I ended up with a flat tire and luckily pulled over in their parking lot. The workers noticed me and helped me change to my spare at no cost, just out of the kindness of their heart. I am extremely grateful for what they did for me. I don’t know much about the store but I can tell you extremely kind people work there. Amazing people!!

Can't say enough good things about this store. The employees were very helpful and willing to go out of there way to assist. All were following CDC guidelines. Sweet selection of grills and accessories. Thanks Jon B for getting me exactly what I wanted. Can't wait to fire up the new Weber.

It’s a clean friendly store where the staff have been helpful and I have found what went for the 3-4 times I have needed something. Nice to have a place in Saux Rapids that can meet my needs with out having to run to bog box store.

Went in there with my 4 year old daughter for paint and the staff was super friendly and helpful. They let her watch them mix it up and she thought that was pretty cool. I will definitely go back

Great staff here . Very helpful!! With my job I am constantly running there for tools, supplies. They have gone out of there way to help me find thing and if they don't have it they are will to look it up for you and tell you what store has it. I spend a lot of money here even though they can cost a little more but there service is worth it.

The thing that stands out about Czarnetzki Hardware Hank is the consistently good service. I am always greeted by a knowledgeable employee when I enter the store. They are more then willing to answer questions and help when needed. I have bought my Big Green Egg and a gas grill from this place and they deliver as well as take away the old grills. The level of service and knowledge is top notch.

This is a modern old fashioned hardware store. Customer service is a priority. Prices on some things are higher than big box, but often times the product is higher quality. Getting what I need and getting back home quickly is better than driving across town, parking a block away, saving a couple of bucks and driving back across town to get my project started. Keep it local!

I came in just to buy two screws for my license plate and these guys, for my measly $2, helped me pick out the right screw and even lent a screwdriver to me to make sure it worked before I went home.I will definitely be coming back in whenever I need something. Hopefully next time it will be worth more than $2.

Great service! I used to have to run all the way across town to either Menards or home depot to get something. It's nice to know that there is a great hardware store that is much closer to where I live. I will be going here much more often.

Edited for reply: Went here for parts on January 29th for a home project. Walked in to find maskless employees. Ignored it and walked around.First, price wise, when compared to even other local hardware hanks is higher than the other 2 in terms of my project. (39$ for a single part at this store vs 16$ at the others) and this was just the start of the price differences.I immediately asked about the tools and if they had the brands the other stores had I was instructed to leave and visit the lose particular hardware hanks then.I promptly took them up on the only advice they had seemingly worth following.

Very helpful staff. Everything in the store is organized logically and the product is well organized. Very rarely do I come in here and not find what I'm looking for. Parking is a cinch because of the dedicated slots.

From the time you walk in the door they are right there to help you find what you are looking for. Or if they don't have what you are looking for on hand they will try to order it for you. Every time I have been in there all the imployes have been real helpful and nice. I recommend this place.

I worked here for a little while with a company called WACOSA and i have discovered that they are very friendly and very good with people. Didnt have any issues for the 3 weeks that i was there. Pretty good people

The people at this store are great. This particular Hank location still has a personal touch that isn't present at the big stores. They serve the community well. Very knowledgeable also

They have everything you would need for work projects. A few female employees would contribute greatly to this store. Women customers are invisible to the all male staff.

I went in and bought wood putty. Went to use it and it had hardened. Took it back and the sales man apologized and gave me another. He checked it and made sure it was okay.
