I went to this Ace as their website said they had diatomaceous earth in stock. Asked what I was looking for, he said "never heard of it". He looked it up and went back to the aisle I was originally in. I found it on the shelf. Me. He was pretty useless. I'll stick with Melrose Ace Hardware. I will not be a repeat customer in Sauk Centre. Guy had an attitude.

From the time you walk in the door they are right there to help you find what you are looking for. Or if they don't have what you are looking for on hand they will try to order it for you. Every time I have been in here all the employees have been real helpful and super nice. I recommend this place.

Talked to 3 different people, all helpful. I needed stainless steel deck bolts. First went to Fastenal across the street. Ace had a better selection, the specific size I needed, at a lower price! Kudos.

Way better than fleet farm. At least you can find what you need without trying to find a sales clerk then they have to find that person who works in that department. Good luck with that.

I come here all the time for simple stuff or tools. They have always been kind and verry helpfull. Unless they are really busy I have always got the help I wanted right when I walk in. And always get the help that I need. Even if I dont know I need help.

Usually can find what I need there, if I can't find it at Walmart, but too pricey for to shop there for everything. Associates are friendly and helpful, but they "pounce" on you upon arrival.
