I ordered 2 sandwiches $5 a piece both had rotting or old tomatoes and the lettuce was a yellow brown looking color. I noticed the hateful manager coming out to leave. I told her and showed her the food. Her reply was she was off the clock and was going home. I thought most management positions was salary? I thought a manager job was to make sure the store is being operated correctly and the customer's are satisfied? Wrong answer for Casey's.

It's a gas station/convenience store with nice restrooms and some good hot food ready to eat for breakfast and lunch. I have never been there to see if they have evening hot food.

This is a pretty average Casey's. Seems fairly newer, pretty decent lot and pumps. Nothing special inside. There was some spinning pizza which I tried out. Tasted pretty average for convenience store pizza. Cashiers were having side conversations with each other when I was being rung up. Store seemed fairly well stocked though.

If you are going to be pre pay/pay at pump only make sure that your pumps work. Two times at two separate pumps the card machine on the pump did not work. I am not going to go inside and guess how much gas it will be to fill up. Don't waste your time at this gas station.

Generally I appreciate the service and friendliness from the part-time staff here, but if there's another gas station/convenience store in all of Chisago County where the ownership/management appears to give less of a da*n about overall operations and amenities I'd like to know where it is (and avoid it).Receipt printers are frequently, allegedly "jammed" on some gas pumps at this Casey's. And those issues will go days without being addressed. In our COVID world, I shouldn't have to enter your building for my gas receipt if I don't care to.Today I wanted a fountain pop. Changed my mind when I saw a sign saying there was a problem with the CO2 system. Fine, but I later learned from a friend and coworker that the same sign was up at least two days ago, maybe longer.You know where issues like jammed receipt printers and malfunctioning fountain pop dispensers get addressed more rapidly? At the Kwik Trip in town!

I went into caseys at 7:50pm and as I'm in caseys. the male worker in the kitchen has his pants falling off. you can see his underwear as he is making pizza that is disgusting and very Unsanitary. This definitely made me change my mind about coming here. I'll be taking my business somewhere.

The pizza is always burnt and sits in the hot window for hours. the assistant manager, didnt get her name-shes worked there for 5 years according to her badge. she doesn't say anything except the total, no hello, no thank you no nothing. learn some customer service if youre going to work in that type of atmosphere! good riddance

got a bacon cheeseburger pizza tonight and was very disappointed to see it was not smothered in mozzarella as it usually was!! Had a Small amount of cheddar and crust was very flat 😕 If this is the new norm I'm out!!!

Pay at the pump doesn't work and won't read your card. Msot pumps pay at the pump option is out of order. DO NOT waste your time here. It's pay inside-prepay only. No thanks.

This place is a joke, bunch of incompete kids running the place. Don't waste your money stopping here. The pumps only let you put in up to 150 bucks at a time, with prices the way they are this is a joke.

Usually order pizza here but this time they forgot we ordered pizzas, and there were two other people who's orders were messed up. When we did get the pizzas an hour later, they were underbanked. Not happy.

Always out of bread and other things. ketchup has been out for 4 or 5 months... Never have this issue at other Caseys. Food still good.

Never any fresh fruit or yogurt parpaits. If there is its over priced and rotten shelves in cooler case are always empty. I bought a chuckwagon sandwich today that was so driedout I threw it away.soooooo expensive

Not that I have ever been here without about half of the gas pumps being out of order, but of all times right now the credit card readers at the pump do not work and you have to go inside to pay. Slow clap... get it together guys.

I was at Casey’s on a road trip the other day and I witnessed the manager of the store being disrespectful towards one of the Workers naming hate crimes at him calling him the N word and I do not think this behavior from the manager was acceptable at all especially in 2021 it’s not 1950 this should not be happening at all.

Was just there, 8:30pm on a Tuesday, and the pumps didn’t work. Pumping at literally half a gallon a minute. So went to Kwik Trip instead. Ridiculous
