First, I have never had a bad experience on the retail side of this store, everyone has always been SO friendly. But, I had my dog groomed at this Pet Smart for the first time today, and I could not be more impressed! Amber did an absolutely amazing job. I am amazed at how great he looks and it did not take that long. Thank you for such quality work, Amber, and Pet Smart crew! You made Carl feel like a million bucks! 🐶

First off.. I had a bad experience at another place and called here and spoke with Jessie. When I brought my Lhasa apso in he was pretty matted but Jessie and Andrea got the job done and he looks absolutely handsome! They both were super sweet to me and my handsome senior. I really liked that they treated me kindly after leaving another place not being treated the same way. I am def coming back and bringing our other dogs here to be groomed. Pricing is reasonable as well.

Staff is super friendly & welcoming. Brought my pups to the groomers here and Brianna was absolutely wonderful. She was accommodating with us and our anxious pup and our crazy girl. Will definitely be using the services again.

Good luck trying to adopt an animal here. Wanted to look at a male cat for adoption. One person working at the register and no one else was in sight. Waited 10 minutes before going off to find another employee. Walked to the back to the find the rest of the staff sitting on their phones. Asked one of the 3 employees doing nothing to look at the cat. One of them said they’d be right over Waited 20 minutes before leaving. Lady at the counter didn’t even wish us a good day. Sucks too because we were most likely going to leave with him too if they let us visit with him.

We've had great success working with Kaydance in both beginner and intermediate training sessions so far. The format of class gives the pet and pet parent a chance to work in a pet-friendly environment while getting individual and group time with the trainer. Kaydance does a good job correcting pet behavior but also pet parent behavior. It's important to coach both and she does a great job being kind but no-nonsense. She's also got a great way of showing the intended behavior in the group setting and again in the individual time. I'm so happy with how our dog is doing!

It isn't the biggest PetSmart store but I felt that it was well kept and organized better than any other one I've visited. The associate who assisted us was very friendly and helpful.

Not a huge deal but one of your cashiers always takes my dog food and shakes it all to the bottom of the bag. I don’t ask for this yet every time he does this. I buy dog food with dehydrated meat so when he does this it shakes all the meat to the bottom of the bag. I won’t be going here anymore.

This is the second time I was actually been here and then my kids they're always fine the good Aggression for my kitty but that's not what I want my kitty she does not like to be dressed up so ..but the stuff in the store they are so fun and nice of course they're very helpful..

Kaydence is amazing! Proud dog mom. Jack did so well and I owe it all to Kaydence. Jack did both beginners and intermediate classes and graduated. On to advanced classes ☺️

Great experience here. We visited to pick up a few supplies for our pets, and I was impressed by the cleanliness of the store. They seemed to have just about everything the average pet owner would need. Cashier was super friendly.

Thank you Andrea for being so gentle and kind grooming my anxious chihuahua Honey!!! Highly recommend her- she specializes in small breeds, listened and gave me exactly what I wanted, has fair prices and her work is amazing! Ask for her-you won’t be disappointed!

Terrible grooming experience. My dog started walking sideways a day afterward. The cut was uncomfortably short and the groomer was rude from the beginning. She claimed the dog's tail was matted from the winter but she is a puppy who was never outdoors until late April. They were marginally responsive to me but I nearly planned to return my puppy because I thought there was something wrong with her. After a search online, I realized it was because they cut her backside and tail too short. It was raw the first few days but the problem of walking sideways has persisted for 5 days now. This was a horrible experience!!!

WELL WHEN YOU GO TO A PLACE LIKE THIS AND THEY REFUSE TO SELL YOU A $600 BIRD BECAUSE YOU DONT WANT TO BUY A CAGE THERE IS JUST UNACEPTABLE. I FEEL BAD FOR THE PARROT THAT THEY CHOOSE TO KEEP THEM LOCKED IN THOSE TINY CAGES. I DONT THINK I NEED TO EXPLAIN THE PEOPLE AT THE STORE WHERE I WILL KEEP THE BIRD. BUT I GUESS AT THIS STORE YOU MUST TELL THEM AND ALSO BUY CAGES THAT YOU DONT NEED. SO FOR THAT I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AND I WILL MAKE SURE I TELL EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT THIS TERRIBLE PLACE.

Please read to the end. I had an amazing girl who helped me with my bearded dragon stuff but I will never shop at this PetSmart again or have anyone i know shop there. I was called a lier cause I couldn't remember what number I used for my account and put me down.I have my art business number, I'm a Storm Tracker and Ambassador for the National Weather Service that has it's own number, I have my personal number and my husbands phone number. I almost walked out and didn't get my stuff. With in 20 mins of my review the store manager contacted me and we talked and meet he was an amazing guy and he explained the situation and I was understanding and I helped him with how to better and to help with what happened. But in the end we helped each other out. Thank you

ALWAYS has dead fish. It’s honestly gross and so sad to see and then they nibble on each other and spread disease… none of their live animals are adequately taken care of. And yes that’s a picture from my recent stop where I saw a literal pile of dead fish

We took our dog in for a bath and nail trim. Ashley the groomer clipped his nails so short that his nerve is showing on multiple nails. She couldn't figure out why he wouldn't let her do the rest, kinda easy to figure out, she was hurting him. We will not be back!

Go here to get hay and treats for your rabbit! They have the brand you want to buy! They carry Oxbow and it is just a higher quality hay for rabbits over Kaytee.Always remember check the label! Only buy things that are 100% fruit with nothing else added! This is what Pets art sells!

I went in to get some fish to put in my fish tank. I was impressed with the very knowledgeable employee named Marina. She gave me some great information and tips. She was very friendly and I will definitely be going back there because of the service and education I received... PetSmart is lucky to have this employee with such great customer service!!

My shopping experience is always good at petsmart. Sometimes the staff are not always knowledgeable about other things such as after pay. If you have it advertised all over your store you should do more training with the staff about it. Other than that it was great.
