Probably never do business in your store again, had my gator in for oil change and my digital gouges were not working. Andy did the work, very professional worker, no complaints about his work or time, but $180 an hr is retarded. The gal in the first office very nice person but the gentleman in next office who had to look at Bill, very unprofessional person

Before the huge Kibble consolidation our experience with the Sleepy Eye store was 5 Star. Since then upper management seems to have applied noticeable amounts of pressure mainly to the older, experienced staff who have worked diligently though the years to earn our customer trust. It seems to me that Kibble management prioritizes short term financial gains over customer loyalty.
