This is my 2nd terrible experience in the last week. First, was with a very rude pharmacy technician making it near impossible to try and help transfer a prescription for my daughter. Was so rude over the phone, I couldn’t even get a word in without her cutting me off.Tonight, as I was trying to pay for photo prints, we had a very sweet and helpful cashier. She had asked her manager for help entering a coupon. The manager could not be bothered to help. Was extremely rude to the employee, and to myself. She left the register without acknowledging me, and told her employee she was not going to help her figure it out. Definitely not someone who should be working in customer service, let alone be labeled as a “manager” in charge of other employees. I have been a customer at Sauk Rapids Walgreen’s for over 15 years. Overall not impressed with our service this week, and will likely be taking my business elsewhere.

The hell you have to go through just to get your rx filled. Why is it when your Dr gives you a rx and the insurance approved it , why they think it’s there business on when to fill it. My Dr wouldn’t have given it to me if I didn’t need it.

Worst store ever. I had to pick up three prescriptions for my husband. I came to the Walgreens in Sauk Rapids on December 7, 2022. I was able to pick up one of the prescriptions and the woman told me the other two would be ready within an hour. I came back today, December 9, and I’m told again that they’re not ready but I could come back in an hour. This is after standing in line for 32 minutes. I previously pulled my prescriptions from Walgreens because they gave me the incorrect dosage three times in a row and an iron pill that I’m supposed to take daily is actually available over the counter and they were charging me $35.00. I got it for $7.00. Go anywhere but here. Horrible.

Have consistent issues with walgreens. Most common problem is prescriptions saying they're ready but aren't. For example, one day the app showed medicine was ready for pickup. I called to verify a 2nd time and they said to give them 30 min (so it wasn't ready). When I got to the pharmacy about 45 min later, they said it would be another 30 minutes from there. This is a reoccurring issue and happens nearly every time a pickup is needed. I've wasted gas and time driving back and forth. I also help my mother to pick up her prescriptions, and same story. We are both switching to coborns pharmacy instead.

Waited 29 minutes at drive through for a prescription with only one vehicle in front of me. Even though my order had been called in and was supposed to be ready I was told if I came back in 2 or 3 hours it should be done. I mentioned it to my fellow workers and found that two of them who use Walgreens say that 70% of the time prescriptions are no ready when they go to pick them up. I would say the 70% of not ready on time is right on the mark. I called and talked to the manager who said they are short staffed but this has been an issue for years. The manager suggested I take my business else where if I was unhappy with Walgreens service. I will do as she suggested. I guess Walgreens is big enough that they don't really need some of their customers. Coborns here I come.

I called the pharmacy for refill and was told it would be ready in 1 hour. I also received a call saying my refills are ready to pick. When I went to pick my meds the next day through drive through, they couldn't find my account. I told them I used this pharmacy for at least 5 years. Then after a long waiting they told me I don't have a refill and they asked me "who told you have refill?". This is very bad and unprofessional service. I am running out of my diabetes meds now. I will never use this pharmacy again.

Called a script in at noon on Monday and was told it would be ready for pu on Tuesday. Got to drive thru on Tuesday at 1:04 pm, car in front of me was at window for 9 minutes waiting for their order. Don't know what the holdup was but if a script isn't ready please have the customer pull ahead and let someone else up. Finally at 1:17 I get up to the window for the RUDE attendant to tell me my script wasn't ready....24 hours after it was called in !She told me I could try back later...YOU EVER WANT TO CHOKE A CHICKEN ? I tried calling and was told 2 callers ahead of me, then 1 and then nothing but music because they all left to go on lunch while I was still on the line ! So almost 10 minutes of waiting on the phone for nothing, a little over a half hour wasted and on top of that rude rude people.I called the store and talked to a store manager who apologized and said they are running 3 DAYS BEHIND ON FILLING PRESCRIPTIONS ! I'm sorry do you think you could change your recording or post something in the store ! HE said again I'm sorry we don't have any control over that....well today is Friday and do you think that Walgreens has the COURTESY TO CALL ME and tell me my script is ready ? NOPE...one of their excuses is they can't get people to work ...cause people don't want to work anymore he said. Even if I could work I wouldn't want to work for a company like Walgreens. My prescription plan changes Jan 1....bah buy Walgreens...hope they shut your doors. I don't trust your service if you're that shorthanded ! CHECK YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS PEOPLE.

