Motorcyclists/Tourists Beware. I have been going to this store for over 10 years . The hours and schedule are random and the service is often less than professional but today was the last straw stopping in on my motorcycle I used the bathroom and decided to not buy a drink or purchase any fuel at this time the manager called me over as I was walking out and told me that if I did not have any intention of purchasing anything in the store I could not use the bathroom and that there was a sign on the bathroom door stating that. I was completely blindsided by this statement how rude and unprofessional. I have purchased many things at the store throughout the years. I will now pass by the store and not stop. I believe they profiled me and they are not a biker friendly or tourist friendly establishment . There is a healthy population of Motorcyclist that recreationally ride in this area and often stop to use facilities and purchase items at the local convenience stores helping to strengthen the local economy. Stay away from this store. Over 30 years of riding a motorcycle I have never received such treatment.

The store is rarely open and I understand it’s because people don’t eat to work. I have gone in to get chicken food and they charged me a much higher price than what was listed. Instead of giving me what was listed on the shelf she told me sorry, I haven’t been se to get over there yet and change prices. You just need to pay the higher price. Since then, I no longer go in the store to shop and will drive the 20 extra minutes to pick up what I need. I am for supporting local businesses, just hard when they overcharge you for an item.

I struck a deer nearby and they were very patient, allowing me to leave my van there for a little over a week before the school I donated it to was able to clear the title and pick it up.

This store is located in scandia and everything else is 15 minutes away. If you walk in at 6:58-or 6:59. They say they’re closed and laugh. To the three idiots that were working on 8/25. Hope you’re happy and hope management sees this. I will call on the 26th. Thanks for the customer service. On another note, if you do come here expect to pay double the price! Enjoy!

My daughter and I stopped for an afternoon snack and the older women working there was very rude to us both. We filled our Icee cups and it ran over a bit and she pushed our drinks aside and started cleaning up before we could clean up after ourselves, she then informed us we used the wrong cups-proceeded to slam her hand onto the cup dispenser saying “Icee cups” and then hit the machine saying “Icee machine” then my daughter drop her candy and she yelled at her to “pick it up so no one will step on it” after she thought we left I heard her say” if they come back we are going to have to follow them around with a mop.” I have never been treated so rudely before in my life., and I am an ICU nurse that has heard it all. We will not be stopping there again anytime soon.

The old lady with the dark, short, boy cut hair is very rude!! She told us she would keep something in stock for us. After a huge hassle of getting it ordered to begin with, I went to pick my item up. (I don't live very close). Of course it was out of stock. Instead of apologing to me she proceeded to blame me for it. She told me that I should have purchased all of the bags she ordered the first time. (Say I did, I could only imagine them being out when I run out of that)! I specifically had told her we would be in every 2-3 weeks to pick up the product. The guy from the office is very rude too. The way these people talk to their customers is just not right. I definitely will not be going back! Not even for gas! 3 strikes and your out!

No customer service. Hours change constantly. Services they provide change constantly and the prices on the items do not match what you pay inside. Last time I ever visit this place. I'll drive the 20 minutes to town

First visit to this store today and I was very impressed!!! One of the cleanest locations I have been to and the staff was very nice and knowledgeable! Would shop here more if I lived closer.

I like coming here. Staff is a fun group of people. The place always looks clean inside and out. The cleanest gas station bathroom I've seen in a long time.

Edit: a year after I posted this and their 89 pumps are still either out of gas or don't pump at all, or best case scenario they pump for a few seconds then cut off.No 89 gas in pumps and the employee running the store didn't seem to know the difference between 87 and 89

Been there three times in a week to get propane during there posted propane hours still can't fill. The employees don't know we're any of the federated coop stuff is so don't bother asking for help finding anything.
