I ordered a pizza and breadsticks at our local Casey’s in Sauk Rapids. The gentleman making the pizza was a little behind due to the number of orders and a co-worker called in sick. The young Man at the register dove right in, helping him with the orders, checking all of our names, letting us know the status of the orders, and did all of this with a smile and a wonderful attitude. Unfortunately, we don’t get to see a lot of this type of activity, and I was very impressed and let him know. Casey’s does have some of the best pizza along with the best employees and that young man should be applauded. Thank you so much.

This location is convenient for me. That’s it.I try to fill up here for work vehicles but THERE IS NEVER PAPER IN THE PUMPS TO PRINT A RECEIPT!!!! So I can’t get fuel after hours, and I really dislike having to go in and ask for a receipt every time. I have mentioned this countless times to employees and it never changes. Been this way since this store opened its doors.

Got home and noticed my sausage egg and cheese croissant had no cheese on it. When I called the store to inform them and tell them to make sure the other ones had it the person who answered got snippy with me and just blurted out okay and then hung up the phone on me. Very poor customer service there of late as several of the employees seem to be down and angry with their jobs. I would recommend one of the other Casey's stores.

I just had my money STOLEN FROM ME. I bought pizza there that was expired by TWO HOURS!! Before I left I asked about getting a refund, and the cashier told me he was unable to refund me my money. I asked for a manager or assistant manager and was told it was not possible, and that he could have his manager contact and resolve it at a later time..... AT A LATER TIME!!?? I said that was NOT acceptable, and he said I quote " cmon dude what do you want me to do" I said I want a refund! He then said I could take other items from the store that added up to my purchase ammount.... I was SHOCKED and about done with this place.... I left...WITHOUT MY MONEY BECAUSE THEY REFUSED TO! THATS THEFT BY ALL MEANS AND I WILL BOT GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION UNLESS ITS TO GET MY MONEY BACK.

Friendly staff, gas prices reasonable with in the state. Made a specific stop to fill up the vehicle in boat at this location, ran into order a pizza... But was told ordering at the store was on hold so they could tend to the online orders. We were just going to place an order online then and wait... But decided against it. Moved on to another place to get food. Undetermined at this point in time if we'll give them another shot.

They work with Upside and they don't play commercials on their gas pumps. I drive out of my way every week to this station because they don't assault my senses at 5am with spam. I love this gas station!

This is my number 1 to go gas station. Their rewards system is amazing, I would have to say it's better than Kwik Trips, I use both. This one does not have a car wash, but the staff are friendly and the pizzas are always show stopping. I recommend the taco pizza, it's a family favorite that this store never disappoints.

My initial reaction to this new Casey's location was a positive one as I generally love Casey's Pizza. However the experience I had today was very unsatisfactory. The store itself is very nice and has a wide selection of things, more so than most other Casey's I've visited. However the pizza I received was horrible. I ordered a large Pizza and Bread Sticks and waited for the order in store. I waited about 15 Min and saw them box up some food and put it on top of the oven thinking to myself "I wonder if that's my food?" and it sat there as I waited at least another 10 minutes. It was around that time that the gentleman who made the pizza, not the lady who made my pizza mind you, came up to me and asked my name and if I had ordered. I told him yes and gave him my name. Sure enough, he grabbed the food off the top of the oven. It was my food. I had waited that entire time only to receive a pizza that was way too thin and soggy to even enjoy, aside from that fact that it sat there forever. Needless to say I won't be visiting this establishment again for pizza as there are so many better options in the area.

I ordered a pizza & asked some questions regarding the bbq beef pizza,which was my favorite,but they don't carry it anymore, which is really too bad because I would order more often if they did.i also think that they should go back to the way they were delivering instead of using door dash,but Devin made my pizza & was very nice & helpful with all my questions. I also talked to Elijah over at the Lincoln street store & he was very helpful.great staff.the bbq beef pizza needs to come back tho.

Pre-pay or credit only Due to a Rise in gas thefts due to lawmakers not changing the consequences for drive-off because the Ku Klux Klan member in The White House since Jan 20, 2021 who shut down the Keystone XL pipeline as well as revoking permits on national land. All of the oil companies should go to state government or to congress to create stricter punishments like voiding the license for 180 days paying double the airport rental fuel price for the fuel type stolen plus a $750 fine plus 120 days in jail plus the same fees for getting DL back after a DUI/DWI instead of punishing law abiding citizens. I'm also leaving what should be a zero star review if Google would let me Because I have The Hy-Vee Fuel saver + perks Card Which although less common in this part of the state was unable to redeem at the pump due to the pre-pay or credit at the pumps and also unable to redeem at this location while prepaying with cash due to the worthless cashier not knowing the procedure for redeeming the Hy-Vee fuel saver card inside while prepaying with cash. Does the cashier scan it? does the customer swipe it? not sure due to mostly having an active non expired card to pay at the pump or being able to select pay inside use whichever fuel discount service at the pump go pay inside along with selecting a few snacks or beverages and having a full tank and one transaction. I want the cashier working the evening probably closing shift on 3/3/2022 to be retrained work one pay period at Minnesota's minimum wage or be terminated.

I have Been coming to this store for the last year or so. The morning cashier always has an attitude like im a bother and its just a huge hassle. I only come here for the pizza and cold coffee which therea a very good chance its empty and when i let her know it needs to be switched out so i can get a cup. I pray the coffee is filled just so i dont have to inconvience her. really makes me wish there was amother Casey's on my morning commute. i usually decide how much do i really want pizza?But over all the store is clean and i typically stop in early morning so there is usually fresh pizza.

Ran to Casey's yesterday (5-20-19) on my lunch break, got what I wanted than went to my car to find out it didn't want to start. My day already ruined I had let the cashier know that my fiance would be coming to look at it but I had to WALK back to work, she proceeded with an attitude but let me leave the car, my fiance had to find a way to get back to his Truck because he was out with his team with one work truck, he eventually got there and couldn't get it running so had to call our company we have a warranty through, he let the cashier know that a tow truck was coming nicely enough, and she AGAIN proceeded with a major attitude!! I WOULD like to see this happen to her and have to walk back to work. RESPECT is how you run a business, which this Casey's is clearly lacking, looks like from now on I will be taking my business across the high way to quick trip, I mean the foods better anyways 🤣

Every time I try to get a slice of pizza here there’s only about 3 slices that look like they’ve been sitting out all day. Don’t buy the hot food here, there’s never any ready to buy anyway. Easily the worst managed Casey’s in the area 👎

My daughter and I went in to order subs. The woman didn't wash her hands but did use gloves. As she is putting the salami on my sandwich I notice the date sticker says use by 9/17. Today is the 23rd. She looks at the lid and there is a sticker that says use by 9/23. Either way should have been tossed, guessing someone mixed the lids up not the container. My daughter had bacon on her sandwich and the woman went to warm up the bacon and then came back and started putting veggies on our subs. She never changed her gloves once after handling expired meat and pork. The lettuce was brown and onions were slimy. I told the cashier I didnt want the subs and asked to talk to a manager. Gee, there wasn't one there. I will never go back. Maybe some food sanitation classes are in order. Gross!

If you sell pizza by the slice, why is there never any available? This Casey’s and the other one in Sauk Rapids never have pizza ready. If pizza is what you offer, then why not always have it ready? People stop just for that and it’s very disappointing.

Worst deli I have seen at a Casey's store. There is never much of a hot food selection. Every other store I have been to can keep it stocked and with options. Not here :-(