Not sure what the deal is with with the curbside pickup order delay, but for me, they usually take under 30 minutes, if I wanted to wait an hour and a half, I would have done the Target pickup!Update. It’s now going on two hours. What’s the deal Walgreens? Also I would like to know why a prescription got somehow sent to Arizona? This is the last straw regarding your pharmacy. Switching to Coborns.

How can you change your pharmacy hours and not notify your monthly customers?? I only come once a month, NOTHING in the app called out that you are now closed by 6 pm daily but also Saturday and Sundays now too???????? For me to get to this location before 6 on a weekday, means I have rearrange other preplanned events. Not to mention I didn’t know this month so now u screwed me up there too. Maybe cvs/Walmart/another pharmacy cares more about their customers? Once I find a way to get this months prescriptions, I am DONE with Walgreens! We switched to this one after multiple issues with the division one, but now I am thinking it is a Walgreens culture issue not a location specific issue.

I had a prescription called in, I went in 3 hours later just to be told "they don't have a ticket for me". I called my Dr and apparently they've been doing this a lot, claiming they didn't receive a called in prescription. I had my Dr send it to coborns and they will be getting my business from now on!

Brought my disposable camera there 2 weeks ago and haven’t gotten a word on when it will be ready. I’ve called and never been taken off hold and the one time they did answer the lady was rude and not helpful. Do not go here for any photo services. It will not get done in a timely manner and customer service is awful.

Horrible Service!I've been dealing with this pharmacy for 2 years since I moved to Sauk Rapids. Had nothing but problems with getting prescriptions filled. Now having problems filling another family members prescriptions. I'm a diabetic so they didn't have my pens in stock and gave me a different dose pen after I got upset because I called in my prescription the morning before and it wasn't even ready. Do they know how easy it is to give the wrong dosage for a diabetic just takes one wrong time of not realizing your usual dose pen is not the one you have. I will be discarding them and contacting my doctor for a new prescription and moving my family to a different pharmacy.

I literally could not imagine a pharmacy having worst service than this one. The randomly cancel my prescriptions for no reason if they don't want to fill them. I need to change and find another one that takes my insurance.

Have used Walgreens in Sauk Rapids for over 20 years, but something is very wrong there now.It took four visits to get one prescription. First Not Ready, second visit, no prescription, third visit not ready, forth visit wrong prescription readying.Also lines very long waiting to be serviced inside and out!

Came to print photos, and Ann helped me out. She was extremely friendly, and helpful. I have never printed photos before, so with her knowledge, I was able to get what I needed. Once again, thank you Ann! Wish I could rate 10 stars!!

I was just in there to get money from Western Union. I didn't get the lady's name who helped me but she definitely went well above what she had to! My 1 and a half year old was throwing a major tantrum so she offered to watch him so I could finish up. She was absolutely amazing!

Went to pick up new prescriptions that have been transferred the pharmacist was very rude and didn't explain that each prescription had a 3 month supply.Due to the fact this pharmacist was so rude I will not be going back to Walgreen's for anything I need. I'm all done shopping at Walgreen's.Walgreens has lost my business and I will tell everyone about my experience

They can't keep employees so don't expect your prescription for 3 days. And they can be rude in the RX area.

Not that bad of stop at all with it having all the basic pharmaceutical supplies and simple house hold supplies all for a decent price only real flaw is sometimes the cashiers in front are extremely slow to respond when your ready to check out.
