For the fourth time in a row I’ve ordered a pepperoni and mushroom large pizza with garlic flavored crust. I’ve ordered online and over the phone and they forget the pizza sauce and only put garlic oil on pizza .This is the worst pizza place to get reliable service do not order pizza here! Last date ordered 4:55 pm on 7/30/2023.FYI : the garage in Springfield MN has better service and pizza.Casey’s representative no need to reply to this . It looks like poor service has been happening for awhile . And your comment won’t change that. There are other stations in town with better service

We love Casey's stores. However, we stopped to grab some snacks and use the restroom. The men's restroom toilet was plugged and in general didn't seem to have been cleaned recently. The woman's restroom was just scary, feces on the tp despenser and more. This is a nice big store and would normally be our stopping point on trips... not anymore.

Just walked a mile just for it not to be open, google said 4am open. Not sure if Google is wrong or maybe they were opening late but I waited 35mins but no one opened.

Ordered 4 large pizzas. They were out of beef for the taco pizza so were supposed to substitute with sausage. Requested one of the larges to not be cut due to a chicken allergy. Worker repeated my order and I repeated to not cut the one… Asked worker at pickup if they did not cut the one I requested and they said they did not. Got home and the taco pizza was made with chicken AND the one was cut. Ridiculous

Ordered for delivery on a Saturday night. This is the ONLY place in town that delivers. They were absolutely swamped with orders and had estimated the delivery time to reflect it. Things do happen...and it was "one of those nights" for the understaffed crew. They brought our food hot and prepared perfect plus a little bonus dessert with sincere apologies for late delivery. THEY CARE ABOUT SERVICE AND QUALITY-THANK YOU. Please keep offering delivery services for us weary business travelers.

Employees are not friendly, they ignore you and all need to learn customer service skills. Every other Casey’s I have been to has had great employees! But not this one for some reason, management needs to get it together. I get if your making a pizza that you don’t have eyes in the back of your head but pay attention to people trying to order or pick up their food. Their pizza is always good but the bacon is way to fatty and dry. The store is very nice since it is new but would go a long way with some nicer employees :)

This is one of the worst Casey’s I’ve ever gone too.Typically, around lunch time there should be food in the warmers, correct? Not at this location. I went in at 11:30– everyday this week and last week; and there wasn’t even pizza in the warmers. No pizza, no burgers. No popcorn chicken, NOTHING. I Even tried coming in again around 1:30/2:30.. They were still shut off. I’ve gone to a few different Casey’s and have worked at one myself.. I just don’t understand why there is no food in the warmers.. I go and try to place an order for food and the woman behind the counter just looked at me all snotty and upset she had to do her job… I will not be returning to this location, perhaps it’s time for retraining or maybe new staff

We ordered a pizza last night at 9:41pm and the guy said it would be 35-40 minutes. I was fine with that. My husband and I got to the the store,, asked for the pizza. The guy in back said "You're early." And grabbed an already made pizza and put it in the oven.The employees proceeded to argue, when asked to talk to a manager, there wasn't one and nobody was willing to contact a manager to resolve the issue.I didn't see anyone wearing masks either. The young guy up front had his mask hanging off his left ear. I was upset with my experience a d ended up going elsewhere.

As a truck driver I will never give this store any more business. My pregnant wife and both kids went inside to get food and the guy reject placing an in store order because it was just him and the driver. Routed her to place the order on an app which had an est. time of 60 mins to pick up. Definitely not truck friendly and a lack of consideration when it comes to pregnant women and small children. Got a 109 gallons and asked if my refill of pop would be free . The lady said no ,I said I can’t get a dollar pop for almost 300$ In fuel? Then she says well it’s up to my manager.i said I guess I won’t be fueling at Casey’s anymore. Then the manager who was right next to me the whole time said well know your definitely not getting a refill. Why because of your inability to say something right away or your the Queen of the dew Truckers this is an Emergency stop only #95 “Muskrat “

Tara needs to improve on her customer service skills a little bit. I placed my items on the counter and said hello. No response. She rang up my items, said my total and while waiting for my card to process, she started rudely speaking to another employee. I said Thank you and grabbed my items. Still no response. A hello and thank you are basic manners in my book, especially when your job is in customer service. By the looks of the other reviews, this location is an embarrassment to Casey's.

