Slayton Location- Took my tractor in with 3 minor issues, oil change, shear, pin for snowblower and adjust snowblower. 7 weeks later only the oil change was done. Charged $150 for the oil change, left my battery dead (had to jump it myself) and was treated as rudely as I have ever been treated in my 61 years. Grease monkey in the back blamed it on the manager, however the manager never tried to make things right. BEWARE customer service is not there strong point!!! 😡😤🤬Apparently the company struggles with customer service just as bad as the Slayton location. Here was there response“ I have passed on your review to our Director of Service Business so they can discuss the situation further and work towards a resolution.” There has been no communication with me whatsoever since the incident (over a month ago) happened.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!!!!!! 👎👎👎

High quality diesel in a great location on my way into and out of Marshall. Friendly staff. Have used the car was here in the summer and it's always done it's job well. Overall a good stopping place without having to go out of your way and venture into town.

Customers and employee were not wearing masks. Not a very welcoming sight. Next time I'll wait to get gas until I get to the next town.
