Only giving them a one star because I can’t give them a zero. They are the WORST vets in this area. They have the WORST bedside manner. They are cheap because you get what you pay for. Trash!!

We took our Blue Heeler Patch here to get neutered on the 29th of April and the vet and staff are super friendly with us and Patch, we were so impressed with the drop off of Patch, we were able to stay with him in a room while he was going to sleep after an injection was given which kept Patch much calmer and no stress from us leaving him there when he was awake, we had to return in a week because of stitch removal because 1 testicle was up too high, again no stress to Patch, we also brought in 1 puppy for shots and the assistant distracted him and he didn't even realize he got a shot. Their prices are much lower than other vets around and some vets aren't even taking new clients, our Red Heeler Lucy is scheduled in July for spaying and we are very confident of the quality care for her even though she will be staying overnight. Our dogs are our fur children and love that our vet and staff at Staples so compassionate with what they do

The Veterinarian and staff went above and beyond in helping me when I found a stray dog. They were all genuinely concerned and took their time to track down the chip and try to figure out the owner. They communicated with me and in the end, the owner was found. They didn’t have to do this, but they did with enthusiasm and positive energy. I don’t live in the city limits of Staples, so they just helped out of the kindness of their hearts. Thank you

Never available called many times. Not helpful when you are desperate to help a pet I have called 4-6 times this year and last year for that matter to make appointments and they just won't accept any. Kinda pointless.

Staples Vet Clinic has been caring for ALL our pets for over 20 years. They are loving and kind. We have had our Chihuahua, black labs, kittens and our German shepherd. Our family members also bring theirs. Everything from exams, emergency surgery, spade & neutering, prevention treatments, Rx ... They are the BEST. Reasonable price for services and professional all the way.

The veterinarians are usually good. And costs are generally reasonable. Because they are often busy, it's best to schedule as far in advance as possible.But there is one person who answers the phone who should be fired. I don't say that litely.We have taken all of our pets there for many years.But recently one of our pets was in the final stage of his life.The attitude, remarks & utter failure to respond with even the least bit of professional empathy or competent deductive reasoning is something that no other pet owner should ever have to encounter.On this, the most devastating last day with our feline family member, Staples Veterinary Clinic failed us.I do not know the name of the woman who answered the phone that day, (& I'm glad I don't) but no other customer should ever have to endure dealing with her.We have recommended S.V.C. in the past, but their professionalism is in question as long as they retain this employee. Her attitude and actions from past interactions should never have been considered acceptable but by this point it is the failure of the clinic to fix the problem.The one trait that this employee has, (we will never forget) is that she used the phrase "I'm confused."

I brought my two year old chihuahua in after being attacked by a larger dog. The vet gave me antibiotics and sent me on my way. I listened to him scream in agony all night long, as he threw up. I was told to bring him back to that vet in the morning, which I did. She saw him as I set him on the counter. She then snorted, threw up her hand, and walked away. Another vet saw him, and told me, his tail was cold, he wasn’t going to make it. They only like horses at this clinic, keep all little ones away from their doors. I will have nightmares forever.

Quick and to the point. Brought in my boxer/pit and they got him in quickly handled him great and were quick to figure out the problem.Got my elderly chihuahua a rabies shot there and again very quick service (same with making the appointment) very good with my dog.Need them to send me a copy of my rabies and they had it emailed to me in 2-3 minutes. No complaints

Open. Not too busy. Always great prices & friendly staff and easy to work with. It's worth the drive.UPDATE: its been 5 Years since I visited this the veterinary and it has gone downhill the care is not there anymore, the communication is not there anymore. I recently had two kittens 6 months old go in for neuter and I never even got a follow up from either doctor about how it went. Picked them up full of their own blood and urine, one of them came home very sick coughing sneezing and full of snot coming out his nose and mouth. But so far he survived. My other one seemed that he came through very well. Only the other day he was running around after breakfast & literally fell over and died! We just laid him to rest at 7 months old, I don't know if the surgery was to blame but my doctor told me both of my cats upon their initial visit to get their exam, shots & deworming told me that they were both in perfect health. I guess that wasn't true because my baby boy is now gone!! I called after I picked them up about any complications and all I got was would you like us to see him again? No answer to any of my questions!!

Terrible attitude for a vet and always resorts to wanting to put animals down before trying anything else. Finally I took my pet elsewhere and they said there was no need to put him down , gave treatment and my pet was better. Have had numerous times that I have tried to keep my business local with this vet , and every single time have experience bad results. I am willing to drive my dog to brainerd before ever coming back.They are also super rude on the phone when even making appointments and are not willing to answer basic questions without an attitude. I would not recommend.

They have no love for the animals they treat. They have doctors on staff that are not up to the challenge of animal care, i have seen all of this 1st hand. When a doctor isn't sure of the dose of a medication or they do surgery on an animal and then leave them for dead, that's a problem. Should they really still be practicing?They have no issue turning an animal away no matter how dire the situation is. They treat only those that they see an immediate financial gain with. In my opinion they are an excellent example of a clinic you should absolutely avoid.

She would cower n shake when we got home weih Dylan 🐕helping she began 2 trust n love the ppl in her life! Sunday the 5rh we had to have go to the rainbow Bridge. Staples Vet sent a nice sympathy card hand signed by the staff!!!!

I really liked the way they treated me and my soul mate (my very old cat) they were very caring and did everything possible for him and gave me tips to help him feel and get better. I really feel that my money was well spent and I didn’t get a big huge bill either.

We have been going to the Staples Veterinary Clinic for quite a few years. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The doctors are amazing. They give wonderful care to our dogs. They are compassionate, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. We love this clinic and even though it is a 45 minute drive from our house, I would not consider going anywhere else. It has come to feel like a home away from home.
