I cannot thank Spring Valley Vet Clinic enough for the care they provided to our cat, Titan! From being fearful of costs, care, and bothering them during their busy day, all they cared about was getting our cat healthy and back into our loving arms! They squeezed us in for an emergency appointment, provided an overnight stay for further monitoring, gave a follow up call the next day, and now our loving boy is back home and back to his normal self! I have never cried so many tears of joy! Thank you all for your amazing kindness and hard work! I will forever recommend this vet clinic! Also, the facility is absolutely beautiful! So clean and welcoming!

Dr. Webb and her Wonderful staff helped me & my baby chow chow when No other vet would for a last minute appointment. Lucky for Us, this is hands down thee Best Veterinarian, the most amazing staff is and all around clinic we have ever encountered! 💕

Spring Valley Vet Clinic is amazing to work with. My cat was hit by a car and Bethany has been his vet the entire time and I can't say enough good things about her. She really cares about you and your animals. She has gone above and beyond to make sure that all of my questions or concerns were answered. I will recommend them to any one needing vet care.

I can't say enough positive feedback with the staff at the clinic. My Murphy was very sick, the care he received was amazing. Dr. Webb went over and above. Dr Hall made arrangements to admit him to the UofM vet clinic. Dr Gehling performed the surgery.A special thanks to Jenny for her support! Murphy is home now and doing much better.Thank you all!!

I am so grateful for the amazing ladies that took such exceptional care of my best friend when she was feeling horrible recently. I would recommend them absolutely to anyone, for anything. I saw immediately that i could trust them with my pet in an emergency and that i could believe them when they assured me that they would fix my best friend up and we would be leaving there together. Dr. Webb is very good. I have a Umbrella cockatoo and conure. They did a great job with them both even though exotics aren't their specialty! Dr. Webb loves birds and wants to learn more about them as she is 2 years out of vet school. She found a large mass of dander in India's eye that caused an ulcer.

Our Carter stayed with them this time from 11 /21 to till today 11/25 was supposed to stay long but our plans changed, They treated him so well, His room was huge he had a bed that kept him off the ground with his bed we brought as well, they had activities everyday for him to get excercise, sent us daily pictures of our baby as well .He got to make a new friend this visit and he had a blast playing. All of this and more for 40 a night.Well worth it in my book .Thank you Spring Valley vet clinic for taking such good care of our baby. You have a forever pet parent customer.

The Spring Valley Vet clinic is easily the best in the area! I struggled to find a vet that I fully trusted for years when I first got my puppy about 4 years ago, and decided to try this clinic after moving to Spring Valley. This was the best choice we could have made and I recommend them to everyone that I know who has pets! They have the nicest and most knowledgeable staff! We love bringing our dogs here and will never go anywhere else again!

Dr. Webb was extraordinary. She got us in same-day to see my daughter’s leopard gecko for a protrusion issue he was having. We seriously couldn’t have asked for better care or for more knowledgeable staff!!

This is the most wonderful veterinarian we have been to! My wife and I had used a previous vet clinic in rochester they wanted to jump rite to surgery due to a small foreign object in our pups intestine! We got a second opinion here and we're able to avoid surgery with the care of the vet team were able to get it to pass through without surgery. The vet and vet techs here care about you and your animals and are so friendly. They are our forever vet

We first visited in an emergency situation because our vet was unwilling to help us. The entire staff at Spring Valley are so caring and friendly. They treat your pets like their own. They stayed late to help us out and we really appreciated that and all the extra help and support. Unfortunately our dog needed to be put down. They made the process as smooth as possible. I'm so glad we discovered Spring Valley Vet Clinic.

These guys were amazing! Just came in for nail trims for my babies a week ago and they were so happy to help. Both my babies were excited going in and coming out so I assume they were very patient and friendly with them. I'll definitely bring my girls back!

Lovely kind and caring staff who are all about helping. I brought in a lost dog and within minutes they were able to help locate the dogs owner and get us in contact to return the sweet girl back home to her family. They were amazing and knew exactly who the dog was and where she belonged just by looking at her. They now have a customer for life in me.

Every time I've had to take a pet to the vet's office, everyone there is always so happy and helpful. Their prices are also very reasonable. I checked around before I started going there and I couldn't find a more inexpensive veterinarian unless I wanted to drive 50 miles or more. I absolutely love the Spring Valley vet clinic.

Spring Valley Vet has been just absolutely amazing! Dr. Webs is just an amazing, thoughtful, professional. When our dog was diagnosed with cancer, Dr. Webs has been there the whole time with any questions or concerns we have had. She goes out of her way to make sure our dog has been taken care of. I know my fur babies are in great hands whenever we need to take them to the vet.

These doctors show they care in so many ways! The entire staff treats you and your loved one with dignity and respect, like you're part of the family. They are knowledgeable and honest. If they dont know something, they provide options. Ive been several other places in Rochester where you feel like just a number. This place is worth the drive. Plus with their very reasonable rates you won't question whether you can afford to keep your furry friend healthy!
