wish they could just get thier hours right.

So glad this store is in Starbuck. Its not much else in this town but as long as you have Dollar General. Its all you really need!

I don't shop at Dollar general in my home town because their employees and managers get to involved with customers and take personal business of their customers to work it is discussed with other customers over the counter and outside .This is not right !!

I was recently in there shopping and i over heard 2 employees talking really bad about a customer. I thought it was the rudest thing ive ever heard. I will no longer be shopping here anymore.
