My family recently switched to Spring Park after having issue after issue with our local Walgreens. The staff is so kind and friendly, and prescriptions are filled very promptly. We have rarely had an issue with a prescription being out of stock - whomever does their product stocking knows what they are doing. I also received my COVID booster here, and it was a smooth and efficient process. Keep in mind that they have more limited business hours than a large chain! And yes - their shop has lots of cute (and useful) items for last-minute gift shopping: toys, puzzles, jewelry, snacks, clothing, etc. I love SPP!

Best pharmacy ever used. This is a special place in our community. The staff is hardworking, helpful, and so nice. They always have my medications when other pharmacies have struggled. The line is usually quick. They also have a cute shop inside the pharmacy. I would never want to go anywhere else.

I am thankful that I finally switched pharmacies. Their staff is friendly and punctual. My prescriptions are ready on time and they navigate insurance without concern! All of my out of pocket obligations were less vs. the local big chain. 5 stars!!!

I switched to Spring Park after Mound Walgreens had me in tears several times...I had forgotten what a pleasant, kind experience going to the pharmacy can be! The woman I spoke with was so nice! She even brought my prescription to me in the car because it was crowded and I had my hands full with my newborn in her carrier. Her suggestion! Literally the best pharmacy in this area!

I have spent years using the National pharmacy here and in other places, but I am so glad I changed to Spring Park Pharmacy. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is their requirement I am at my apartment when they deliver my meds. Where I live offers many opportunities to get out of my apartment for events within the complex. I struggle to get to Spring Park within their Open hours.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Spring Lake Pharmacy! I recently moved from Excelsior MN, to Princeton MN.We have taken our pets to Westonka Hospital/Minnetonka Pet Wellness Center for years.Our 15 year cat became very sick and the vet that I took her to, said the medication that would help her, needed to be mixed precisely for her, and would take two weeks to arrive by mail.I didn’t want her to wait all that time. I called Westonka, and Dr. Jackie called around and found that Spring Park Pharmacy could mix up my cat Sushi’s medication, and that it would be ready that day!It was so worth the hour drive to get it!The pharmacist was absolutely wonderful! I wish that I could remember her name! She explained exactly what we needed to do, to apply the medication and how we could get it mailed to us or picked up by a friend, if we needed more when this batch was done.Everyone working at the pharmacy by the way, was so nice and friendly too. It’s not that often these days, that we see such great customer service!Also, I was surprised at the difference in cost. I paid 1/4 of the price of what I would have paid otherwise.Because of Spring Park Pharmacy’s willingness to help me, I was able to start treating my precious cat away, instead of having her have to wait for two weeks!I could tell by the next morning already, that she was feeling so much better!Thank you so much, You guys are the best!!

Hands down one of the best pharmacy's around!! From the amazing and caring staff, Les, Jennifer & Julie, to the store it's self, I am never disappointed. They take the time to know their customers and help make sure you understand your prescriptions and any questions you have with the insurance. I love the gift and seasonal items as well!! Wonderful people and a beautiful pharmacy!!!!

I moved and will continue to drive a few extra miles for the excellent pharmacy service provided by Spring Park Pharmacy. I was prescribed a very expensive med and Spring Park put me on a plan through the provider that got me the med for free! I didnt have to jump through any hoops Spring Park did it for me! Now the med has gotten a generic and the price is fair so no need for the plan any longer. All my other meds are fairly priced as well. Check around you may be paying too much at a corporate pharmacy with bad service. Spring Park is business the way it should be.

Love the staff here! They are fast, efficient, and always so friendly! They have lots of cute gifts there as well and a variety of snacks to choose from (their prices can’t be beat!) Best pharmacy around!

Lesly, Rose, Julie and the rest of the team are very helpful! We challenge them on a regular basis to help us prepare medications for pets. I've been going there since they opened,the pharmacists are always open to answer all of your questions in depth. All the time! By far the best pharmacy I've ever been to. Usually no wait times and the ability to order things. A true customer orientated company, that truly recognizes each individual as a person for their needs.They also provide free local delivery. Restrictions May apply,not sure. So many things I could say but I will stop with a simple, Thank You!

I'm thrilled that we now have a Great alternative from the one pharmacy that operates with the megacorp impersonal service provided. I know everyone knows what I'm saying.(I must say though, the one employee that did her job with pride & sees the customer's as fellow human beings is Kathy. Many times she delivered my meds & also works behind a front register.)Many months ago, there was a higher demand than supply for a particular medication, I was very concerned because of going without. I called all the big chains looking for some, every month and on occasion went without for a few days.You see, I made the mistake of assuming a small operation like SPP couldn't have it, if the large corps didn't. I called them one month out of desperation, & They Had It!! I've never been without since. When I brought my prescription in, I was treated like a customer wants to be treated, not like knowing they didn't want to be there either. I was in & out in no time, & still am.
