Darryl, the tall gentleman is one of the most taciturn and grumpy employees I have ever encountered. No hello, no have a nice day. Just “Cash or Card” grumbled at me as if customers are an annoyance to him. All other employees are nice, courteous and helpful. But Darryl seems like he doesn’t want to work.

Stopped in for a few items and after paying, I realized the change given back to me was 8 dollars short. I tried to explain the problem, but was just cut off, so I asked the old man who owns the place to re-do the math, he replied, "why the f@%k would i wanna do that?" That day he gained 8 undeserved dollars, but lost a customer. Finding out around town that this happens a lot. Count your change neighbors.

Stopped here to grab some snacks after visiting Taylor’s Falls over Labor Day weekend and was appalled when I walked in. Not a single person in the store wearing a mask, including the young gal working!! I sat in the parking lot after I left and observed for a few minutes..countless people in and out and only 2 wore masks. Shocking and frustrating! It is the MN law but I guess in Shafer, Minnesota the law doesn’t apply. Puhl-ease!!! Reported not only to the county and state but also to corporate BP.

I love this place so much I have gone here since I was a little kid but the owner has really became a jerk so I’m not going there anymore. Reasons I’m not going there anymore is because the owner will talk about you and say mean stuff and sometime even through your stuff at you but there is a gastation across the street and I really recommenced that place might be a little worn down but the service is nice and the staff are awesome thank you and plz don’t go there.

Watched 12-15 people come and go with no masks on, clerk inside seems to think wearing one on your chin helps.I guess small town MN didn’t get the memo.Morons
