Camped a few weeks ago at Black Beach Campground, and I stopped here for a few things. Got some pepper jack burgers from the meat department. They were delicious! Friendly staff at this nifty little grocery store!

Perfect spot for grabbing what we needed to spend Christmas by the lake. They had everything we needed and everyone was friendly and helpful that works there. Very well stocked for all your grocery needs.

It's very expensive for anything you buy here. However, they have great meats, and their homemade brats are phenomenal.Usually, it ends up being about $50 just to fill a single paper bag. Whereas down the shore, you can fill two to three bags for the same cost at Super One.

Very nice spot, everyone is super friendly. Smoked cheese is amazing. My only complaint is to make the Korean BBQ brat with more bold flavor. That's something you could truly take to the limit for the customers looking for a good snap with flavor. Great place

Small store has a little bit of everything. ❤️ Love the deli items and their price during lunch!! Have to give a big thumbs up to Melody that works in deli. She is very nice and helpful!

Zup's is a must-stop place if you are traveling through the MN northwoods! Even the grocery stores have amazing lake views!! Try their jerky and their fish beer batter; you can even order it online.

8/20/22 5:00pm. Went to the store to just find a few items that my girlfriend and I forgot to pick up for our weekend camping trip. Came into the store found what we needed just fine. The staff however were obnoxious and not well kept. The gentleman at the register reeked and was doing what looked like a extravagant “potty dance”. Was very rude and was talking poorly about other customers and thought it was funny. The gentleman in front of us had put his card in and it came back with “insufficient funds”. The employee then went out of his way to let the rest of the customers in the store know that his card didn’t work. We will not be coming back again, considering we stay at the Black Beach Campgrounds every year.

Nice little retro grocery store in Silver Bay. Lots of fresh made brats and meat sticks and some deli food items for when you're either on a road trip or hitting the trails or the lake.

Love such a little place! You feel at home right away. Not the place if you like your high end tastes satisfied. But if you like plain, unpretentious bakery and old fashioned butcher cuts of meat. Go! Don't miss the beef sticks.

Seeing some of the bad reviews I expected something far worse when heading inside the shop in Silver Bay, but honestly, I was pleasantly surprised. It reminds me of an old-fashioned grocery store, one that is wonderful to have and great to walk around in. It has everything you'd need and actually has friendly staff that bring it out to your car for you! I may sound like Aunt Bea living in Mayberry, but I couldn't have found a nicer place to shop for groceries.

We used Zups catering for our small wedding we had Saturday. I can not begin to tell you how many compliments we had regarding the food and how good it was. Brian with Zups was amazing, easy to work with and timely. We chose to have the roast beef and chicken. It was so good!! Highly recommend.

Great small grocery store with most of what you would need. We were surprised to find a couple items that you can’t even find in Minneapolis. Very friendly folks here.

Zup's is awesome! We stopped in on our way to Grand Marais to pick up groceries and frankly weren'texpectingmuch. As it turns out they had a great selection of essentials and some really good Zup's creations.We grabbed a stuffed chicken, which was awesome and made for a gourmet meal that was super simple. We also picked up a Zup's pizza that was so good we stopped back in on our way home to grab a couple more.Zup's will be our go to for future trips to the North Shore!

I was looking for a very specific product and when I mentioned it while checking out, someone went and checked for me, without my asking anyone to do that. I appreciated that. They also suggested a course of action I could take to save time and make sure the product was available the next time I visited. Good customer service!

I always stop in at this store whenever I visit the North Shore. Always friendly employees here. If you go here, you have to try their Sausage from their meat department...Excellent!! Great Bakery too!!

Nice grocery store! Needed some microwavable food to cook at our hotel since the uptick of the corona virus. Glad to see all the food they had for a smaller grocery store vs (big box grocery stores) I usually shop at. I miss these grocery store!!!

Nice grocery store on the way to Grand Marais. I stop in every trip up North for the Fresh Beef Jerky made in house. Hands down best jerky I've ever had from anywhere.

Extensive choice of items for it's location. Fresh items from the meat to the deli. Great to pick up snacks or picnic items on your day trip or groceries if you are local.
