Lisa and/or Eric came to my home twice a day to feed and play with my two cats while we were away. The cats are very shy and they both took such amazing care earning the cats' trust. I received detailed updates with photos after each visit, and both Eric and Lisa truly went above & beyond. I really appreciated that Lisa took the time to discuss everything with me over the phone initially, and that she and Eric came to the house prior to the sitting dates to meet the cats and orient to the space. They were always very prompt/responsive to messages, professional, and fun to talk to. Could not have asked for a better experience. We booked their services right away for our next trip!

I had a friend recommend Lisa’s business to me and I was little nervous bringing my pup to a new place. Lisa had given me a call to go over some details and stuff. The call had eased some of my worries and I was surprised by the fact that the boarding was out of a home! It really made me feel a lot better knowing he was going to be getting a lot of attention and care whereas in a facility you’re not as aware of what’s going on. I loved this aspect! She sent me emails reviewing what the pups did during the day and everything. My boy was so exhausted by the time I picked him up, but he took to Lisa like she was already one of his main people he likes and it really warmed my heart. It was such a great experience and I really enjoyed being able to be in the know of what was going on while I was gone.

I had the best experience with Lisa. I contacted her on a last minute basis for babysitting for my cat. I was going out of town the next day and my first plan for care fell through. I found her online. She spoke with me on the phone that day for as long as we needed & came over that night to meet my cat, Kiri. Her service was amazing and she went above & beyond taking care of my cat by sending me full updates and pictures every night. I could also text her as well. Especially with it being so last minute, she understood exactly what I needed to care for her. Her price is VERY affordable & I would recommend her to anyone.

Earlier this year we needed to find a place to board our dogs with less notice than we would have liked. Lisa went out of her way to work out a solution to accommodate our two little ones and provided frequent updates that calmed a rather anxious dog mom. It was the first time leaving our dogs with someone other than family and friends and, apart from being happy to see us, I think they were almost sad to come home. Would definitely recommend!

We have taken our Goldendoodle to Lisa twice and have had the best grooming experience each time. Lisa took the time to get to know our dog - what he likes/what triggers him - and patiently built trust with him to allow for a really positive experience. She provides ample positive reinforcement and gives breaks and play time, which our dog loves! She has exceptional communication with scheduling and gives detailed feedback from each grooming session. I am SO glad we found her and that our dog will have a place he is excited keep going to!

Lisa is AMAZING! This was the first time I had let anyone I didn't know personally watch my boys (two cats) and after this experience I would HIGHLY recommend her! She was great. She would send me pictures and updates on them which was a plus. She made me and them very comfortable and they LOVED her. If you are needing someone to watch your pets, this is the place for sure. I will definitely be using her in the future :)

Lisa did an amazing job with my pup! So much patience for my baby with us traveling, I didn’t worry a single time we were gone! Great communication and we got so many pictures and great detailed updates. Thought my girl wouldn’t want to come home she was having so much fun! Highly, highly recommend! Lisa is great! She has a kind, gentle and patient approach. My shorkie baby has anxiety about grooming and new people in general. While Lisa was not able to do a full groom on our first visit, her first priority is creating a relationship and making sure my dog felt safe and secure, which I appreciated a lot. I am sure we've found our forever groomer, with Lisa.

I wish I could give her more than 5 starts!!! Lisa is simply the best groomer I’ve ever met!!! She truly loves our pups! She can seriously communicate immediately and makes their grooming a fun experience!We have brought our golden-doodle and bull mastiff to her for grooming. What a great experience for both dogs!! Our golden-doodle is a sweet boy but has some blow dryer fears! Every time I would pick him up from other places in town he was could NOT wait to leave. It was always a traumatic experience for him and seriously would affect his personality for a couple days after. He LOVED Lisa! He didn’t really care if I was there to pick him up, he was so comfortable and calm there!! The grooming was amazing! He looks sooo handsome!! She listened to our requests for how we like him cut and took extra time to show me things we might wanna keep and eye on with his coat and made some adjustments so he’s more comfortable on a daily basis!! As far as our bull mastiff…. She’s a 130# baby that just loves attention but has never ever been groomed so beautifully!! I feel like I have a different dog. I’ve never seen her look sooo gorgeous! She is glowing and she knows it!! Lol She’s not the type of dog that needs regular grooming like a golden doodle but she deserves the pampering too and I’m still shocked what a difference it made to take her for a deshedding groom!!We are seriously sooo excited we found Mn Furbaby Pet Care!!! I think Lisa might be a dog whisperer! She was FANTASTIC with our doggo, who had a tendency to be leery of nail trims due to a bad experience years ago. Grooming has always been a stressful ordeal for our anxious Goldendoodle, Eddie! We've bounced around to many groomers, but haven't been able to find one that was a positive experience. Lisa was incredible with our dog, who is pretty anxious when it comes to grooming! She took so much time at the beginning and throughout to let him sniff, explore the yard, get used to her voice, and generally get acclimated for the best possible experience. She took all of our needs and concerns into account, including the need to be gentle with his allergy-prone skin. Lisa was patient with his anxiety, and gave him an excellent groom despite this challenge. He came back clean, silky, and SO cute! All in all, it was a very positive experience and we appreciate Lisa's thoughtfulness throughout.

Our dog recently had a grooming appointment with Lisa and we are beyond satisfied! She took the time to go slowly with Willow and go at her pace, giving her time when she needed a break. I’ve had dogs and foster dogs for decades and have never met a groomer so willing to put pet mental health above profit. We have used in-house dog sitters for years and know how hard it is to find someone you can trust. Lisa is that person! She went above and beyond in taking care of our dogs while we were away. From trimming the hair between one of our dog’s pads so he could walk better on our floors to taking extra care when one of them wasn’t feeling well. We didn’t worry because we knew our pups were in good hands. Lisa’s communication is very thorough with visit updates and pics after each visit. But the most telling signs are the happy pups in the pictures she sends and the way they behave when we get home - not stressed out and happy to see us. I highly recommend her!

accommodated our last minute boarding request for our puppy for a holiday weekend with ease. thorough reports with photos and videos at the end of each day and was finely tuned to our young dog's needs--her first time away from home! kept me updated but is a confident dog owner and did what was best for frankie at all times. even gave her a bath before we picked up (always a must do whenever we got home from previous boarder visits--but she was so soft and fluffy). we will definitely be back for our longer trips out of town.

Lisa is amazing! Mn Furbaby Pet Care is my go to from now on for watching my three dogs! It is hard finding someone to trust your aminals with and Lisa made it easy. From our initial conversation you could tell she loves what she does! She took the time to get to know our routine and our dogs. While out of town we got full updates and pictures with each visit which eased our minds while away. Although our dogs were elated to see us walk through the door once our vacation was over, I think all three were sad they would not see Lisa until our next trip! What I loved was that she walked me through what her day would look like, how she'd address concerns if they came up given she was in heat, and asked me questions about what I was/was not comfortable with. Grooming is always stressful on my 2 pups but they seemed to be very happy afterwards and looked great! They got to go outside to do their business in the yard and did not have to sit in a kennel which is amazing since the other places I’ve been to do not offer that!
