Amber was so great with our 2 year old golden doodle, first time he’d been dropped off at an unfamiliar place and his first professional cut. She did an extremely thorough and beautiful job. Her pricing was reasonable compared to others I’ve heard of and she was a great communicator throughout the process. My cutting days are officially over. Highly recommend.

Amber was super gentle and patient with my 14 year old German shepherd. While my dog didn’t like it, I could tell that she was doing so much better with her pedicure! She is going up and down stairs now! She got exactly the treatment she needed!

Amber takes the time to get to know your pet. We have a very nervous dog that shakes when you take him anywhere but when I come to pick him up after Amber is done grooming him, he is relaxed, happy and looks great!

Amber was incredibly kind and enthusiastic. She was genuinely happy to see our dog, even though our dog was wet and stinky from a morning swamp swim. She explained our options and then did an amazing job cleaning and grooming our dog. She even gave us some tips for using the new gentle leader we had. Amber is bright, gentle, and amazing, and she clearly loves and knows dogs. The only thing that could have improved our experience was if Amber sold new collars because we didn’t want to put our dog’s dirty collar back on!

We started taking our dog to Amber around 2016-17. We had tried multiple dog groomers around the area before we found Amber and we we even were returned our money from one grooming business because they weren't able to finish the job because our dog never felt comfortable with getting her nails trimmed. Our dog Luna loves Amber and pulls the leash to get inside and see Amber every time! Amber also offers great tips on healthy and holistic dog care which we appreciate. Amber is so wonderful and I am so thankful to have found her! I could tell right away her love and compassion for animals. I booked my dogs first appointment online and included in it that he is very fearful. She messaged me and told me that he should come in first thing in the morning when no other dogs were there. She listened to my dogs behavior, took the time necessary to build his trust and made us both feel like he was in the safest and most loving environment. When his second appointment came he was so much more confident with his tail wagging, he walked in right passed her gate into the grooming area happily on his own and didn’t want to leave! Her shop is not the standard conveyer belt style groomer. She is worth waiting to get into-your fur baby will thank you.