This is a newly constructed gas station at the time of this review. The store is very clean and staff friendly for the most part. The pizza tastes pretty good. It's just difficult to get them to deliver right up to closing time.

Worst customer service I've encountered. Went in to get some pizza, and the warmers were sealed due to the virus. Sign said to ask the worker...well I stood there looking at the worker looking back at me for a good minute with no interaction. Then I askes for him to get me two slices of pizza and he said "I cant right now, I am busy. No no I cant, Im busy." And I was so shocked I just got my coffee and walked out. The cahsier did not even acknowledge me other than say my total. Never going there again for anything!! I used to work in a convenience store, and never did I turn down a customer wanting food unless it was after/before hours no matter how busy it was.

Trucker path said there was 4 overnight spots here. When I got here it seemed like there was none but just need to park around the curb on the back side by the diesel pumps. Asked inside if overnight truck parking was ok was told up against the curbs are fine.

Ladies were extremely nice. Store is well kept and clean. Restrooms are clean. Easy to pull into truck fuel lanes. Easy to get out. No room for overnight parking tho js

Good pizza, can’t go wrong with coke slushees, and of course donuts. I make a point to stop at Casey’s when possible over other gas stations. I will say this is not the best Casey’s and the staff could improve a bit on customer service

For a gas station you can't get to much wrong, but don't expect quick service if you order food, whether you order a pizza or just try to get a sub for takeout. They are the most lackadaisical staff I have ever seen, an hour and a half for pizza, never should have to wait that long in a town the size of some apartment complexes.

All I expect at a gas station is the absolute minimum. I will be reaching out to general manager to share the experience. Two blonde employees one older and one younger where working when I came in October 30th 9am. I Grabbed two apple juices and a chex mix to front counter.I was listening to mandatory meeting on my phone so perhaps they thought I wasn't paying attention to anything or something, despite staring at them for awhile. I had my items at the front counter. They were laughing and chatting and hugging which is perfectly fine, I gave them their moments while waiting to get rung out albeit frustrating to not be acknowledged and rung up. I then however had noticed I was infront of a register that said please use the next register, I'm in the business of hiring exceptional customer service reps, so maybe I expect too much but it appeared my lack of seeing the next register sign was being used as a scapegoat to acknowledge me in the store and help me so they could continue their Bsing.I then moved two feet over to the open register (nobody else was here waiting in line for anything) and the girls continued to look at eachother talking and laughing with zero acknowledgement. Items on the counter, no hello, no grabbing my items to ring out. Just chatting and laughing to each other at the front counter. I wasn't in any hurry at all, but in frustration I said guys this is terrible and I walked out. I drove to Morgan and hit the gas station there instead. I've been hiring and training customer service reps for close to a decade now and if this experience happened in one of my locations I would be having a crucial conversation with the team about what we can do to help them treat our guests better.My desired Outcome is for the two girls to read this or contact me to give me their side of the story, and then hopefully recognize the experience they created and work towards improving it for the next guests. I was not some entitled guy wearing a tie. I'm a normal customer and normal guy who just wanted to be and acknowledged and rung out.

This place is a joke, went into the deli and seen people working behind the deli and they noticed me standing there but couldn't get no help even so the employee was looking at me then pulled waxed covered paper pizza triangles out and started to fold the edges then went washed their hands then went in the back then came back out and start doing pizzas for the oven. I stood there for 15 minutes and watched all of this while standing at the counter. So now I'm heading to Kwik Trip where I can get some service in Mankato

Walked in for 2 coffees for husband and I. The cashier followed me around the store the entire time. Once my husband walked in she walked to the register and waited. We came to the register together and her face dropped. I am a strong African American woman and he is a strong Norwegian man. The disrespect as she checked us out was profound. This cashier made us super sad that people like her still have that old school mentality. Wake Up! The world is changing!
