This store is about as old-school Minnesota as you can get. It is my go-to store for gas, propane bait, and quick picknick must have items. I love it.

Love this place. Snacks? Check. Live bait? Check. Lures? Check. Drinks (alcoholic and nonalcoholic)? Check. Awesome people to talk to while you check out? Check. If I could give 10 stars, I'd still feel they deserve more.

Love this place. Small country corner store, bait shop and liquor store all in one. Staff treats you like a friend. Warm atmosphere with unique finds and memorabilia. Some things are a bit pricey but worth the extra dime. You won't find a store like this anywhere nearby.

I could write a review - always a stunning 5 star, for sure - for this place every day.Has always been the go to - being just a mile away - for its convenience (in our case), and aside from the absolutely incredible, often jaw-dropping gas prices, the store has plenty of history and isn't afraid to flaunt it.Kept and ran by familiar face who know just about everyone in the area, will always be inviting, informative, watchful, considerate and glad to see you.-just keep the bait off of the counter, and ice cleats outside!

I'm almost 50 and have been coming to this store since I was a child with my Grandfather, Jack Fahrenholz, headed to the farm from Mpls. Now I've been bringing my son, almost 13, for yrs and this is ALWAYS our stop as we're usually waiting in the lot for it to open... we like our early morning bite. Always great bait, and friendly, kind service. As a mater of fact, it's 5:30 am, time to wake the boy and head that way for our Labor day, hope it's open. Side note, my Grandfather's brother was George Fahrenholz, the mailman around those parts for many many years. 😁 Thank you for your great store throughout the yrs. My son says it's his favorite thing to do with me, the fishing trip and the stop at your store. 😁

It's a nice small local store for Fuel, something to Drink Hard or Soft, and Fishing Stuff. Most of the time this year there price on Fuel has been less then Cambridge. I like the little store the people are helpful and friendly.

Love this OLD historical store. It has been there over 100 years. I have gone there all my life when we go to the lake. If you forgot something at store, they probably have it. They added gas and liquor years ago. Check in and get local fishing reports and ice conditions.

It's a great little Mom and Pop storethe owner is real nice they have a great ice fishing tackle Department. its huge compared to the size of the store. they have all your Necessities they have liquor what else do you need its ice fishing season. I recommend stopping in and at least take a look around the old hard wood floors are very cool along with all their squeaks and cracks.

Nice little general store and gas station. The only store We've seen for miles. It offers a small selection of grocery items, but covers the basics plus a few. A few quality clothing items, bug spray, sunblock, sunburn spray, life jackets, pool floats, candy, drinks, tackle, live bait, maps, milk, bread, cereal, etc. I was impressed to see that prices were comprable to prices you see anywhere else. I have a lot of respect for honest business owners.

Great place for fishermen, acropolis, foods and pretty good gas price. Premium is a touch high but unleaded is usually less than everyone else. Love the history of the Rush Point store.

Great little store. Friendly helpful owner just ask where the fish are biting. Beer and bait is reasonably priced and they even have a nice selection of fishing tackle. It's rare to find nice little stores like this still in business. I stop whenever I get the chance. Keep up the great work!

They were so sweet! I was going to an interview, their 7 up machine ate my money. They gave me a new bottle of 7up and tried to give me change but I was going late for my interview so I said thank you gotta FLY ✌️

Very convenient stop for locals and visitors. If you know the rules, which are common sense, like no bait on the counters, credit card $5 minimum and so forth you'll have an enjoyable experience. Local gas and bait are so much appreciated by the locals like myself, otherwise we'd be doing nearly 15 - 20 mile round trips to get gas for our mowers, toys and other equipment, same goes for bait.

We love stopping in to harass the older gentlemen that is always working. He is a great guy. Plenty of everything you need mostly if you run out of booze, supplies or food. Welcome to an old fashion hard working place of business.

Interesting little store as it is so full of stuff it's sort of cool. The first things I saw was an ice cream freezer then liquor in very small bottles and there were large bottles too. They don't have a bathroom! There is a portapotty outside by the gas pumps but I chose to hold it as it was nasty.

Good selection of bait and tackle, owner usually has good fishing tips. Unfortunately I won't do business here any longer as the customer service is very poor. He has always been pretty gruff when I go there which I can ignore, but today he was very rude to my wife and I so we will not be going back. For the record my wife asked if he could make change of a large bill for her and his response was "that's not what I'm here for, I'm here to make money" there was more, but it's not any better than that. ok well a simple I'm sorry I can't or won't would suffice, no need to be an ass about it.

This place is awesome. It's like stepping into the past. Get your propane here instead of the exchanges. They let you watch them fill it up, and they do fill up your tank all the way, unlike the tanks you get at the exchanges.

Fantastic place ! Every time I stop in the owner and cashier are so friendly and engage in small talk. I love how simple and classic Rush Point is!! Great selection of merchandise and apparel also.

The most rude and unfriendly owner I have ever met my tire life. I asked him if I could possibly use his microwave to heat up my food so my blood sugar would not go below normal. Then he responded to me if you buy something because I'm not here to provide a service free of charge. Then I agreed so that I could use his microwave and when I went to purchase a $2 bag of cashews and tried to pay with my credit card he then told me there was a $5 minimum. Not only did this all of her but he did it with such complete rudeness that I was utterly appalled

We just recently moved in down by the softball field, and i just love the feel of the hometown store this place has, it's close to home, cozy, and friendly. The prices are good for the convenience, and gas prices are comparible as well.

I know this place can be a bit spendy sometimes, but the staff are wonderful. I love unique little places like this. And lately the gas here has been cheaper than anywhere in the areas surrounding it.
